Melia Punta Cana Beach Wellness Inclusive - Adults only

We visited this hotel Melia Punta Cana in September, were very pleased with everything, from the accommodation to the staff. Let's start in order: 1. We arrived at the hotel at 11:00 local time (and check-in is at 15:00), surprisingly we were checked in half an hour later, without taking or demanding any payment for this. 2. A train came for us and took us from the reception to the room (building number 3). The driver personally took our things and delivered them to the room. 3. The room itself was quite good. A large bed, there is an additional sofa and a table with a table. There is also a coffee machine in the room, and a bar, which is replenished every day. 5 bottles of water, cola, sprite and two beers. 4. The room was also cleaned daily and quite well, the floors were always washed, towels were changed. 5. The food in the hotel is very tasty, the food is varied, there are many different restaurants where you can have a tasty and satisfying meal. 6. Again, we want to say about the staff. The workers are always ready to help, very attentive, most importantly not intrusive, and always with a smile and with a positive attitude, which charges you for the whole day)). We would like to express special gratitude to Aleksandr Perez, who works in the RUMBA restaurant. He helped us sign up for A la Carte restaurants, and was always in touch and resolved our issues). In general, we really liked the hotel and we can definitely recommend it.

I will remember my stay at the hotel for a long time because of the quality of the food (everything is cooked very tasty, especially the meat); cleanliness and order on the beach (they remove the seaweed with a tractor); the attention of the staff (polite and efficient). Yesica Reyes was especially attentive to us, she speaks a little Russian, but everything was clear. Several times a day she came to us and found out what we needed or how we were relaxing, told us where what cuisine was for today. Thank you, Jessica!!! If we have the opportunity, we will fly to you again for a vacation.

This was our honeymoon and we were here for 11 nights! This place is absolutely AMAZING! Ana Munoz at the Jigger bar was the BEST, she was very personal and very hard working! All of the workers were so amazing, Jenfry was our concierge and it was so kind and friendly, helped us with all! Claudia Rodriguez did a great job whipping up drinks for everyone and being so kind! :) 10/10 recommend

Best staff wander! He is so welcome, honestly he makes me want to come back because he makes the whole hotel better. Customer service is so good! I don’t normally post Google review but I had to let everyone know this is the best hotel in Dominican, if your coming from the UK do all inclusive it’s worth it. Don’t do levelZ because you will waste your money on nothing. Adults only is worth it! Is located it everything, and you get great service. The breakfast is amazing and you’re located to restaurants too! And it’s cheaper. It’s worth it❤️

The pool bar is amazing, they make an excellent range of drinks, they are all super friendly and very hard working. It's a lovely atmosphere and great place to chill out. We really loved the service of Maribel who was so so lovely, Maribel,radalis,Gustavo, Ramon, was so much fun, so friendly and welcoming to everyone and makes the best drinks! Thank you so much for all your hard work guys, we can't wait to come back!! We also have had an amazing time at the lobby bar due to margarita's service, she has always been quick to tend to our dehydration needs 🍹and had great chat excellent service! Xxx

Just returned from an amazing 6 night stay at Meliá Punta Cana Wellness adults only, all-inclusive at The Level. Our concierge Luis Pierre was top notch and made us feel like royalty. He truly feels like family now! The resort is so relaxing but always has something to do if wanted. The food was outstanding and the drinks were awesome and fancy. We will be back again someday and will request Luis Pierre each and every time, until we meet again! Oh, and Juan Ramirez is great at beverage service!

We had the perfect honeymoon!!! The service was absolutely incredible- so thoughtful and individualized. From sweet flowers and champagne in our room, to special desserts, to staff who remembered us and our names and stories, we were cared for as if we were the only ones staying here. The rooms were beautiful and the beach is right there with wonderful seating and a bar close by. Our last night at dinner, Kelvin & Franklin took particularly phenomenal care of us at Mar de Sal, we are going home WELL fed, tanned, happy, and so relaxed!!

Great week here at the resort. The grounds are amazing!! Beautifully kept up to 5 star standards. The rooms a little dated, yet still very nice. Worth every penny to upgrade to beach rooms. Our family of 8 loved every minute. The buffet is decent, the other restaurants very good. Thanks to the very attenative staff and everyone else for making this an exceptional vacation.
