The location is very good, you can walk to Marienplatz in a few minutes. It is close to 2 train stations, Central Station and Stachus Station.

The room is spacious, beautiful and clean. There are towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer (no drinking water).

Really well located, near the pedestrian area in the tourist area and very close to the train station, so it is viable to carry on your luggage from the station to the hotel. This is not a problem and it is also safe.

Near the hotel there are some restaurants, among them 35 millimeter. It is very good.

The hotel has a good breakfast. It is worth it to give a try.

Have in mind that the double room garden is too small. There is a very short space between the bed and the wall. But to a friend of mine was given a much better room, view to the city (not garden). So it is better to check before making your reservation.

The hotel is walking distance to the old town it is 5 minutes from the train station and has several subway and tram stops nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff was fabulous. I would stay there again.
