Impressive - All Inclusive Hotel

Impressive premium is the best hotel! The food is delicious! The beach and the ocean are clean! 🌊 Entertainment for everything 💯. The staff and animators are simply the best! Especially Chocolate! Responsive, kind, cheerful! With him, your vacation will be at its best 🤩 I recommend everyone to visit! The best vacation 😍

Excellent hotel for the money. Huge and very well-kept territory, many swimming pools, bars, several restaurants. Nice beach with comfortable sun loungers. The buffet is always full of food, you can book a restaurant. Those arriving on Friday should keep in mind that locals check in on this day, and you will have to sit at the reception for a very long time. Otherwise, everything is super.

We stayed at the Impressive premium hotel in the first half of November 2021 and were completely satisfied! Premium privileges allow you to enjoy your vacation 100%, so I advise you to fork out for an upgrade if you initially purchased a standard accommodation option. Service manager Maximo was always in touch with us, who tried his best for us every day, even started learning Russian with a tutor. He signed us up for restaurants, helped solve any problems 🤝 The food at the hotel is excellent, you could come by appointment to any of the four a la carte restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You could also order food to your room if you didn't want to go anywhere :) There is also a buffet in the lobby of the premium building, where you can almost always have a snack. To be honest, I have never tried such delicious canapes as there: with pieces of medium steak, with the most tender fish, with shrimp, with fruits (the papaya there is divine), etc. At the bar you can order cocktails with imported alcohol and local rum🍹🍸🥂 The most favorite ones were Pina Colada, Banana Mama, Manhattan with Black Label whiskey. The hotel territory is quite large, clean, very green, the atmosphere is very pleasant🌴🌴🌴The beach is large, guarded 24/7. The algae that wash up from Sargasso are cleaned up regularly. At first it was scary from their appearance, but then we got used to it, and they are not disgusting, not like slime, but like plastic, even cute :) In any case, Mother Nature rules here, you can't escape the algae. Only if you go to the Caribbean coast of the island. The best time on this beach is to meet the sunrise, because the sun rises just from the ocean💛⛱️🌅 The room is large and spacious, the bathroom has two sinks and two showers. Smart TV, you can watch YouTube. Balcony with a tropical view. Coffee machine ☕ capsule Nespresso, capsules are provided daily (though sometimes you need to remind about this)) The locals are very leisurely and do not bother with many things, like we do. They live by the motto - why do it today, if you can do it never :) But they are mostly all very smiling, good-natured and responsive. All staff is very friendly.... had an issue with a long line at checking and check out but apparently is a temporary issue...while they fix the area.... other than that I would definitely recommend this resort.

1. This is an old hotel with a particularly good beach location. I once walked six kilometers along the beach and found that the beach of this hotel can be said to be the best among the resort hotels in a string along the coast of Punta Cana.
2. How about the service? It's basically OK. The room cleaning staff and restaurant service staff are very good, but the front desk staff is just so-so. It takes at least 20 minutes to check in. They are slow and indifferent to guests.
3. If you ask the bellhop at the door to call a taxi for you, you must confirm the price repeatedly to prevent the bellhop and the taxi driver from cheating you. Of course, the money cheated will not be much, maybe only three or five US dollars, but when you know that you have been cheated, although the money is not much, it is still very unpleasant to be treated like a **.
4. On the first day of check-in, there was a strong musty smell in the room. After calling the hotel customer service, they quickly changed the full set of pillows, quilts, etc., and sprayed a lot of freshener, so the musty smell was suppressed. From the second day onwards, I could no longer smell the musty smell.
5..The locals speak Spanish, so it is a bit difficult to communicate in English.
6. There are still a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel, and the bites are painful and itchy. But this is the case in all resort hotels here, and mosquitoes are unavoidable.
