The staff are extremely friendly and professional, and they speak several languages, which makes communication very easy. They explain everything clearly and are always willing to help.
Parking is available not far from the hotel for €17 per day — quite reasonable compared to other hotels in the area that charge up to €35.
The rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained. Another great advantage is the hotel’s excellent communication with guests, whether via SMS or other means. They even send you a link that allows you to unlock both the main entrance and your room door directly from your phone, with no registration required — a very modern and convenient feature.
The location is outstanding, perfect for exploring the city on foot.
I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for its excellent value for money.

A great stay for Oktoberfest!! Conveniently located about halfway between Hauptbahnhof and the Weisn, but still quiet from the crowds. Very friendly staff, good breakfast selection. Room was clean and comfortable

I was able to check in around noon for now extra charge wow. The front lady was amazing (sorry I forgot her name), she was very nice, helpful and over all very attentive. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel which was literally steps from the Oktoberfest grounds. Please give my appreciation and highest regards to the front desk lady she’s truly a treasure.

We had a fantastic stay at the Bayer 89 ViVadi hotel in Munich. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious by European standards; comfortably accommodating three adults without feeling cramped—a rare find!
The location is ideal, with a tram stop right outside the front door. It’s only two quick stops to the main train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city or catching connections to other destinations.
Despite being so central, the hotel was quiet and relaxing, offering a perfect base for exploring Munich. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great accessibility.

Small room, but very comfy bed, nice hot shower, mini fridge, AC. We booked a night here very last minute but everything worked out and the staff was very friendly. About 10 mins from the train station. Perfect place for a quick stop in Munich.

Perfect hotel. Near the central train station and many many neighborhood restaurants, an amazing buffet breakfast and an Italian restaurant that was very much enjoyed. The Staff were very helpful and beyond nice. I have zero bad things to say about this hotel and its employees.

The hotel staff took very good care of me. They even called me to see if I was going to make it before midnight. (After midnight, the check-in process becomes self-service and is fully digitized.)
I was also impressed by how smoothly and elegantly the hotel's automation process worked (the overall digital service), as well as by the comfort and cleanliness of my hotel room and the generous check-out time (until noon). It's an absolutely great value for the money!
