Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff were the loveliest people ever, the breakfast was so delightful and there were so options, there was something for everyone. My room was immaculate. It was easy to pop into the city centre with just a quick walk and underground ride

The stay was fine up until the check out time. They charged two extra breakfasts as if someone external came for breakfast with us. When we kindly pointed out the extra charge, they literally refused to help saying “it’s YOUR problem”! Excuse me?! Mistakes happen but the hotel attitude was very disrespectful. The manager was also not very pleasant and not willing to help.
This incident left a very bad impression of the entire stay. The customer service in this hotel should really become more CUSTOMER and HUMAN oriented.

Really friendly staff, excellent breakfast (warm and cold options), general all-around excellent hotel near to transport links S-bahn outside the hotel entrance), clean, excellent WIFI, large, parking area at the back and close to the autobahn.
I would only advise that if you are staying in the hotel during the summer, that you bring a fan, it was unbelievably hot in the room I was in, even with the window open. 👍

I loved staying at this hotel. It’s a charming little find a couple miles north of the old town; the kind of place I always hope I come across, but never seem to. It has this old-school ambiance that feels like faded/retro glamour in a totally appealing way. The staff is charming as hell, and they addressed me by name throughout my stay (nice touch). My single room was efficiently laid out and had everything I needed, including a fridge. There’s a nice breakfast buffet, and a little bar/lounge for a cocktail before or after hitting the town. I felt like I was staying in a country hotel, or a bed and breakfast.

It’s a cute little old-fashioned hotel in the middle of the city. Everything is well maintained and clean, very nice breakfast and most of all - the friendliest staff on earth. Close to the English Garden and good access to the airport (the direct LH Bus stop is one subway stop away and faster than going through the main station). Would certainly stay here again.

I asked the woman at the front desk for help in the location and she spoke to me in German and walked away. I waited there for 5 minutes because she seemed busy getting coffee in the bar area but she never acknowledged me standing there. I again asked her for help and she said she was busy but actually she was just standing in the bar area talking with the bar tender and stirring a cup of coffee. I said if I could just ask one question and she said very rudely in well spoken English I have no time for you. Being from America I found this to be extremely rude. There is always someone willing to help in the states. I would never recommend staying at this hotel after being treated so horribly by the unhelpful help...

It was raining and about 10 at night, freezing and wet we went to the hotel where we made our reservation but reservation was made for the following day. Exhausted we walked and inquired in many hotels. We finally found this hotel and the receptionist, an older gentleman, was so kind, and welcoming. We were so grateful, small and cozy room, bathrooms renovated, tv and wi fi and a delicious breakfast included. Awesome place, will come back!!!!

The Breakfast is good! Room Ok. Receptionist is very unfriendly and makes a unkompetenten impression, what makes the stay is no pleasure.

Comfortable, clean and reasonably well-located hotel. Rooms are fine but perhaps a bit dated. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful with lots of options!
