All good. Clean and tidy rooms. Great location in front of the tram stop and close to the station. Hearty breakfast for every taste. Kind and helpful receptionists.

The location was ideal for using rail travel from the Munich Hbf. The room was a decent size and very clean. The bathroom was a very good size. The included breakfast was very, very good. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Bad service. I had to provide all my personal data at the reception desk ,by myself with so called SELF CHECK IN, having in mind I had already been provided all data when i made reservation via internet. Also I have been asked to provide credit card in order the hotel to get more money if they decided., having in mind my stay was fully paid . Also because of my late flight i called to the hotel I might come around 00:30 a.m., and they told me the hotel does not service after 24:00. What a hotel is this ? Shame on you!

Check-in and check-out were very quick and uncomplicated. The staff were friendly. The room was very clean.

Stayed there recently for 4 nights. The room itself was nice, and getting new towels and the room cleaned during our stay wasn't an issue. Only a stone's throw to the main shopping area and close to the train station for your journey back to the airport. Restaurant downstairs handy for a bite, while I'm not sure if it's affiliated with the hotel itself. Only issues was the lack of a late bar and the man behind the desk wasn't as welcoming, which you wouldn't expect from front of house. However the lady we dealt while leaving was lovely and was always smiling. Would stay there again.

Very nice hotel, very very clean rooms, mega comfortable bed and pillows, well equipped overall. It is very close to the main railway station, 3km from the old city center. The restaurants around are not too good and the hotel restaurant has a weird schedule, even though communicated otherwise on google maps, this I didn’t like. The breakfast is 17 EUR and very good. Check-in experience was a bit lengthy and annoying. Overall, slept very well and had excellent breakfast
