Hotels All-inclusive in Punta Cana

They pushed us off, first telling us that no one was there yet to help us, to come back around 9:30. When we arrived at 9:30, we did meet briefly with the woman who walked us through signing the contract

We argued with her for half an hour, trying to tell her that we were not leaving until she cancelled it. She finally told us to come back at 1:00 and she would be able to help us then, we would have her full attention

STAY AWAY FROM THE ROYAL HOLIDAY VACATION CLUB (a Timeshare company operating within the resort) We fell prey to their highly trained sales agents and signed on the dotted line

The very next morning at 8:30 am ( only 12 hours after signing) We went back to tell them we made a mistake and wanted to cancel

She told us that she simply could not help us right now, as it was month end, and she first had to get all her paperwork done

We arrived back at 12:50 and were ushered into her office where we originally signed the papers

There are many restaurants to pick from and the buffet was good for all three meals. The sports bar was probably my favourite spot. The drinks and food overall at this resort are excellent

The food is top quality and well prepared. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The rooms were nice, new and clean. The pools and beach were also nice and well kept. I also liked the size of the resort

I love how the o people talk to you here, they make sure you are having the best time ever! The games are very fun to! The entertainment is very good and the speciality team is chocolate

Booked 2 LMS rooms for me and my friends and the rooms itself were 10/10, room service was always there to help, and the food was excellent. Even the room service food was great

You can get around easily yet all the installations felt spacious. I also enjoyed the evening shows. I wouldn't definitely recommend it

Overall had a great experience. The beach and rooms are beautiful. Pool is clean and well maintained. Staff is mostly friendly and profession. Ayayay is very professional and helpful. Made every night fun and enjoyable

Pablo from entertainment was the best! He taught us how to dance! Alex and Luis from member services were helpful and patient with all of our questions. Everything was great from the start! Will definitely come back!

The entertainment staff have been great and including people in their activities. I enjoyed the archery activity. We celebrated dad’s birthday in the buffet in the evening and staff was excellent

Stayed at Lopesan Punta Cana. The adults only pool was fantastic! Domingo made it extra special. Great drinks and service. Lisandra makes excellent Jamison/juice shots! We stayed at this pool every day!!!

He was my 1st point of contact who said I'd get proper help, sent me to the front desk to file a report that they didn't care about just to tell me I would have to wait 24-48 hours for them to let me know If they saw anything on cameras

This is not a review categorizing every single worker as a thief and a liar because there were some who genuinely treated me well but there were a few who you can clearly tell do this regularly to split profits amongst each other

If you go to La Isla buffet make sure you hold on tight to your belongings, they stole my phone while I was waiting for my omelette to be made. I placed it down on the counter to grab a tip and I now regret doing that

I made this a high rating review so everyone can see! I just got back from Hard Rock in Punta Cana yesterday and it is safe to say it was my first and absolute LAST time I'll be going there

Abby helped us all week with activities and dinner recommendations. We golfed at the resort as well and had the best caddy, Amgel, he helped me golf better than ie we have

Food was better than most resorts. Very fresh though the quantity of certain dish was minimal. I was still hungry after eating the raviolis. The breakfast was not exciting with cheap fruits and breads

We sometimes felt pushed by staff to order more than we needed. As a reference, a quick lunch at the casual Blue restaurant ( two poke bowls, I glass of wine and a juice )was well over 100$

We were very thankful for our private pool but people in beachfront apartments felt annoyed. We had a villa with a pool and loved everything about them. We liked the outdoor shower and the big closet

His guidance bad me, a non golfer, hitting the ball straight down the fairway! I would highly recommend this location with amazing views, rooms and customer service! Thanks for a great week

Beach was beautiful and free from seaweed but very small. Most of the coast is taken by a beautiful seaside golf on both sides. There were plenty of lounging chairs with umbrellas

The drinks are better than average (that is unusual for the hotels like that). The swimming pools are the best with the snack bar in the middle. From the minuses: I would enjoy more music in the evening and on the beach

We have first club membership and it was definitely worth it for us. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again

The only downside to the resort is there wasn't as many activities for teenagers to participate in. Other than that, great resort and would recommend it!

