I stayed 3 days at the Bold Hotel and found myself very well.
It is a very simple and essential place, but it is very clean and comfortable in everything.
The staff is very friendly and the coffee is offered unlimited from morning to evening.
Unfortunately, there is no elevator, but the very kind receptionist gave me a room on the ground floor, so I did not suffer the lack.
The price, not expensive at all, has been adjusted to the offer.
I would definitely go back

Booked a fairly long stay trying to move my daughter here from university. Drove around forever to find a place to park and ended up cancelling my stay thinking I would have to pay for the one night but there is no way I could unload all of her luggage and a small dog blocks away. I cancelled my stay because I could not unload in a construction zone. Wondered when I would have my card refunded and they refused. So, they rented out my roo and made double profit. They refused to refund me because I did not cancel until after 6PM! I cancelled at 7:30PM because I had to get some place with internet connection and proper parking. The cancellation policy is very vague and misleading. They after 2 days of contacting back and forth refunded the city tax and my dog stay. That is NOT enough. They did not say on their website that it was a construction zone with the "lobby" in a shipping crate. The couch it in polite emails but are stealing from me. I of course am going through my credit card company because the company is misleading.

no frills, room had a broken mirror. bedding felt cheap. for the weekend deal of 49 it's ok.

We got an awesome deal on this place likely because its under construction at the moment. The room was brand new though and well equipped with a fan and a mini kitchen so we could even cook a meal on a sunday. There happened to be no noise from work at the time so our stay was absolutely perfect. Location is great, staff are friendly too

Ceiling light broken upon arrival, kitchen space was dark, couldn't see that water boiler leaked and was sitting in a pool of water. Front desk staff didn't bother to say hello or good morning on day 2, even before I complained about the room ... and they turned in the end unhelpful/unfriendly when I asked for a refund for the first night. Definitely not coming back.

Very cute rooms with amenities like a cozy bed, kitchenette, super comfy bathrooms and Spacey rooms. The receptionist Steve is utterly amazing and will make you feel right at home. Just a few minutes walk down there are loads of restaurants and grocery shops.

WiFi works under guest network. The room was clean and it is a small studio with a single twin size bed. The area looks safe during the day. There is no elevator and construction is still ongoing. Bed is hard and comfortable. Water pressure is great with hot water. All outlets are European so bring a converter/ transformer for 120v devices. There are no USB outlets! I bought one at Saturn store. The reception is temporary in a container. It closes at 9:00 pm. There is no cleaning service until day 5. Do not expect clean towels, bed sheets or trash pick up until day five. You can request clean up if you desire. The location is perfect, quiet and safe at night. If you go south and west you will see diversity. Go east and you find old town and river. Go north and find safer homes and excellent supermarket and pharmacy. There is also a bus stop right next to the building. You can also easily find Lime scooters! The subways is a 5 minute walk.

The location is great, I don’t know why people complain about no cleaning service, I was there last Christmas (2023) and there was cleaning service even on Christmas Day. The furniture and decor is minimalist and on point, the rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. I was there with my family we rented two rooms and we would be back for sure. The only inconvenience is that they don’t offer parking but we were able to park safely around the corner

Negative: no elevator, really small room with very uncomfortable bed, wifi connection is very poor, no lobby or common area.

The location was very good. On the other hand, we had several problems before and during our stay...all I had was a simple plastic shower curtain that let all the water out into the bathroom, my studio and that of my colleague smelled of cigarettes, and other things that were sorted out with the hotel itself. The staff were nevertheless friendly.
Our expectations were not at all commensurate with the price we paid.
