Hotels All-inclusive in Punta Cana

Just stayed here in a suite for the past week and had an amazing time. The food, drinks, and service were all wonderful and the property was beautiful

I made this a high rating review so everyone can see! I just got back from Hard Rock in Punta Cana yesterday and it is safe to say it was my first and absolute LAST time I'll be going there

The security guard I was assigned didn't do absolutely anything except stand there and just stare at the counter I said I was robbed from then proceeded to say we were done and as we were leaving he said he needed to go back to the restaurant because he didn't "take a picture" of the incident location

I've been to about 4-5 all-inclusive resorts. Jamaica, Mexico and the Dominican Republic to name a few. My wife (a licensed travel agent) booked the Hard Rock Punta Cana for a golf trip. IT WAS FANTASTIC!!!! We had V

If you want to have a great time, spend your days at the guitar pool and ask for Hector as your bartender. Amazing service and even better drinks!

He was my 1st point of contact who said I'd get proper help, sent me to the front desk to file a report that they didn't care about just to tell me I would have to wait 24-48 hours for them to let me know If they saw anything on cameras

I did have a little bit of a problem communicating, but that wasn’t a huge issue for me at all. Everyone there was very patient regarding the language barrier

They have free kayaks and paddle boats. They have water activities at reasonable prices. But the bikini contest at the pool with the host Juan was amazing

Three of us participated and my cousin actually won! It was a great time! The property is gorgeous and the staff is very hospitable. You don't have to go far for a drink. Pool side- walkways- restaurants

Every morning seaweed is removed from the beach. The staff is hardworking and professional. I stayed on the family side and visited the adult only side and there is more on the family side

It's not like Disney World It's a relaxed environment

The food options were plenty, especially at the buffets and there was always something there that fit my palate

I just don't think they were trained on how to be resourceful or go above-and-beyond. Too bad, because the facility itself really was quite nice. And the country is beautiful, and the people are great

They didn't provide any real service all trip (didn't see them once after check-in), and they made checkout a disaster, with no departure kit, and even unable to even get us a car to the airport

The concierge service alone was so poor that we won't ever return here. It is the little details that make a resort elite, and these guys didn't have any of those

They struggled to make us dinner reservations, so we had to do it ourselves

We should have just stuck with Sandals or Beaches

There are amazing beach views from the rooftop bar and Rumba restaurant. There are multiple restaurants and so much variety to choose from for each meal

From the time I got to the hotel to the time I left I felt welcomed and appreciated. Pool bar/Pool is great love the bartenders there. The beach is fabulous and they have people that will bring you drinks

The staff were awesome, especially Adrian and Cindy. Accommodations were beautiful. The restaurants were great and the atmosphere was relaxing. We are definitely coming back soon, maybe every anniversary

The resort is amazing! The beach was amazing g. I loved the variety of restaurants available. Cindy and Adrian were wonderful at helping us. I will be definitely coming back for another visit

WILLIAM and JUAN give the BEST SERVICE! of all the resorts on the island i have been coming here for years and have stayed at most of them! They are quick, attentive, always have a smile on their face! If they were not working i rather not drink! they are major assets to this company! I ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING THEM! Alexander Perez in guest services was exceptional in helping me make reservations for all the things I wanted to do while I was in Punta Cana! The resort is absolutely beautiful with so many plants and every aspect of the resort is picturesque! The rooms were very clean and well maintained

We really liked the restaurants - Mexican, many thanks to Jose, the service was great. And also a huge thank you to Jordan, this guy made our vacation, made sure we were not bored

A few misses at the buffet but good overall. Cool restaurants and and touristy shops. Really big and spacious pools

This place is incredible! You’ll receive so much value for what you pay. Mostly everything was very clean and well maintained. The views on the beach and the food in the restaurants were the most notable

Didn't use the spa myself but some of our family had very good deep massages (extra cost, but reasonably priced)

Animals walking around the territory will boost your mood each time you pass by them. The beach is just breathtaking! Clean, well kept and beautiful. Food is very delicious, as well as the drinks

We tried a few a La carte restaurants as well as all the buffets and all the food was to be had, I tried some great food there while I was on my vacation, Rooms are big and updated