At weekends the hotel gets busy and I believes that they should only serve two or three drinks per person at the beach bar because people are getting far too many drinks and refilling water bottles with beer

The al la carte restaurants are not very good apart from the fish restaurant which was delicious. The Mexican served cold food that was sat for too long. The pizza and taco snack bars are delicious

The snack bar near pool is good for drinks but birds sit on the food so don’t eat there. Entertainment is good, better by the beach. Bar staff are good in main lobby but not so good at beach bar

I did have a little bit of a problem communicating, but that wasn’t a huge issue for me at all. Everyone there was very patient regarding the language barrier

They have free kayaks and paddle boats. They have water activities at reasonable prices. But the bikini contest at the pool with the host Juan was amazing

Three of us participated and my cousin actually won! It was a great time! The property is gorgeous and the staff is very hospitable. You don't have to go far for a drink. Pool side- walkways- restaurants

Every morning seaweed is removed from the beach. The staff is hardworking and professional. I stayed on the family side and visited the adult only side and there is more on the family side

It's not like Disney World It's a relaxed environment

The food options were plenty, especially at the buffets and there was always something there that fit my palate

There are amazing beach views from the rooftop bar and Rumba restaurant. There are multiple restaurants and so much variety to choose from for each meal

From the time I got to the hotel to the time I left I felt welcomed and appreciated. Pool bar/Pool is great love the bartenders there. The beach is fabulous and they have people that will bring you drinks

The staff were awesome, especially Adrian and Cindy. Accommodations were beautiful. The restaurants were great and the atmosphere was relaxing. We are definitely coming back soon, maybe every anniversary

Alexander Perez in guest services was exceptional in helping me make reservations for all the things I wanted to do while I was in Punta Cana! The resort is absolutely beautiful with so many plants and every aspect of the resort is picturesque! The rooms were very clean and well maintained

We tried a few a La carte restaurants as well as all the buffets and all the food was to be had, I tried some great food there while I was on my vacation, Rooms are big and updated

Everyone we encountered from staff to other guest where very friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept up with every day and the animals around the resort are beautiful

The beach… is the cream and butter, absolutely beautiful, we would get there at 7-8am and they would be cleaning the sand and the sargasm off the beach bright and early

The only downside to this place may be, the gift shop can be expensive especially for sunscreen, there are vendors that try and sell you things on the beach, a simple no thank you works

My husband brought me here for a relaxing vacation that we found on apple vacations for a steal and we were over the moon happy with this resort. The beach was so clean especially when compared to other resorts next door

We have a great time at the Grand Sirenis Punta Cana. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Sheila, our housekeeper, was very sweet, kind and very hard worker. She keep the room clean, tidy and stock up everyday

On our last day she made a special towel deco for the kids. Pedro at Expedia counter desk was always friendly and kind. He was so helpful that he upgraded our rooms to family suites for privacy and extra space

We enjoyed this resort and the food selection at the buffet was really good. The paella, seafood and soups were our favourites. My family of three (including a toddler) stayed for 6 nights and no complaints

Don’t do levelZ because you will waste your money on nothing. Adults only is worth it! Is located it everything, and you get great service. The breakfast is amazing and you’re located to restaurants too! And it’s cheaper

Just returned from an amazing 6 night stay at Meliá Punta Cana Wellness adults only, all-inclusive at The Level. Our concierge Luis Pierre was top notch and made us feel like royalty

He truly feels like family now! The resort is so relaxing but always has something to do if wanted. The food was outstanding and the drinks were awesome and fancy

well soon came to realize that it's a breakfast that turned into a 4 hr ordeal about purchasing a ECT membership to save at different of their resort locations! It's not a timeshare but unless you do alot of traveling it probably won't be worth the headache and especially the cutting into your vacation time! But other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

This was my first time visiting Dominica Republic and I stayed at the Catalonia Bavaro all inclusive resort. This experience has been very relaxing as the weather has been great

Miguel was the best server ever! We are here for our honeymoon and it was such a lovely experience! Our best meal of the week with phenomenal food at Oregano with server Miguel! We also had the romantic dinner next to the beach and Joan was our server and it was amazing! The service was incredible and the food was to die for!! Our first night at the Excellence El Carmen we ventured into the Agave restaurant. My wife and I had a table outside overlooking the resort. The food was outstanding, courtesy of Chef Alvin. And the service was top-notch
