The location is great, I don’t know why people complain about no cleaning service, I was there last Christmas (2023) and there was cleaning service even on Christmas Day. The furniture and decor is minimalist and on point, the rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. I was there with my family we rented two rooms and we would be back for sure. The only inconvenience is that they don’t offer parking but we were able to park safely around the corner

Positive: clean room and bathroom
Negative: no elevator, really small room with very uncomfortable bed, wifi connection is very poor, no lobby or common area.

The location was very good. On the other hand, we had several problems before and during our stay...all I had was a simple plastic shower curtain that let all the water out into the bathroom, my studio and that of my colleague smelled of cigarettes, and other things that were sorted out with the hotel itself. The staff were nevertheless friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days, and the biggest disappointment was upon discovering that the hotel does not provide a room cleaning service!
It wasn't mentioned on the booking aggregator and nothing was in the reviews. The receptionist also didn't say a word, advertising instead free collection of Tees and fruits.
There are cards inside the room, informing you about the lack of room service in the room itself.
Therefore, beware - you need to ask on reception to clean your room. However, I'm taking a star off because when I asked, not even to clean, but to simply take away the trash and change the towels - nothing was done.
In the late evening, I ended up having 1 tiny bathroom trash completely filled because the room service didn't do what I asked them to.
The hotel states that they are caring about the ecology. Great, but then don't charge the prices as hotels, who cleans daily. Hostels and apartments do not clean (maybe for the eco reason as well?), but they are conveniently less expensive.
The location of the place is a good one, 1 S/U bahn station way from the city center.

The Bold Hotel was great for what I needed. I needed a place for a couple nights that was within walking distance to the events I was attending, as well as within close proximity to the train. I stayed here one night and then another two nights the following week. The first room was clean and comfortable. The second room was not as clean, unfortunately. The staff was very kind and helpful. I don’t know if I’d stay here more than a night or two in the summer, but that’s only because I’m used to AC in America and I’m a whimp when it comes to heat. Overall an okay stay for its affordability.

I was here a year ago and now it has changed a lot. This is a poor hotel for workers, parties, alcohol, drunken guest singing when the reception is closed, yes it is closed! This cannot be reported anywhere, the reception is closed at night, the phones are not answered. It's awful. I do not recommend.

We had a great stay, staff are very friendly and helpful. Very close to train station and to Frankfurt city centre, grocery store, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. Awesome place to base yourself to explore Frankfurt and surrounding areas ?