What a great place to be! The room is very nice, the staff members are very friendly, and all the drinks are made to our satisfaction. With limited English, everyone is so eager to help out

Carmen Vazquez makes the daily entertainment each evening lively, fun and inclusive. Ramon and Santos at the main pool are familia! The service is impeccable

We are currently staying here and we are having an amazing time. Our Master Suite Swim-Up is fabulous. It’s so nice to have my morning meditation right outside my room then enjoy a morning swim

First of all! Best butler is Carlos Rosario! You need to get in contact with him at your arrival, he will take care of all your needs and make sure you get a VIP experience! The resort is amazing with super nice rooms and views

The food was pretty great and the restaurants were amazing too! All in all we had an amazing vacation!

We found our way to the nearest table and sat. One of the waitresses notice that we were sitting and asked us what we would like to drink, we placed our order of drinks

Wendy the waiter came over and ask us what we would like to eat. I told him that I would like the shrimp bisque, shrimp cocktail and I was told that they were out of shrimp cocktail, I continue with my order and he left

He very rudely answered me, if the green salad doesn’t have avocado why would you like to change the chefs menu. Wow, that was a slap in my face, I have never been denied any small request by anyone

Beach, 6 themed restaurants 2 buffet and alcohol was okay. Water park was cool and some good shows at theater

We have a great time at the Grand Sirenis Punta Cana. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Sheila, our housekeeper, was very sweet, kind and very hard worker. She keep the room clean, tidy and stock up everyday

On our last day she made a special towel deco for the kids. Pedro at Expedia counter desk was always friendly and kind. He was so helpful that he upgraded our rooms to family suites for privacy and extra space

We enjoyed this resort and the food selection at the buffet was really good. The paella, seafood and soups were our favourites. My family of three (including a toddler) stayed for 6 nights and no complaints

My family of 33 went to this resort early August, it was gorgeous! Sandy at the front desk is the best. She is so patient and provides amazing customer service. And Pedro the server is amazing as well

The rooms are beautiful and room service and cleaning is great. The food is amazing! And we loved the entertainment as well. We felt very safe in the hotel as well

This was our honeymoon and we were here for 11 nights! This place is absolutely AMAZING! Ana Munoz at the Jigger bar was the BEST, she was very personal and very hard working! All of the workers were so amazing, Jenfry was our concierge and it was so kind and friendly, helped us with all! Claudia Rodriguez did a great job whipping up drinks for everyone and being so kind! :) 10/10 recommend

Don’t do levelZ because you will waste your money on nothing. Adults only is worth it! Is located it everything, and you get great service. The breakfast is amazing and you’re located to restaurants too! And it’s cheaper

Customer service is so good! I don’t normally post Google review but I had to let everyone know this is the best hotel in Dominican, if your coming from the UK do all inclusive it’s worth it

Wander, Rooftop staff and Juan were amazing, providing excellent service as bartenders and servers. Beautiful landscaping and view on roof top is nice. However, Edwin did not make us feel welcome or valued

Not to mention our very unwelcoming arrival first time I never received welcome drink and no useful information. They mention nothing about app, where to find food after hours

I would prefer a more lively pool area with music and more activity options, rather than the entire resort taking an ‘anti-music’ approach in both the beach and pool areas

I don’t like coriander and they add this to every meal. You have to book restaurants up front which no one told us! We came to restaurant and found out that we should have book it

We had a great stay here at the Barcelo Occidental Caribe. The rooms were clean, we were able to get into all of the restaurant which was a great experience

This was a great experience! The resort itself was gorgeous, with great restaurants (French and Italian were our favourite), the buffet was great- there was always something we found to eat

We visited in July of 2021 and had a wonderful time. We were treated so well from the check in until the check out. One of our rooms was even upgraded by the young man at the counter who was so friendly and kind

The games were fun, and Valentin put on a good show for the group, with an appreciated variety of languages for the multi-lingual crowd. Looking forward to visiting again when the cold weather hits next year

One day I left a new sunscreen on the lounge chair and it was stolen, I'm sure who it was because I saw a child approach and then they left, so if you go do not leave your things unattended especially on the beach, many people wait in lines for up to 5 drinks which often the line does not move if you want to drink something, I saw people steal the teas, sugar and take the tupperware full of food because...

