Very nice and centrally located hotel. There was an issue with the room we booked and they had to give us a smaller one. They gave us complimentary breakfast to make up for the inconvenience.
The breakfast was EXCELLENT! Fresh juices, lots of options from cold to hot breakfast, and a gluten free basket of pastries and cereals.

The hotel is just opposite the exhibition. The location couldn't be better. However, the elevator was out of order during the few days we stayed there, which was very inconvenient. The bar equipment was a bit old, but the breakfast was very rich.

The major downside was that one of two elevators was not working on arrival. In the evening of the second day of my stay, I was informed by the receptionist that the second elevator was out of order as well. It was not fixed the following day by 10 am when I checked out. The room assigned to me was on the 5th floor. Luckily I dont have any problems with mobility or health issues so I could claim the stairs. The view through the window was lovely. The hair dryer has seen better days as well as the iron which I borrowed from the reception. There is no restaurant at the hotel.

Rooms are okay, very clean and the bathroom is modern. But there are some downsides: the supplied WiFi password did not work at all, one of the elevators was out of service and the hallways look very dated and had an odd smell. Breakfast is also nothing to write home about.

Very unhappy situation happened to us. Upon arrival we received the room which was cold, without functional heating and even with the window opened. When complained at the reception at 23.15 we were told they go to the basement and restart the heating. This did not work. We were oferred another cold room with window opened we did not agreed to. When we checked booking.com there were several rooms free, but it seemed the staff was lazy to check. So we received extra electric heaters to help ourselves. We usually do not write such negative review but this time the situation is absolutely negative for us. Even the lifts not working properly...Price 330eur/night without heating....In internet is same room 279eur with heating....It is morning and Im am sick...

Suzi who ran the breakfast service was great. I'm gluten free and she looked after me brilliantly. There was also a mix up with rooms (not the hotel's fault) which they went out of their way to solve.

Nice hotel but the air conditioning doesn't work. Asked to get it fixed and no response. Not even the fan works. Currently 34° in the room, which is dangerous. Still staying there in 409 if someone can please fix this so we don't die in our sleep (or lack of sleep).
