Property had many options of restaurants and amenities. The Turquesa section is however towards the front of the resort. There’s no ocean view rooms and not walkable to the beach. Transportation was nice. We upgraded to the Ambar section to be close the beach and had a swim out room. Of course it cost more. The sales folks know how to sell it.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Bahia Turquesa. I accidentally left my baby’s formula milk at Las Dalias restaurant, and instead of holding it for me, the staff threw it away. This was very upsetting as I had to spend a significant amount of money to purchase another can while there. An OK resort Bahia principe was a nice resort, with nice shows for both adults and kids. The downside was their food, both buffet and especially their A la carte. Not much flavour and very salty.

The best part about this property is that it offered different entertainment and activities for all ages. However, the property is old and very outdated. I had to change rooms due to a lack of cleanliness. Although the property was big. I would not stay here again.

At the hotel, my pregnant wife and I were held up at the entrance because we couldn't get in until 3 p.m., and they made us wait on the street outside the hotel. We called reception to ask if they could please do anything, and in a tone that said we didn't care, they told us "company policy."

Food is good, hotel is clean, a little old but in good shape. My wife and believe if you are of a darker shade you wont get the same treatment as If you had blue eyes. In other words customer service should be better with everyone. Besides that Great spot for family and friends. 8/10 over all!

Amazing resort!!! From check in to check out we were greeted with smiles and kindness. Beautiful, clean beach. No lack of activities from the incredible Blue team! Especially Drama Queen. Lovely pool area, again, with tons of chairs available. Rooms were big, beautiful and spotless. Theme restaurants were phenomenal and no issues getting a table. Sad to leave but will definitely be back.

This all inclusive resort is very nice. The staff is very friendly. The covid rules are followed by all staff and enforced. The food is not fine dining, but it tastes OK and there is a lot of choice.