We argued with her for half an hour, trying to tell her that we were not leaving until she cancelled it. She finally told us to come back at 1:00 and she would be able to help us then, we would have her full attention

NOTE: apparently there is this unwritten rule known among frequent vacationers that you can save a pool/beach chair by leaving your towel on it (or other items) Although the signs posted say no chair saving

And even with the letter stating that we wanted to cancel, a decision would not be made for 15 days!!!! Now, the resort itself was very enjoyable. Lots of activities, lovely staff, great beach, pools, bars

Food was fantastically delicious and lots of varieties to choose from. Rooms are nice with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms per unit. A little nick nacks here and there but overall great environment

They pushed us off, first telling us that no one was there yet to help us, to come back around 9:30. When we arrived at 9:30, we did meet briefly with the woman who walked us through signing the contract

It is unfair for people (this is in our own experience) to leave their chairs while they go shopping for the afternoon, and take up space that my family could have been using

Beautiful hotel with an amazing location however there is a lot of room for improvement. The room is not properly clean, there is always a towel or water missing. They basically do the bed and that is it

Also, I killed a cockroach in the middle of the food area in the buffet! Some staff are really on island time, you order a drink in the beggining of the meal and would get it at the end

Emmanuel, provided great entertainment for Zumba! He’s a great dancer and brought a lot of energy. I truly enjoyed him and hope he’s here next time I come back

Today we had a great time with Andreína by the beach. She is such a lovely girl, very friendly and welcoming. Feels nice having people around like her sharing memories and experiences. Give her a pay rise!

This was my first time visiting Dominica Republic and I stayed at the Catalonia Bavaro all inclusive resort. This experience has been very relaxing as the weather has been great

Amazing staff so kind and ready to help in whichever way. The food and drinks were awesome ! The entertainment was spectacular. Went on a trip with friends and we had such a wonderful time and will be going back soon!!!!

I stayed in this hotel back in 2017. The pool is amazing and they keep you entertained with fun activities during the day. The buffet is great and we specially enjoyed the restaurants we could book for no extra cost

The resort is absolutely beautiful and extremely well kept. One improve would be the reservation times for restaurants. You have a very small window in the day to make them

Resort was fun! They had foam parties, large pools, servers and bartenders were great! I enjoyed the a la carte restaurants a lot, the buffet was okay! I did get food poisoning pretty badly for two days - I think from the burger/wing shack

This resort had the best customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived and the door man escorted us to the desk to check in. They offered us refreshments while we waited. The staff is so friendly and helpful

The animation is very good, prizes are given for participating in competitions. Friendly, funny and kind animators, I especially liked Keila. Night show is worthy and interesting

The all-inclusive package is excellent, with unlimited drinks and a variety of buffet options that cater to different tastes. The fine dining restaurants also deliver a great culinary experience

Tequila restaurant was a great experience. Servers were excellent and attentive. Luis and Jirgis were very very nice and passionate about their service. I never had to look for them to ask for anything

To start upon arrival check in went very smooth we had a room within 15 minutes. The room itself was very clean. Our drinks in the room were always replenished when we got back from the beach

My stay at the Bahia Principe hotel was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, but what truly stood out was the incredible animation team

Junior Fox has an amazing ability to connect with both kids and adults, creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere throughout the resort. The entire animation team deserves praise for their dedication and hard work

Miguel was the best server ever! We are here for our honeymoon and it was such a lovely experience! Our best meal of the week with phenomenal food at Oregano with server Miguel! We also had the romantic dinner next to the beach and Joan was our server and it was amazing! The service was incredible and the food was to die for!! Plus the view 🥰🥰 such an amazing dinner to celebrate our marriage!

Our first night at the Excellence El Carmen we ventured into the Agave restaurant. My wife and I had a table outside overlooking the resort. The food was outstanding, courtesy of Chef Alvin. And the service was top-notch

All staff were very attentive, polite and went above and beyond to please us. The food and drinks were great. We had a swim up suite that was definitely worth it. My husband and I had an amazing 8 days
