Impressive Premium Punta Cana

My experience here was extremely disappointing and by far the worst I’ve encountered (I stayed there for 5 days). Firstly, their customer service is terrible and the food was bland and had flies (specially on the pizza shack close to the pool area), and to make matters worse, half my family suffered from food poisoning. The pool had black algae, especially near the water bar and they cut corners by reusing cups that were only given a quick rinse in water that looked questionable, which was even more unsettling than finding small cockroaches in my room. Additionally, the employees drove golf carts recklessly around the property, causing several close calls. Beware of corners!

Given the price, I wasn’t expecting luxury, but the overall experience was shockingly poor. If you think I’m exaggerating, I encourage you to stay there and see it for yourself. You’re better off staying at literally any other resort in DR.

On a positive note, the entertainment staff really gave it their all in all the shows and had a contagiously positive attitude. Although customer service was inconsistent, there are some hard working employees that helped make the experience better. All in all, management needs to do something about this decaying resort and at least improve their food recipe and hygiene.

Worst all inclusive I’ve ever been to. They will try to get you to waste your time at a “offer” but it is a time share scam. They tell you it will only be 60 minutes and the sales person wasted 4 hours of our day. I had my shoes stolen and the employees did nothing but say sorry. Most workers do not speak English and 99% of guests were not from English speaking countries so they did not understand nor speak any English at all. Our transportation was late and we almost missed our flight home. They gave us a broken bed. Cockroaches and centipedes in the room. There is no pest control and the food is reused and not good at all. The food had bugs flying all over it and I will never go back to “impressive” ever again. The “butler” didn’t text me until our second last day there. Save your money and go to a better resort because this place is horrible.

Since the first day we were in the room, there was a water in the bathroom. Everyday I ask them to fix it . Hotel send someone to check it and map the floor. And next day same thing again . Instead of management accommodating us, they offer us a room in a very bad location or if we pay extra they can upgrade our room.
It is impossible to make a reservation for the restaurant , even the first day we try make a reservation for the last day ( 7 days ) nothing was available . Only restaurant you can make reservation is Pizza and Tapas place, which is I can make a better pizza myself and Costco has a better pizza sauce. So, you are going to have buffet every night. Food is not good except the desserts . Desserts are delicious .
Stuff is very nice and hardworking.
It is sad to see a such nice place going down with a bad management .
