Amazing resort. The people who work here were very nice and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable and we had the view of the pool. The food here is very good since they have a variety of restaurants. The only thing is the alcohol is not very strong. I liked how they have so many things to do in the resort and you can’t get bored. Overall, I had a nice stay.

We had a great time. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a lot of fun themes & activities planned daily.
The beach was amazing, beautiful!!! There were plenty of beach chairs available. One day, our group rented a cabana on the beach. We enjoyed being pampered and having lunch delivered right there to us.

Friendly staff, efficient in all areas, beautiful and comfortable rooms. The pools are wonderful but the beach is amazing. Soft white sand, gentle surf, warm water! The food was beautifully presented but fairly bland and many things were not hot on the buffet. The bread, fruit and coffee were amazing all the time. Best mojito I ever had and the Coco Loco is a must!

We made the best of our stay, but there were some definite drawbacks. Breakfast was consistently disappointing, and the housekeeping staff was quite noisy throughout the day. There were several work projects going on, which added to the disruption. Communication with the bartenders was challenging—unusual for an all-inclusive resort. In fact, we often had to leave the pool to find the better ones. We ended up relying on room service more than we expected.

The Italian restaurant, while good, felt like it was in a different resort because of how far the walk was. On the plus side, the grounds were well-maintained, and seaweed wasn’t an issue on the beach. The water was rough in September, but the beach cabanas were a highlight, especially with the excellent service from Juan Davis. Lunch there was always enjoyable.

We tried the Seaside Grille and the Mexican restaurant but didn’t feel the need to return. For the price we paid, we expected a better overall experience. It wasn’t terrible, but it could have been much better.

For the most part everything was really nice! The restaurants had great service and the food was very good. The one thing to be mindful of.. if u room needs to be cleaned…they don’t come by early..most of the time it was later in the day.. 5-7pm.. also.. my kids wanted a picture with a parrot.. a guy was walking on the beach with a few parrots on his shoulders.. well.. for 4 or 5 pictures that we took.. it was $50 US dollars for both kids.. a little steep.. of course that is not “ Dreams “ fault..this is just a guy doing his own little business.. but maybe u can negotiate with him better than I

The staff is very friendly and professional, the resort is very clean and comfortable, we had a jacuzzi on our balcony, champagne and Rum. The restaurants are nice with different types of menus . We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed ourselves. Would recommend this establishment to my friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

So the only reason for the room being a 4 is because it could never cool down... tried getting it under 70° no chance if I were you I would get a room on the bottom floor, rooms can get ice cold. The service is hands down phenomenal... can't ask for better. The DR has always treated us with the kindness you would expect from these great people... like always, it is an all-inclusive but tip well. In the end, it's worth it. If you don't mind slushy drinks and the well alcohol then just do normal service. Otherwise, pay for the premiums.. they do have grey goose... pool is great. The lazy river is amazing. Make sure you're dry when trying to enter the buffet, or they will kick you out,which is weird. I do get the wet floors are slippery. My sister had her wedding here and she recommends it.

My family and I stayed at Dreams last month. We really enjoyed the resort and our butler Natalie was very helpful and attentive. She sent the daily programs every morning and checked in with us. The pools and pool area were clean. We especially enjoyed the restaurant Portofino, they had great food and service. I do however think they could improve the buffet as there weren’t many options. Overall it was a nice trip!

Just got back from our 7 day vacation. Loved the resort, so beautiful! Our butler Billy was phenomenal! The beach & pools were great. Drinks, so yummy. Lots of food choices. Buffet items could have been warmer. Every single staff member was just the best, always helpful, smiling. Glad we were part of the “family” for a week👏🥰
