The Las Torres buffet was a really. The sit down à la carte restaurants were hit or miss. My two favorites were Kusko and Bhogali. Don’t expect to have fast service at the restaurants, it is more of a laid-back environment. Expect to spend a minimum of an hour.
Our Butler, Jean, and Steven at the building 58 pool bar, both provided extraordinary service, were polite, and always had a smile.
As a recommendation to the resort, I recommend more lunch options and even some quick grab and go food locations. Helios needs to change up their morning buffet options. 95% of the items were there every day. Some variety would be great.
The food across the resort was fabulous. We tried Helios by the beach, Kusko which serves Japanese and Peruvian fusion cuisine, La Boheme which offers beautiful French dishes, Capricho for international options, and El Dorado Steak House in the adjoining Palladium area. Every restaurant was delicious and the service was wonderful.
The pools were amazing and always very clean. The drinks were great everywhere we went and the bartenders were friendly and fun. The maids kept our room spotless each day. We also had massages at the spa and they were incredible and very reasonably priced.
Overall TRS Turquesa exceeded all of our expectations. The staff, the food, the relaxing atmosphere, and especially Edward made this an unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend this resort and I would happily return.
The grounds although under major construction of one of the 3 hotels were beautiful. Great beach views and great beach backdrop for our vow renewal.
Our butlers in building 55, Francisco and Crisleidy (spelling) were absolutely great. They secured dinner reservations at different restaurants every night. They took care of everything I needed.
They along with Nancy our cleaning person made sure our room was always clean and decorated. Especially after our renewal celebration.
Wife and I are not big buffet fans, but we did not have to worry as the various restaurants offered deliciously meals. I had seafood every night but one. I especially enjoyed the different salmon dishes at multiple restaurants.
What I liked least was the quality of the food, worse than expected, and the service a bit slow.
For several days they did not refill the minibar.
He greeted us with warmth and personalized attention, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. Whether it was arranging romantic dinner reservations, offering thoughtful surprises, or making sure our every request was met promptly, Randy consistently exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail and dedication to creating a flawless experience made our anniversary unforgettable.
