NH Frankfurt Messe

We couldn’t ask for a better experience during our short stay in Frankfurt! We were breaking up a couple of long international flights and decided to stay at NH Frankfurt Messe to recuperate and do some exploring before the next flight. From the moment we checked-in, the service we received was outstanding. The breakfast was delicious (extra fee) and the staff made sure we were taken care of with an umbrella when rain threatened our walk to the nearby botanic gardens, PalmenGarten (HIGHLY recommend!).
The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport and there is plenty to see, do and eat nearby. The room was clean, quiet and the bed quite comfortable. Marion was especially helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

We just left the hotel. What a fenomenal experience! We arrived very late in the night the gentleman at the reception was very kind with us, while we were experiencing an issue with the reservation in the system. This morning, Marion at the reception changed my day!❤️ My son was sick and she went out of her way to help us, such a kindness and wonderful support!
Thank you for everything, canceling our vacations it’s not so sour afterall, we felt home, family love! 🤗🤗

Amazing stay, amazing staff, especially Miss Marion who was exceptionally friendly and professional in welcoming me.
The same goes for Miss Suzi, the lady serving the breakfast, excellent service, excellent food, excellent ambiance.
One in all, the best hotel in Frankfurt; and I have been coming here for the last ten years. Wholeheartedly recommended.

The food and beverage experience was faultless. The breakfast buffet was extensive. Our room was clean, lovely and quiet. We particularly appreciate the service and hospitality provided by Sunny from the food and beverage team at the bar in the lounge/reception area.

Location for my office by the Messe was great.

Service at reception was not exactly warm and friendly. I for some reason was asked to prepay my entire stay which seemed odd.

One of the best hostel I have ever got.

Central location easily accessible from the airport and downtown, with a subway station right across the street. Excellent staff and friendly service. Rooms are beautifully done. The main station, Frankfurt Hauptbahnoff, is about a 10 minutes walk away, and with an all day transit pass, you can travel anywhere within Frankfurt easily. One downfall is the lack of parking - the hotel only has 5 parking stalls in the back and it is first-come, first served. If they run out of parking, you will need to search for street parking elsewhere. There is also no airport shuttle service as they are very close to the main transit station.
