We had a great stay here! The front desk was kind and efficient and was able to get us into a room without a reservation. We were pleasantly surprised by the large, clean room and the updated bathroom. Having AC in the room was a plus for us, but having four large beautiful windows we could open was great too! If we are ever in the area again we will be back.

Hotel right next to a highway, so we could't open the window at night. Room was big and comfy. We had a double bed plus extra bed for my daughter. Breakfast buffet is awesome!

Nice stay for one night- the dinner at restautant was tasty og Well cooked and the they did a really nice breakfast - with a continental standard added specialties. Very Nice👏

Nice hotel for a short stay. The location is not that great, a bit far from public transportation leading to the city center.
However, the room was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good.

It is quite all good..problem is no aircodition and electric fan was not working but the rest was all ok.

Great weekend in Hamburg. The Gresham Carat was exactly the right Hotel for a night. From Hamburg Veddel, the use of own car is recommended. A great starting point to discover much.

Never again!
Staff: Some rude, and soggy, in part, simply disinterested.
Location: right in the Middle of a rundown industrial area. Window you can not open because of the truck noise. Alone I would not drive myself in and around it (especially not as a woman).
Supermarket next door is the three straps down I've ever seen. Damage to Windows and doors there are several break-in attempts to close. Many "shady" Shape around the Hotel.
Facility: Old, worn and musty. In any case, 4 stars. Defective equipment in the rooms. Repair/exchange only after repeated Demands.
Eating: Had with of the group you are half Board there. Dinner is a only insolence. No choices for vegetarians/Vegans or intolerances. Meat is not properly cooked, and must be found in the watery sauce. Potatoes from the microwave, the tear is not to identify a grey, fish-soup from the guests as such. Appetizer at "3 course menu" consists of 2 lettuce leaves on a plate.
No wonder have eaten at many of the tour group already on the second day, in other Restaurants!

We were a few years ago for 4 nights in the Hotel. It is a bit remote directly on the highway. The staff is nice and the rooms clean. Pets are allowed.
