We had a wonderful time during our stay. The Food was surprisingly good. I will say go to dinner early because after 6pm the lines grow fast. Event staff was very friendly and inviting

The hotel is of a very good standard. But swimming in the sea is problematic, all the time there is a wave

There is always something to do with many events and activities occurring throughout the day and also plenty of places to relax. The beach was beautiful and blue

If you want to have a great time, spend your days at the guitar pool and ask for Hector as your bartender. Amazing service and even better drinks!

This time we had other family join us. The first time was covid so not everything (like the theater and free water craft) was open. Then our rooms were in good working order

Very good structure and lots of things to do. The beach is amazing, the most beautiful I've ever seen! The pools are also very nice. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the bathtub adds a nice touch

These are hard working men and women who deserved to be recognized! Also the front desk service people did their best to be helpful when needed

This place is absolutely beautiful! This is our third time visiting and there are so many reasons to keep coming back! The beach is perfect, well kept and has so many loungers! The pools are great! We loved their restaurants and the buffet is a convenient and delicious back up for every meal

Alexander Perez in guest services was exceptional in helping me make reservations for all the things I wanted to do while I was in Punta Cana! The resort is absolutely beautiful with so many plants and every aspect of the resort is picturesque! The rooms were very clean and well maintained

WILLIAM and JUAN give the BEST SERVICE! of all the resorts on the island i have been coming here for years and have stayed at most of them! They are quick, attentive, always have a smile on their face! If they were not working i rather not drink! they are major assets to this company! I ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING THEM! The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Usually the beds aren’t the best in hotels but these are great. If you come to Punta Cana I recommend staying here

From the time I got to the hotel to the time I left I felt welcomed and appreciated. Pool bar/Pool is great love the bartenders there. The beach is fabulous and they have people that will bring you drinks

The staff were awesome, especially Adrian and Cindy. Accommodations were beautiful. The restaurants were great and the atmosphere was relaxing. We are definitely coming back soon, maybe every anniversary

It was great to be able to walk straight to the beach from my room and there is a shuttle bus to go to the other end of the resort that comes every few minutes. I cannot wait to come back next again!

The team is globally very nice. I have to do a special mention to the buffet team, who is very kind, remembers names and take a good care of the guests

We are currently staying here and we are having an amazing time. Our Master Suite Swim-Up is fabulous. It’s so nice to have my morning meditation right outside my room then enjoy a morning swim

What a great place to be! The room is very nice, the staff members are very friendly, and all the drinks are made to our satisfaction. With limited English, everyone is so eager to help out

There were also families with children, so the designated area for children was good for them to enjoy. There was also ample security

A few misses at the buffet but good overall. Cool restaurants and and touristy shops. Really big and spacious pools

Didn't use the spa myself but some of our family had very good deep massages (extra cost, but reasonably priced)

We stayed on the platinum side, and it is 100% worth the upgrade if you want to relax. The resort is the biggest I’ve seen, there is tons of things to do, food to eat, and places to hangout or relax

This hotel is by far one of the most incredible experiences I've ever had. Everything is just perfect and screams luxury. The stuff is friendly and helpful

If you eat at the buffet the lines may be long, but they move relatively quickly and have a good variety of food, fresh vegetables, fruits and juices

Wander, Rooftop staff and Juan were amazing, providing excellent service as bartenders and servers. Beautiful landscaping and view on roof top is nice. However, Edwin did not make us feel welcome or valued

This was our honeymoon and we were here for 11 nights! This place is absolutely AMAZING! Ana Munoz at the Jigger bar was the BEST, she was very personal and very hard working! All of the workers were so amazing, Jenfry was our concierge and it was so kind and friendly, helped us with all! Claudia Rodriguez did a great job whipping up drinks for everyone and being so kind! :) 10/10 recommend

This resort had the best customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived and the door man escorted us to the desk to check in. They offered us refreshments while we waited. The staff is so friendly and helpful

The animation is very good, prizes are given for participating in competitions. Friendly, funny and kind animators, I especially liked Keila. Night show is worthy and interesting

I stayed in this hotel back in 2017. The pool is amazing and they keep you entertained with fun activities during the day. The buffet is great and we specially enjoyed the restaurants we could book for no extra cost

First of all! Best butler is Carlos Rosario! You need to get in contact with him at your arrival, he will take care of all your needs and make sure you get a VIP experience! The resort is amazing with super nice rooms and views

The al la carte restaurants are not very good apart from the fish restaurant which was delicious. The Mexican served cold food that was sat for too long. The pizza and taco snack bars are delicious

After 48 hours of being here at the royal club, things are not quite looking good. We are royal club members of nearly 18 years. Today was an experience that I would never forget

The only downside to the resort is there wasn't as many activities for teenagers to participate in. Other than that, great resort and would recommend it!

My first room was not good as my daughter got an electric shock from the hairdryer and the plug sockets did not work properly, but the guest services moved me as soon as I complained

We enjoyed this resort and the food selection at the buffet was really good. The paella, seafood and soups were our favourites. My family of three (including a toddler) stayed for 6 nights and no complaints

My family of 33 went to this resort early August, it was gorgeous! Sandy at the front desk is the best. She is so patient and provides amazing customer service. And Pedro the server is amazing as well

The resort was not too busy in September which was nice because we always found a spot on the beach, by the pool, water park and best of all they always had towels

This was a great experience! The resort itself was gorgeous, with great restaurants (French and Italian were our favourite), the buffet was great- there was always something we found to eat

Our AC in our room broke one night and we asked Housekeeping to fix it when we were out for the day and they did! So that was lovely. It was a great trip- well worth the price

In the afternoon there were long queues for drinks. I don't drink alcohol but many times I had to wait in long queues for a coffee. This is something that could be improved

Tequila restaurant was a great experience. Servers were excellent and attentive. Luis and Jirgis were very very nice and passionate about their service. I never had to look for them to ask for anything

The massage was very good but they are very expensive. 110$, 50min 99$ (actual there is an offer for 75$). I booked the 50min but the massage was actual only 40min. That‘s the Reading whu they lost 2stars

Big negative point the isolation of the hotel which made it impossible to really go for a walk in contact with the Dominicans etc. We had to take excursions to the hotel which were very expensive

You can get around well with the shuttles. The main restaurant choice is not bad at all. The beach is pretty but a lot of waves and watch out for touts on the beach

It was my first trip on the road. If it was in do it again I wouldn't go to Punta Cana

Miguel was the best server ever! We are here for our honeymoon and it was such a lovely experience! Our best meal of the week with phenomenal food at Oregano with server Miguel! We also had the romantic dinner next to the beach and Joan was our server and it was amazing! The service was incredible and the food was to die for!! Plus the view 🥰🥰 such an amazing dinner to celebrate our marriage!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Excellent Resort pro Carmen ! My stay at Excellent Resort Punta Cana was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and top-notch service

We visited the Sports Bar a lot and were always taken good care of by Alvin & Damaris (and the others too!) They made sure we had what we needed & kept our drinks full, which is why we stopped in every evening

The resort itself is gorgeous and has everything you need right there in one spot. The biggest downfall here is the front desk. They would never answer the phone when you would call down to the desk

The pool was so nice, the drinks were good. The staff was even better! The entertainment staff was hands down the best part, the blue team is really what brings rhis experience all together

Food is good, hotel is clean, a little old but in good shape. My wife and believe if you are of a darker shade you wont get the same treatment as If you had blue eyes

This all inclusive resort is very nice. The covid rules are followed by all staff and enforced. The food is not fine dining, but it tastes OK and there is a lot of choice. The entertainment team is awesome
