Best Hotels in Punta Cana

The hotel's maintenance is super good, with only a few minor details like the public restrooms that require general maintenance, but not cleaning

The food is what I think could be improved a bit more, apart from the Toro restaurant, which was high quality. The food is good but not excellent. We visited all the restaurants and they were all good

I don't have anything negative about the hotel. The bad thing for us was the beach, which was impossible to swim in, with too many waves. Children can't even play on the shore, which is extremely dangerous

If you're not interested in buying a property, don't agree to go to the point-based talk because you'll lose half your morning. And with the vendors on the beaches, you'll find better prices

Just stayed here in a suite for the past week and had an amazing time. The food, drinks, and service were all wonderful and the property was beautiful

If you're just looking for the beach, this isn't the hotel for you, although you can find quiet beaches within a 20-minute walk along the shore

I had the best time with my huge family! Everyone who works at this resort is so wonderful and accommodating! Aniblaisy from the entertainment team turned my trip from a 10/10 to a 100/10! She was so kind to me every time we spoke! She introduced me to do some activities and I had so much fun every time! Also, a shoutout to housekeeping! Not only was my hotel room the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed...

These are hard working men and women who deserved to be recognized! Also the front desk service people did their best to be helpful when needed

The bathroom could be a little better, though. The shower was old and didn't work very well. The buffet is good, I think the food could be a bit more seasoned and more varied, but it was nice enough

This place is absolutely beautiful! This is our third time visiting and there are so many reasons to keep coming back! The beach is perfect, well kept and has so many loungers! The pools are great! We loved their restaurants and the buffet is a convenient and delicious back up for every meal

The hotel has a beautiful environment, beautiful sea water, comfortable beach, golf course, football field, tennis court, basketball court, and many recreational facilities on the sea

Awesome service! The staff is exceptional, we stayed at the Level and had Eddie as our concierge and he was the BEST! He facilitated everything we needed and kept us up on the daily activities

Franklin was a excellent server and attentive to our needs. We encountered a few issues with our order, but he was positive and receptive to correct them

Randolfo’s knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he provided excellent recommendations based on our preferences

Upon our arrival we were greeted with warmth and a feeling that we were the most important people there. Our Butler /Concierge Juan was and is top notch! We never wanted for anything. Reservations were made for us

I have been treated like a queen everyday everywhere I went. I looked forward to going to the pool everyday to see the boys at the swim up bar and the lobby to see Jeisel and Patrick

The team is globally very nice. I have to do a special mention to the buffet team, who is very kind, remembers names and take a good care of the guests

Food is good, not five stars, not good enough in an hotel of that size

We are currently staying here and we are having an amazing time. Our Master Suite Swim-Up is fabulous. It’s so nice to have my morning meditation right outside my room then enjoy a morning swim

What a great place to be! The room is very nice, the staff members are very friendly, and all the drinks are made to our satisfaction. With limited English, everyone is so eager to help out

Aside from the sewage odor in the area of the Platnum member, the resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Our first all inclusive, it was very pleasant and worth the trip

Beautiful and huge complex with very well-kept buildings and landscapes; however, there are not enough trains during rush hours, which delay dinner reservations and excursions for guests

We stayed away from the salad bar, drank bottled water, beer and wine only. The pool and beach were close together and that is just wonderful

But for the little money you pay, you get an amazing value, much better than comparable cheap AI resorts (I have been to several of them)

Amazing price value! Yes, it's a cheap all-inclusive resort, so don't come with 5-star high-end expectations

This resort had the best customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived and the door man escorted us to the desk to check in. They offered us refreshments while we waited. The staff is so friendly and helpful

The animation is very good, prizes are given for participating in competitions. Friendly, funny and kind animators, I especially liked Keila. Night show is worthy and interesting

Amazing staff so kind and ready to help in whichever way. The food and drinks were awesome ! The entertainment was spectacular. Went on a trip with friends and we had such a wonderful time and will be going back soon!!!!

I stayed in this hotel back in 2017. The pool is amazing and they keep you entertained with fun activities during the day. The buffet is great and we specially enjoyed the restaurants we could book for no extra cost

First of all! Best butler is Carlos Rosario! You need to get in contact with him at your arrival, he will take care of all your needs and make sure you get a VIP experience! The resort is amazing with super nice rooms and views

The al la carte restaurants are not very good apart from the fish restaurant which was delicious. The Mexican served cold food that was sat for too long. The pizza and taco snack bars are delicious

After 48 hours of being here at the royal club, things are not quite looking good. We are royal club members of nearly 18 years. Today was an experience that I would never forget

The only downside to the resort is there wasn't as many activities for teenagers to participate in. Other than that, great resort and would recommend it!

