There is loads to do, entertainment, water park, high ropes, several pools/bars/ice skating and amazing excursions. There are Always sun beds free and no queues for things

Property had many options of restaurants and amenities. The Turquesa section is however towards the front of the resort. There’s no ocean view rooms and not walkable to the beach

An OK resort Bahia principe was a nice resort, with nice shows for both adults and kids. The downside was their food, both buffet and especially their A la carte. Not much flavour and very salty.

We upgraded to the Ambar section to be close the beach and had a swim out room. The sales folks know how to sell it

The rooms are outdated, the fridge did not keep items cold, although the AC worked well. My family and I did our best to make the most of our stay, but overall, the service and facilities need serious updates

The best part about this property is that it offered different entertainment and activities for all ages. However, the property is old and very outdated. I had to change rooms due to a lack of cleanliness

Our nine-day stay at Hard Rock Punta Cana was nothing short of exceptional. The resort is impeccably maintained, effortlessly blending vibrant energy with a sense of ease and elegance

Dining was a highlight throughout our stay. Chef Jolanes impressed with exceptional cuisine, and Felix and Davidson provided impeccable service that elevated every meal

I don't have anything negative about the hotel. The bad thing for us was the beach, which was impossible to swim in, with too many waves. Children can't even play on the shore, which is extremely dangerous

Our butlers, JC and Jose, delivered truly outstanding service — discreet, attentive, and consistently anticipating our needs with professionalism and grace

The beach team — Yohan, Youhansey, Elvyn, Lorena, Jeffery, Arhensay, and Nury — created a seamless, relaxed experience each day, while Scooby at the pool brought warmth, attentiveness, and an inviting atmosphere

I had problems with check-in, I waited 1 hour longer than agreed and they gave me the wrong room, I booked a room and they gave me another and they didn't want to change it.

Was at the adult only section and the food was amazing . The buffet was outstanding and the staff was super helpful

Try the french restaurant, good service and great food. Avoid the Rodizio restaurant , poor service , food just ok. Over all is a great hotel but some of the employees need better training .

The rooms are huge, with private pools and patios. The views, architecture, and grounds are pristine. And to be fair, we had a great time

I just don't think they were trained on how to be resourceful or go above-and-beyond. Too bad, because the facility itself really was quite nice. And the country is beautiful, and the people are great

They didn't provide any real service all trip (didn't see them once after check-in), and they made checkout a disaster, with no departure kit, and even unable to even get us a car to the airport

The concierge crew from the moment we arrived until the moment we left was terribly poor. Their single role was to relive stress, and they did nothing but cause it

The concierge service alone was so poor that we won't ever return here. It is the little details that make a resort elite, and these guys didn't have any of those

We had both been assigned the same room and had to all go back to reception to have things straightened out - People were smoking inside the resort where there were “no smoking” signs - Many tiles in the pools had come loose and we sitting detached at the bottom of the pools - a few of the waterslides were broken and taped off to not be used

- Rooms were not well cleaned and are run down - We saw 4 cockroaches in our room during the 4 night stay - Checkin was confusing and we were not given towel cards, or provided the log in for the wifi - After we got to our room another family showed up with keys to our room

Everything was perfect, from the food, the location, and the staff's attention, making the stay excellent. Highly recommended and a huge thumbs-up from Chayanne!

Lovely beach but there aren't a lot of sunbeds for all the hotel guests. The pool is also nice and it's convenient that it's right by the beach and close to the bar

This place is absolutely beautiful! This is our third time visiting and there are so many reasons to keep coming back! The beach is perfect, well kept and has so many loungers! The pools are great! We loved their restaurants and the buffet is a convenient and delicious back up for every meal

This time everything was open & we enjoyed being at the large adults only pool & doing water aerobics there too. (The guys running that were fantastic and each person working the bar area too)

I had the best time with my huge family! Everyone who works at this resort is so wonderful and accommodating! Aniblaisy from the entertainment team turned my trip from a 10/10 to a 100/10! She was so kind to me every time we spoke! She introduced me to do some activities and I had so much fun every time! Also, a shoutout to housekeeping! Not only was my hotel room the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed...

