The hotel is very near to the airport with 5 mins free shuttle bus. But it's a bit far away from the beach and the downtown. It's more suitable for transfer but not leisure

I stayed at this property after an unexpected need to extend my stay and I am so glad I did. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and went above and beyond. I am here right now and the room is clean and spacious. The problem is our television doesn't work properly and we've reported it twice and they won't just switch it out. The exterior is nice but the rooms are very old. This was the most uncomfortable mattress. They spray industrial strength bug spray in your room to keep the bugs away just before you inter. Not in a walking distance from anything. Friendly service. I don’t speak Spanish I had to improvised at the bar to get what I wanted.

This place seem to once have been quite grand. It has a nice facade in a pretty locked parking lot, beautifully large high ceiling rooms (ours with a jacuzzi) and an elegant pool. You get what you pay for as far as the rooms are concerned. They really need to keep up on the maintenance of each room but the breakfast was very good. the pool area was great!

This is a very quiet and cute hotel. Much better than a nearby hotel we were gonna go to. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious. They give you plenty of food for breakfast! The hotel is very close to the beach as well. We could see it from our hotel room and it was an easy walk. There are also good restaurants nearby. We saw a lot of security too, so we also felt very safe.