My first room was not good as my daughter got an electric shock from the hairdryer and the plug sockets did not work properly, but the guest services moved me as soon as I complained

Wander, Rooftop staff and Juan were amazing, providing excellent service as bartenders and servers. Beautiful landscaping and view on roof top is nice. However, Edwin did not make us feel welcome or valued

We had 24/7 concierge service provided by Jose and Eddie and they both were wonderful and made sure that our stay was beyond excellent. Totally loved all the wellness inclusive activities too

As a result we did not have good night rests. The staff did do their best to accommodate us but no real resolve

My first time in Dom rep. Hotel is great. The staff are excellent. Bar staff are very friendly. David is a great guy, very professional. The pools are beautiful. I would like to come back next year with my family.

So far we have enjoyed our stay very much and the animation team is fabulous. The food is also excellent and very good hospitality. The animation team is professional and very entertaining

We enjoyed this resort and the food selection at the buffet was really good. The paella, seafood and soups were our favourites. My family of three (including a toddler) stayed for 6 nights and no complaints

My family of 33 went to this resort early August, it was gorgeous! Sandy at the front desk is the best. She is so patient and provides amazing customer service. And Pedro the server is amazing as well

The resort was not too busy in September which was nice because we always found a spot on the beach, by the pool, water park and best of all they always had towels

I like everything except the boogie tour, they cancel the tour and dont inform or give us notice about the holiday .when we separate

The attention and service of the staff was amazing want to point that out specially for Cindi that tried to help us. We had issue with the A/C since the day we arrived, it was just like a fan no cool at all

The next day we talked with Cindi and reported the same and she tried to helped us giving us other room but we checked it first and the A/C was the same way

Hotel bathrooms are old, rusty pipes. Shower tub combo is too small. Handrail in bathtub makes it difficult to shower. Toilet flooded then wouldn't flush

We reported it that same day we got there and nothing was done and also the shower was cloged and all the water remained there for a while

The food was not great, the people were not friendly and the room was not clean and things were broken. Would not recommend.

I love how the o people talk to you here, they make sure you are having the best time ever! The games are very fun to! The entertainment is very good and the speciality team is chocolate

Great experience at Serenade this week. The food was better than we expected (highly recommend the sushi!), the drinks were good (especially the main bar in the lobby!) the pools were great, and the beach was beautiful

We came with our one year old and also really loved the kids club, where the employees were friendly and kind! The club had activities for kids of all ages

They are good!) There aren’t too many restaurants to choose but the buffet was good, and I also really liked the Italian restaurant. I can’t get enough of the burrata and that beef dish

Best Experience ever!!! Food was great! Room was great!! And the entertainment team went above and beyond!!! Even during a rainy day they made sure we had fun and enjoyed ourselves

The dive shop and dive guides were really excellent - friendly whilst also being very professional from a safety point of view and offered a great service. All in all a great stay and great value for money

The all-inclusive is great, breakfast and lunch buffet with a wide variety and good seasoning. Of the a la carte restaurants, I would give special mention to the Sensai Japanese restaurant

Food is good, hotel is clean, a little old but in good shape. My wife and believe if you are of a darker shade you wont get the same treatment as If you had blue eyes

Amazing resort!!! From check in to check out we were greeted with smiles and kindness. No lack of activities from the incredible Blue team! Especially Drama Queen. Lovely pool area, again, with tons of chairs available

Had an amazing time at this hotel. Upon arrival we were given a free room upgrade. This room was cleaned by Jolanda everyday who always made sure the room was spotless and we had clean towels

The pools were not very busy and the bar staff were very helpful to everyone. They have shared tipping rather than the tip going to that specific person. There are sun beds available at all times

The ground staff were constantly working hard to repair the cracked floorings (assuming from earthquakes), and the gardeners were always out making sure everything was up to standard

Buffet food was delicious and had such a great selection with different themed nights. We went to the Asian and Italian restaurants which I would also highly recommend booking

The massage was very good but they are very expensive. 110$, 50min 99$ (actual there is an offer for 75$). I booked the 50min but the massage was actual only 40min. That‘s the Reading whu they lost 2stars

Big negative point the isolation of the hotel which made it impossible to really go for a walk in contact with the Dominicans etc. We had to take excursions to the hotel which were very expensive

You can get around well with the shuttles. The main restaurant choice is not bad at all. The beach is pretty but a lot of waves and watch out for touts on the beach

Tip: if you wait to buy spa services you can order them from the multiple sales people (kind of annoying) however save a lot on the cost

This this is only my second time out of the country and my first time in Punta Cana and 1st all inclusive. My experience has been great so far. The room was great tho I wish I would have sprung for the beach view

My view is still great but nothing beats a beach view. The give you a glass of champagne when you arrive. There was a bottle of champagne waiting for me in my room

I’ve only tried 2 restaurants here so far but what I’ve tried at Oregano and The Grill has been decent. Wish I would’ve come with someone but Overall I will be coming back

My recent visit to Excellence El Carmen was absolutely phenomenal, exceeding all expectations! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that everything here is top-notch

The food was amazing (only tried Food market, beach house and the sports bar for food) I didn’t even feel like trying the restaurants because Foodmarket was that good in my opinion

I felt like I was in paradise!! I enjoyed my stay so so much

And, of course, the beaches of Punta Cana, with their white sand and crystal-clear waters, are always a hit. What I value most is the excellent customer service