Super nice resort, regarding some of the drama reviews it's what you make of it. The food is so-so, you can't beat the location as the beach is spectacular. The rooms are nice, staff is great

The hotel has a beautiful environment, beautiful sea water, comfortable beach, golf course, football field, tennis court, basketball court, and many recreational facilities on the sea

Marketed as a 5‑star resort, this hotel feels closer to a solid 4. The setting itself is fabulous, with an amazing pool and beach area that truly makes the stay special

The food was consistently excellent, and room service stood out. That said, the rooms are dated and in need of renovation to match the otherwise impressive surroundings

Alexander was fantastic and really tied together our experience in the Yumay restaurant. The experience that we had was truly exquisite and the steak course was some of the best I’ve ever had

Overall: The location, amenities, and dining make this a wonderful place to visit, but improvements in staff engagement and room updates are needed before it can genuinely live up to its 5‑star label

Carmen Vazquez makes the daily entertainment each evening lively, fun and inclusive. Ramon and Santos at the main pool are familia! The service is impeccable

We are currently staying here and we are having an amazing time. Our Master Suite Swim-Up is fabulous. It’s so nice to have my morning meditation right outside my room then enjoy a morning swim

Our experience at Unique Club at Lopesan was fantastic. It's a place that has everything for everyone. All the employees are super attentive and very professional

Everything was good. Unique is worth the money hands down. One lobster dinner and it pays for the extra.

Some bartenders were fantastic — especially at the Del Mar Beach Café, where service was friendly and fun. This resort is huge so get ready to walk or take the train. Cons Guest service is not very service-oriented

It’s an extra-large resort with many restaurant options and lots to explore. The cappuccino and crêpe bar was our favorite spot — the best cappuccino on the resort and a perfect place to start and end the day

We had several issues with our room, and the response felt minimal rather than proactive. There is a noticeable language barrier with many staff members, which made communication difficult

The agriculture and animal sanctuary is a standout feature — peacocks, swans, turtles, and parrots roaming the grounds make the resort feel unique and special

The beach is stunning and well kept. Buffet breakfast was the best of the three meals and very consistent. Overall, the food quality is good

Ordering at the à la carte restaurants was often frustrating — orders were frequently incorrect or not what we requested. Because of this, we eventually opted out of most restaurants and relied more on the buffet

I have been to more than 40 countries, and this hotel is the most luxurious, well-equipped, and most thoughtful luxury hotel I have ever stayed in. It is only 3-5 minutes away from the beach

There were lots of friendly staff and they were very organized. The resort is big with lots to discover yet simple to navigate on the map they gave us upon check-in

When I arrived, the reception wanted to charge me $400 because the Trip app registered my daughter as a minor who is 17 years old and they register children under 12 years old. In the end, they charged me an extra $113.

I stayed in this hotel back in 2017. The pool is amazing and they keep you entertained with fun activities during the day. The buffet is great and we specially enjoyed the restaurants we could book for no extra cost

Resort was fun! They had foam parties, large pools, servers and bartenders were great! I enjoyed the a la carte restaurants a lot, the buffet was okay! I did get food poisoning pretty badly for two days - I think from the burger/wing shack

This resort had the best customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived and the door man escorted us to the desk to check in. They offered us refreshments while we waited. The staff is so friendly and helpful

The animation is very good, prizes are given for participating in competitions. Friendly, funny and kind animators, I especially liked Keila. Night show is worthy and interesting

First of all! Best butler is Carlos Rosario! You need to get in contact with him at your arrival, he will take care of all your needs and make sure you get a VIP experience! The resort is amazing with super nice rooms and views

Additionally, the concept of a ‘silent pool’ feels impractical, given the noise from the nearby pool bar and party boats

I would prefer a more lively pool area with music and more activity options, rather than the entire resort taking an ‘anti-music’ approach in both the beach and pool areas

