Worst service ever in Hamburg so far. Waited 15 minutes to order and another 20 to get glass of wine…

I love to stay here. The staff is really nice.

The staff was super friendly!! The Hotel was super cleaned and followed all the security measures due to the pandemic. The room is not very spacious, but it is comfortable. The bed and pillows are a little too soft.
The neighborhood seems not very safe and there were many homeless nearby.

Great location. Rooms and bathrooms are not very large. Big everything is new, modern and conveniently designed.
Breakfast is chaos though - go to the café/Baker across the Street.

Very good hotel. Simple and nice. Little rooms, clean and calm. Nicely located with a subway station just in front of the hotel. Excellent place. Breakfast could be better but enough to prepare yourself for the day.
