We had an enjoyable family stay in this hotel. The check-in was smooth and unproblematic. The room was clean and spacious. We didn't have breakfast, but there are many good cafes and bakeries in the neighborhood. The location is perfect - close to a couple of U-Bahn stops as well as walking distance to many parts of Frankfurt. We would certainly try to stay here again on our next visit to Frankfurt.

Great location, and great service from Demi the manager who was friendly and helpful both times I stayed here. The rooms are rather old, but very well-kept and clean. There is even free water and toiletries which other similar hotels don't provide or would charge me for.

This is a great hotel in a nice location near the train station however it is a mile or so from downtown area. Rooms are nice and big, bathroom is really big and roomy. Separate room for the bathroom was nice too. One big complaint, we booked through a secondary web site and when we checked in, we asked if it included breakfast. We were told it did. The breakfast is nice but nothing that we would have gone out of our way to pay for - it was just convenient. When checking out, we were told that it was $42 a day for the two breakfasts. When I said we had been told it was included (our other hotel on this trip had breakfast included). They said very rudely, you need to read your reservation, it is not our fault you were told it was included. Would not stay again due to this rip off. Shame because it is a nice hotel.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The staff was great and did their best they could. The breakfast included was good, had a good variety, and was fresh served. The rooms were clean and good taken care of. The hotel is placed in a safe area, and in the night, it is rather quiet. We had a good time here and would visit here again.

My partner and I spent 3 nights here. Wonderful rooms. Bed was super comfortable, bathrooms were spacious and clean. Fridge, teapot and lots of products in the bathroom. Best part: exceptional staff with great recommendations and helping with requests immediately. About 15-20 min walk to a lot of great restaurants that locals go to. Highly recommend!

They cancelled my room for no reason and said that my credit card was invalid.
The card was an Amex and was valid on Bookin.com it was accepted and Amex said that there was no problems with the card and no attempt to reserve the amount has been made. I believe that the hotel cancelled my reservation to be able to charge three times the price from someone else because there is a business trade fair in the city at that time. This is really bad manners and I cannot in any way recomend this hotel with this behavior!
On business trips on must be able to rely on the hotels to provide the service I ordered. This is really really bad behaviour!!

I had called the hotel three days ahead of my trip to ask for a room with late night check-in. The kind (!) receptionist said that this wasn't a problem. Finally, after a long day at work I was really looking forward to a good night's sleep. However, the hotel's credit card terminal failed at check-in (apparently the problem had been persistent for the last few days and they were trying to fix it). Consequently, you would assume the hotel offered other types of contactless, digital payments, or showed extra goodwill (the issue was with them, after all). Needless to say, they sent me away, denying my requests to write me an invoice ("you could be insolvent" (sic!)), accept a direct SEPA transfer ("those can be recalled") or let me get cash in the morning (I might just run out). In the end, I found another hotel at 3:30am.

I have had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Good beds and shower. The room is a bit outdated, but nothing broken and very clean. Good price.