This was our honeymoon and we were here for 11 nights! This place is absolutely AMAZING! Ana Munoz at the Jigger bar was the BEST, she was very personal and very hard working! All of the workers were so amazing, Jenfry was our concierge and it was so kind and friendly, helped us with all! Claudia Rodriguez did a great job whipping up drinks for everyone and being so kind! :) 10/10 recommend

Don’t do levelZ because you will waste your money on nothing. Adults only is worth it! Is located it everything, and you get great service. The breakfast is amazing and you’re located to restaurants too! And it’s cheaper

Customer service is so good! I don’t normally post Google review but I had to let everyone know this is the best hotel in Dominican, if your coming from the UK do all inclusive it’s worth it

Wander, Rooftop staff and Juan were amazing, providing excellent service as bartenders and servers. Beautiful landscaping and view on roof top is nice. However, Edwin did not make us feel welcome or valued

We had a great stay here at the Barcelo Occidental Caribe. The rooms were clean, we were able to get into all of the restaurant which was a great experience

The games were fun, and Valentin put on a good show for the group, with an appreciated variety of languages for the multi-lingual crowd. Looking forward to visiting again when the cold weather hits next year

This was a great experience! The resort itself was gorgeous, with great restaurants (French and Italian were our favourite), the buffet was great- there was always something we found to eat

The cons - there is really no amenities in the room, no beer or alcohol, cleaning needs improvement the girl came in the room daily and made the beds but often left towels on the floor and did not even take out garbage

That said, there were a few downsides. We noticed ants on the balcony, and both my friend and I had multiple bug bites on our legs, which may have been bed bugs or possibly something from the beach, we couldn’t confirm

The entertainment crew was absolutely amazing and really made the experience. Special shoutout to Juan, Lorena, Frederick, and Ruben, such fun, energetic, and genuinely great people. The bartenders were also fantastic

The food was great as well, with lots of variety, and the resort even had a coffee machine and a barista, which was a huge plus for coffee lovers like myself. The beach was nice, with plenty of seating areas

Another downside was the cost of excursions, most of which were over $100 USD per person. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable vacation with great staff and entertainment

I rarely knew exactly what drink I wanted, and whenever I asked for “something with ___,” they always came up with creative and delicious drinks

We have a great time at the Grand Sirenis Punta Cana. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Sheila, our housekeeper, was very sweet, kind and very hard worker. She keep the room clean, tidy and stock up everyday

On our last day she made a special towel deco for the kids. Pedro at Expedia counter desk was always friendly and kind. He was so helpful that he upgraded our rooms to family suites for privacy and extra space

The resort was not too busy in September which was nice because we always found a spot on the beach, by the pool, water park and best of all they always had towels

My first time in Dom rep. Hotel is great. The staff are excellent. Bar staff are very friendly. David is a great guy, very professional. The pools are beautiful. I would like to come back next year with my family.

We enjoyed this resort and the food selection at the buffet was really good. The paella, seafood and soups were our favourites. My family of three (including a toddler) stayed for 6 nights and no complaints

We went there Dec 2024 and forgot to post a review. Here i am to do it now- we had a wonderful experience. Food was delicious in the buffet and in the specialty restaurants as well

It was my birthday after 3 weeks of our visit and they still decorated our room door with happy birthday banner and surprised us with a cake, which was really nice of them

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect for a successful holiday: clean rooms, a pleasant setting, and a friendly team who took great care of us

The real bummer was letting the locals in on weekend no respect for the travelers took all the towels and chairs and lined up in food so it was debilitating to try to eat or get a chair would not go again

Had some issues with the room that have definitely been issues for more than just our stay, whether the were brought up before and ignored or just over looked, these issues should definitely be resolved asap

Other than that, most staff were very friendly, as a woman i noticed I was treated poorly by some women staff while my husband had no issues at all

Dining: Buffet options were somewhat limited, with a heavy focus on pork and fish. If you don’t eat pork, your choices may feel restricted, and steak or other meat dishes were rare. That said, the food was tasty overall

Beach & Grounds: The beach was stunning, with plenty of shaded areas and loungers. It never felt crowded, and the ground crew was up early each morning cleaning the sargassum, which kept the shoreline pristine
