Amazing hotel, amazing setting, great staff. We had a wonderful holiday with a blip in the middle when my fiancee was being violently sick all night and which destroyed the next day too after eating at the Italian and the pool snack bar. Bit slow waiter service at breakfast... team needs some training and coordination. Especially in not letting rubbish laying around (goes for other areas too, even the lounge) and acknowledge your presence (some just don't greet you or almost ignore you). All the rest was perfect and met Conrad expectations. Executive lounge is very nice and the team was very accommodating.

Honestly, I have never had such a poor experience at a 5-star hotel as I did with the service provided here. The overall service falls far below the standards expected of a 5-star establishment. In fact, many 3-star and 4-star hotels offer better service. The only exception was the reception team, who were good.

The service was excellent and the attention of the staff is admirable. I just had one concern and that was that smoking was allowed in the lobby and also people were smoking in the lift. My husband has allergy to smoke and honestly we both felt suffocated to sit in the lobby and in the lift. If this is been taken care of the hotel is the best place to be. Loved the hotel and facilities although I think one visit a week to one of the three restaurants is a bit tight. The beach is ok but you will need beach shoes. The snorkel areas are good but get a bit busy. The excursions we went on were desert safari and an all day boat trip with snorkeling was good value. We are staying here at the moment and everything is really nice. The food is tasty and always fresh, with good variety to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes the atmosphere feel welcoming. Our room is clean and comfortable, and the whole hotel is well taken care of. We are having a very pleasant stay and enjoying our time here.

We've had a nice stay at this hotel. Excellent service everyday from Osama in the buffet restaurant, nothing is to much trouble for him, very polite and helpful. All staff have been helpful and polite. Rooms are OK, air con is great the cleaners are lovely. I'd say the lack of ice and sometimes running out of Pepsi was a let down for us as a family who like ice in our drinks and like a fizzy coke

I enjoyed all the pools and the activities that I joined in with, I enjoyed all the food and all the different options. The staff are so lovely and are always helping whether that’s with drinks or finding sun beds. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made my stay extra special. For an all inclusive, the dining options are really good. There’s a lot to do at the resort so you don’t feel like you have to leave. You definitely get your moneys worth. I would stay here again and have recommenced it to so many family and friends :)

Absolutely lovely place to spend a holiday. Very nice surroundings with the pools, plantings and ofcourse the beach. Very frienly staff. Safe area so nothing to worry about.

Arrived at the dive centre to unexpectedly find that Extra Divers recently left the site of Akassia Swiss and Dive Club were now in residence… but I was not to be disappointed with the team. Despite Dive Club still getting up to speed they were very attentive to their divers, ensuring a great friendly experience.
