I loved staying at this hotel. The bed was so comfortable, great pillow and duvet. The standing fan makes it very very comfortable even in august, the ceiling fan doesn’t do much and mine made so much noise and tried to fly off the ceiling if you turned it up over 2 that it had to stay on low and barely did much. The shower was tiny but nice as was the bathroom as a whole. It was a little mini fridge which came in handy. Only downside I can think of is the window opened onto an overhang which someone could easily walk from room to room on which made me a bit uneasy leaving my window open fully at night which would have made it cooler but I was never overly hot so it wasn’t a major issue. On check in I was given a little ice cream treat which was a great surprise. The location was right across from the train station so it had all the transportation options needed, it was a bit outside the old town but the walk was easy or you can catch the metro. Would easily stay here again. I didn’t try the breakfast to comment on that.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, it is a nice hotel, nice clean room and bathroom even if it is a bit small but it is clean and has a separate shower. The breakfast was included and starts quite early in the morning which is very convenient for those who start their day early or have to catch an early train or flight as in our case. The hotel is centrally located just opposite to the train station and the bus and tram stations are also close by.

-Room was very hot in summer. One of the ceiling fans did not work well. The portable one provided saved us, though.

No air conditioner!!!! München is not very hot in summer but, It was much hotter inside of the room than outside. Only the reception area was cool… We opened the window all night, still, it didn’t work at all. I couldn’t sleep at all and ruined my schedule.
Plus our room was so tiny, old, and smelly (feel like sleeping at a subway platform) and the bed sheets were suspiciously dirty…..Be aware of the room conditions before reservation.

The staff there were super! They were kind, helpful, professional and approachable. It was consistent throughout my 3D2N there. Definitely one of the few hotels where I felt so welcomed.
We were able to store our luggage before check in and after check out, and got chocolates during check in! There's also a water refill station at the lobby. Room was comfy with all the required amenities for a short stay.
Just be mindful that there's no air con; they do provide an extra fan in addition to the ceiling fan.
Location was right across the Central Train Station, another plus point of this hotel.

Be careful doing business here. I cancelled an Oktoberfest reservation well before the deadline and booked elsewhere. Months later after several emails they still refuse to issue my refund.
Unfortunately the reply below is not accurate. Long story short, get everything in writing. (Obviously this was my error). Poor customer service.

Aside from a good location, everything else is bad. The room is old and smelly, even opening the window doesn't help. There's no heating or air conditioning, the bathroom is dilapidated, and the shower head doesn't stay in place due to calcification. The bathroom’s floor is cracked, and the toilet is very old. The bathroom is strangely designed with poor layout. The room is so spartan that it doesn't even have a single water glass, only a bottle of 3-in-1 body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a bath towel. There's nothing else. There are many hotels in the area with good locations, so I strongly advise against staying at this one.

Great hotel. Very comfortable and conveniently located. Staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely use the hotel again for business stopovers.

We really liked this hotel. It's very clean, the rooms are spacious, the people friendly, and the breakfast buffet plentifully. The location is perfect near the Hauptbahnhof and it's not very expensive. The streets are a bit loud but the windows do a good job of keeping the noise out. We would definitely stay here again.
