Horrible mosquito problem.. The climate doesn’t help obviously but I think this problem could have been avoided. I stayed in room 210. The showers are almost like walk-in showers. The hotel is very near to the airport with 5 mins free shuttle bus. But it's a bit far away from the beach and the downtown. It's more suitable for transfer but not leisure

Solid location just outside the airport and within walking distance to stores. Clean rooms although the walls are on the thin side which can become an issue for those that prefer not having to listen to their next door neighbours. Service is exceptional.

Nice hotel and relatively affordable

Bathrooms need some renovation. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. Also,breakfast options should be made more foreigner friendly as well as employing people who can speak English. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to lodge with big comfortable beds and nice swimming pool.

This hotel is my favorite in Punta Cana. It’s a hidden gem for the area. The staff is also nice and friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a great place to stay in Punta Cana.

The free breakfast was ideal but it was the same every day. For tourism the staff needs more English-speaking,not everyone knows Spanish and I felt the staff spent more time on their phones than there guests. The hotel needs some upgraded. Appearance makes alot of difference

About 20 kilometers from the airport. The room is of medium size but the mattress is too soft. Breakfast is two slices of bread and scrambled eggs!

The hotel is quite good when compared with hotels in this price category. With security and a barrier, hot water, drinking water in the lobby. Breakfast is modest, scrambled eggs and toast.

This is a very quiet and cute hotel. Much better than a nearby hotel we were gonna go to. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious. They give you plenty of food for breakfast!
