Location: 6 km from the airport of Sharm El Sheikh, 15 km from Naama Bay and 18 km from the Old town, in the area of Sharks Bay on the beach.
Consists of a main 2-storey building and a complex of 2-storey buildings.
The hotel has 520 rooms.
Total area: 100 000 m2.
Beach: private sandy beach, near the corals, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. The length of the beach 220 m.

The hotel offers a food on system "all inclusive":

Such a great resort. Went there with our 16 month old at the time and were so impressed by the cleanliness, the food quality (and variety) and the amenities on the beach!! The resort has a playground close to the breakfast restaurant AND a playground ON THE BEACH - making it ideal for toddlers. The beach is incredible - if you want to actually swim, you need to go out on the dock and swim with the fish, which was the best part. We didn't feel the need to do any snorkeling excursions because you could go snorkeling all day long just on the beach that comes with the resort.
The food was really great. We didn't do many of the restaurants because toddlers are a bit of a nightmare if they have to wait for courses. We went to the Indian one and it was amazing quality (even with a cranky toddler).
The different pools serve different needs - there's a quiet pool, a party pool, a kids pool (with a big slide). None of the pools had swim up bars though, and the kids pools didn't have shade, which sucked. But manageable.
All in all, I would highly recommend this resort. Bonus is that it's 15 mins away from the airport, so after a long journey/flight over, you can quickly get to your resort and settle in.
I will say, though, the Sharm El Sheikh airport feels inefficient - it took forever to get out of the actual airport after all the passport checks.

I want to share some information that I wish I knew before booking. The hotel advertises “all inclusive,” but that doesn’t mean what you’d expect. The a la carte restaurants are not really included unless you stay more than 7 nights, and even then, you can only go twice (if you’re lucky enough to find an available spot). They also say “unlimited billiards,” but you have to pay extra for it. I even tried to order a dirty martini and was told I had to pay, even though I was on an all-inclusive package.
Basically, a lot of things were not explained clearly, and I felt misled. If I had known, I definitely wouldn’t have paid the extra $70 per night.

Loved the hotel and facilities although I think one visit a week to one of the three restaurants is a bit tight. The beach is ok but you will need beach shoes. The snorkel areas are good but get a bit busy. The excursions we went on were desert safari and an all day boat trip with snorkeling was good value. Service is excellent in the hotel but even better if you tip a few $ here and there.

We stayed there for a week from the 21st June. Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is massive. Many pools, and the beach is amazing and great scenery.
The food was ok. In my opinion, I feel there there could’ve been a lot more options to choose from. Saying that. The traditional food that was served there was very tasty.
The staff were all amazing. From the lovely gentleman that runs the taxi service inside the hotel, to the cleaners.
Special shout out to Omar (I think) life guard at the adults pool (north 38) very professional and very accommodating and attentive. Great asset to the hotel. Thank you for making our pool days experience and good one

Amazing resort with everything you need to relax. Reception employees are very welcoming and polite. The quality of food is good everyday different cuisine is presented, swimming pools are a lot and relaxing. The overall experience is wonderful.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 6 days and were pleasantly surprised. The entire staff is a team of professionals. The cleaner made us happy with the cleanliness every day (we lived in room 116), the lifeguards, waiters, bartenders were all great. I recommend visiting the spa, it was a real pleasure. The large beach, heated pools and a wonderful evening show made us happy. The food was delicious. For me personally, the only downside was that there were a lot of Russians. And it was also nice to know that you can check out later for an extra fee. We will 100% come here again.

The experience was great with the staff. They organized both airport pickup and drop off and the ambience in the hotel was great. The staff took care of all our needs and made our stay Unforgettable. We are sure to come again.

rewarding. They really know how to host
with perfection! We went all inclusive and
the chefs are so on perfectionism mouth
watering menus and buffet, with different
cuisines daily! Ashraf mostofa chef is
absolutely superb with the allthe
tastey desserts that he would set aside
for us.
Mohammed Said the waiter was so
warming with welcome and excellent
knowing what we would want for
beverages and when! These guys went
extra that extra mile with hospitality.
Also the late checkout was so helpful for us

Sharm El Sheikh has truly stolen our hearts as our favorite destination in Egypt! This stunning resort undeniably deserves a full five-star rating. Every detail was perfect—immaculate rooms, exceptional service, a prime location, and delectable cuisine that exceeded our expectations.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service we experienced during our recent stay. Our rest and relaxation were severely disrupted when my child was denied entry to the mini-club. The door was closed in his face, and we were informed that this facility was reserved exclusively for a specific category of guests. This categorisation was not only surprising but also left us feeling unwelcome and excluded.
When I approached Guest Relations for clarification, I was told this policy was “normal” and that a separate mini-club for other guests was located on another floor. Such a dismissive response, coupled with the lack of upfront information, is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment’s commitment to providing a welcoming environment for all guests.
Furthermore, I was disappointed to discover that the beach was closed, and the only available swimming option was from the piers. This important detail was not communicated at any point prior to our arrival, and it significantly impacted our plans.
The lack of transparency and the exclusionary treatment we received were highly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this establishment based on our experience. I sincerely hope the administration considers implementing more inclusive policies and improving communication with guests to avoid such issues in the future.
