At the hotel, my pregnant wife and I were held up at the entrance because we couldn't get in until 3 p.m., and they made us wait on the street outside the hotel. We called reception to ask if they could please do anything, and in a tone that said we didn't care, they told us "company policy."

I have been to more than 40 countries, and this hotel is the most luxurious, well-equipped, and most thoughtful luxury hotel I have ever stayed in. It is only 3-5 minutes away from the beach. The sea view is unbeatable and I was completely shocked.

I had the relax massage at Ambar. It was a fair experience but in general it wasn’t the greatest massage and I felt a bit beat up after. Tip: if you wait to buy spa services you can order them from the multiple sales people (kind of annoying) however save a lot on the cost.

Was ok. Workers ver unprofessional and most of them don’t speak English very rude too. When you get there will update your room they ask you to pay extra money and if you pay cash they take it money no receipt. You can negotiate how much you want to pay for upgrades. Secrets is a more than nice getaway. Besides the tranquility of your room, there is a spa (cost for services), fitness center, pool lounging and many restaurants to experience. Just returned. Best vacation I’ve had in a while. Place was clean and service was EXCELLENT!! Our Butler was Ronald and he was terrific. We had the Ocean Front swim out room!!
