The hotel is well located. The staff is friendly in particular Suzy who was very sweet and helpful with our breakfasts, which was delicious!
As for the rooms, although they look good, maintenance needs to be worked on. The A/C wasn’t working in one of our rooms, and they didn’t have any unoccupied rooms with a working A/C until the following day and the bathroom lights in the other room didn’t work. The bathtub drain was clogged in the room they gave us the following day.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very accessible, the free breakfast is great, the room is very comfortable. Every hotel staff we encountered have been very friendly and hospitable- from front desk to dining room. Syndi from the breakfast area is the best! My only complaint is the bathroom lighting. Not good for putting on makeup

Clean hotel at a good location. The room was quiet and affordable. Public transport and walking both took less than 10 minutes. Especially the staff at the breakfast buffet was very kind.

The beds are stiff. Breakfast is good. Suzi is very hospitable. There were fruits, eggs, you could also get an egg dish from scratch. All in all is fine

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I want to especially commend Suzi for her excellent service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Additionally, the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job—my room was always spotless and well-organized. There was a lovely lady who took great care in cleaning the room, but unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. Both of them made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Very nice and centrally located hotel. There was an issue with the room we booked and they had to give us a smaller one. They gave us complimentary breakfast to make up for the inconvenience.
The breakfast was EXCELLENT! Fresh juices, lots of options from cold to hot breakfast, and a gluten free basket of pastries and cereals.

The hotel is just opposite the exhibition. The location couldn't be better. However, the elevator was out of order during the few days we stayed there, which was very inconvenient. The bar equipment was a bit old, but the breakfast was very rich.

The major downside was that one of two elevators was not working on arrival. In the evening of the second day of my stay, I was informed by the receptionist that the second elevator was out of order as well. It was not fixed the following day by 10 am when I checked out. The room assigned to me was on the 5th floor. Luckily I dont have any problems with mobility or health issues so I could claim the stairs. The view through the window was lovely. The hair dryer has seen better days as well as the iron which I borrowed from the reception. There is no restaurant at the hotel.

Rooms are okay, very clean and the bathroom is modern. But there are some downsides: the supplied WiFi password did not work at all, one of the elevators was out of service and the hallways look very dated and had an odd smell. Breakfast is also nothing to write home about.
