Good stay, comfortable bed. Breakfast had no cooked food. Had to request an iron from reception.

Parked my rental car at the hotel parking spot. Next morning the car window was crashed and stuff was stolen. Couldn’t get my flight bc needed to handle everything with returning the car. The employees were NOT helpful at all!
No one was asking how they could help me or called the police for me. I asked - more as a joke- whether this happens often at the reception. The first one said normally not. But the second one told me it just happened one week before also!! I was really shocked.
As a guest I think my car is at a safe place on a privat ground. I really can’t understand when it’s not and just one week ago they broke into another guests car why you not minimum warn your guests and tell them!!
After all I send the Hotel an email. I not even get an answer! I have a damage from a few thousand Euro and they didn’t offer me anything. They didn’t apologize in the hotel. They didn’t apologize after! I give it to my lawyer. Never had such a bad experience!

Classy business hotel! Stayed alone in a quite big room, big bed, great bathroom. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful! Was able to check in half an hour early, so great! Also first couldn’t login in the wifi, they helped immediately:) but by far the best part was the huge breakfast buffet!! So much to choose from, fresh and good quality cheese, meat, fruit, veggies etc! Big plus: everything also available with vegan alternatives (and not only one! Milk was e.g. soy, almond and oat). Biggest plus was the gluten-free bun option!!! So great to have that! Thanks!

Friendly staff, clean, dog friendly. This was just a short overnight for us. Early breakfast which is great when we just want to get back on the road. For dinner they gave us a list of good restaurants within 10-20 mins walking. We always feel at home with our dog staying at Motel One. Comfortable bed and room. Parking onsite so very convenient overall.

The room was very good. Clean and cozy. Breakfast did not have warm food like scrambled eggs, baked beans etc.

Great location if you going to be in this area. Plenty of food and beverages on osterstrasse which isn't a far walk. The rooms are clean, but small. Ask for an odd numbered room so you're not on the street side. Road noise can be heard. Breakfast is not the best, but there isn't really anything near by. The parking garage is tight. Back into the space or you may never get out. The staff was very nice. All in all - Average
