I recently had my wedding here in October. The resort grounds were beautiful and well kept, they generously upgraded our room and many of our guests that came as well, the food was good and different each day (snack bar had amazing food and air conditioned) the service at bars and restaurants lacked (extremely slow/no desire to work) but my wedding day was absolutely perfect. My wedding coordinator Loraine Mercedes made my day absolutely amazing, she made my vision come true and carried everything out beautifully. I was hesitant in the beginning, but I can confidently say, she is amazing at her job. The bar staff, and serving staff were extremely friendly, and pleasant to have, our DJ understood our crowds vibe and carried out the wedding perfectly. Our wedding photographer and videographer were also super amazing, they captured incredible moments and made a beautiful video. My whole party doesn’t stop talking about how amazing the entire trip and wedding was.

The only reason 4 star for service and not lower is because Loraine was absolutely phenomenal.

Wonderful fun time at Serenade Punta Cana. The entertainment staff is fabulous, Marino, Francis, Stephanie and Maria provided us with lots of fun everyday.
The accommodations, beach and pool area were clean and well laid out.
We highly recommend this resort for a one week vacation - to energize and relax!

We just got back from a week spent at the Serenade resort in Punta Cana and we absolutely loved this resort!

One thing we loved about this resort was that it was a smaller resort compared to others we have stayed at. The resort we stayed at last year was around a 15 - 20 minute walk just to get from the lobby to the beach - at the serenade resort everything is within a short walking distance. You can walk from your room to the pools, lobby, or beach within 5 minutes or less!

Another thing we loved was how friendly and efficient the staff was - all the staff working at the pool, bars, restaurants, lobby, etc. were super nice and always worked hard to serve us. The entertainment staff at the pool really work hard to provide a fun environment to its guests all day everyday! Also - everyday our room was made to be perfectly cleaned by staff and fresh towels were always provided.

Additionally - the food at this resort was very good in our opinion. We have stayed at other resorts and the food was not nearly as good as this one. The buffet food was good for breakfast , lunch , and dinner, the resort also has some nice restaurants and we had tried: the Italian restaurant, the steakhouse, and the tappanyaki and all were 10/10!

Also every night there was shows put on for entertainment, we especially enjoyed the Michael Jackson show, the magic show, and the pop star show. They all were entertaining and fun to watch.

One thing I will recommend as a decency is to bring some extra money for tipping the workers. We always try to leave $1 or $2 in American money every time we sat down at a table, for the cleaning lady who cleaned our room, or for the bartenders / waitresses who work very hard to provide us with a good time at the resort.

The only warning I will give: There are men walking around this resort (the beach and pool areas especially) and are trying to sell you excursions - they will try be overly nice to you and then try to pressure you into booking and paying for an excursion, you have to be prepared to say “no thank you” MANY times (if you are not interested).

Overall this resort was so fun, organized, and a relaxing place to stay - I highly recommend staying at the serenade resort!

I liked this resort . Good food. Great pools. Adult side is much better and you still have access to the family side for the shows and other restaurants, Italian comes to mind. Service at restaurants was very good, however not so much from bartenders, especially by the pools. Would come back again. They must make sure air conditioning is working for the shows in the theater. Found it to be very uncomfortable.

Pinapple made this trip worth coming back. The room is clean and lovely. Everyone is so kind and the staff is very enjoyable to be around. The location is perfect, quiet options, loud party options, and options for both! Gorgeous beach and clean pools :)

Very good experience, i would love to come here again, i just think the rooms should be just a little bit cleaner. Very friendly workers here, food taste amazing. I love how the o people talk to you here, they make sure you are having the best time ever! The games are very fun to! The entertainment is very good and the speciality team is chocolate. 🍫 very very good

Booked 2 LMS rooms for me and my friends and the rooms itself were 10/10, room service was always there to help, and the food was excellent. Even the room service food was great. There are many restaurants to pick from and the buffet was good for all three meals. The sports bar was probably my favourite spot. The drinks and food overall at this resort are excellent. Beach is nice and the pools were also fun. Overall exceeded my expectations.
