Skyline Hotel City Frankfurt in Frankfurt am Main

I'm here at Skyline Hotel City Frankfurt,I am staying from July 3rd to 5th, having already paid €229.35 for this nightmare of an experience.

The neighborhood is depressing and feels completely unsafe. I don’t feel comfortable walking outside – even in broad daylight.

But the worst part is the room itself. It is absolutely disgusting. The floor is dirty, the sheets don’t seem fresh, and the bathroom smells like mold and sewage. There is visible grime and filth in the shower, and the entire room has a damp, musty smell that makes it impossible to relax.

After sleeping one night on this bed, I wake up with itchy skin and red spots , something is clearly wrong. It feels like the room hasn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. I feel physically uncomfortable and unclean the entire time.

To make it worse, the receptionist is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and makes passive-aggressive comments that feel borderline racist. I am shocked at the lack of basic hospitality.

On top of all this, everything comes with extra charges, as if paying over €200 wasn’t enough. I feel like I’m being scammed.

I genuinely regret booking this hotel from the very first night. I am tired, uncomfortable, and just want to leave. This stay is ruining my trip.

Don’t do it to yourself.

Zero would be more appropriate. I travel often for work and I think I have been a guest in the most important hotel chains in the world.
Sent email for information for a stay for work... No response. You can book on Booking, but if you have special needs or requests, they don't even deign to respond.
Absolute zero for a 4-star hotel.
