Really well located, near the pedestrian area in the tourist area and very close to the train station, so it is viable to carry on your luggage from the station to the hotel. This is not a problem and it is also safe.
Near the hotel there are some restaurants, among them 35 millimeter. It is very good.
The hotel has a good breakfast. It is worth it to give a try.
Have in mind that the double room garden is too small. There is a very short space between the bed and the wall. But to a friend of mine was given a much better room, view to the city (not garden). So it is better to check before making your reservation.

The hotel is walking distance to the old town it is 5 minutes from the train station and has several subway and tram stops nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff was fabulous. I would stay there again.

When booking a hotel, I made a mistake in choosing the dates - I mixed up the month. I contacted the hotel in advance and asked to change the dates. The reservation had already been paid for, and there were available rooms for the dates I needed, but the hotel refused to meet me halfway and change the reservation. This attitude shows that money is more important to them than caring for guests. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel

Excellent location ! 10 min. walk to Octoberfest and was a block away from train station (Munich Hbf ). Rooms are small but, clean . Bed was a bit to stiff for me . Great water pressure , and air conditioning . Staff was friendly and bilingual. Definitely pay for the comfort rooms , as there in the back , away from the street noise . Lots of homeless on this street but never felt uncomfortable walking at night .

This was my first hotel in Europe, which I hadn't originally planned to book. Due to a strong typhoon in Taiwan, my flight was moved up by a day, so I booked this hotel at the last minute.
It was very close to the train station and was easy to find. Since we arrived in the middle of the night, we had to ring the doorbell to get in. The reception staff were very friendly, the bathroom and bed linens were extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable, leaving me with a great impression of Germany. The price was very reasonable, and I highly recommend this hotel.

STAYING RIGHT NOW AT THIS HOTEL AND MY ROOM AC IS VERY HOT. CANT SLEEP!!! Can’t open windows either because I hear all the noise coming from the street!!!!! Including the people and the trains. Went to the Front desk and told me they didn’t have any fan or can’t resolve my problem at the moment. DONT STAY IF YOU CANT HANDLE HOT ROOMS DURING SUMMER TIME. HORRIBLE.

Super good location just beside Hbf and just a quick walk to the main city Center. Happy with the stay although the AC was not working very well so it became quite hot in the room.

Really nice clean rooms and extremely helpful and kind staff! In spite of being located on a busy street, the room was very quiet. Great air conditioning. Highly recommend!
