Location: 6 km from the airport of Sharm El Sheikh, 15 km from Naama Bay and 18 km from the Old town, in the area of Sharks Bay on the beach.
Consists of a main 2-storey building and a complex of 2-storey buildings.

Beach: private sandy beach, near the corals, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. The length of the beach 220 m.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 6 days and were pleasantly surprised. The entire staff is a team of professionals. The cleaner made us happy with the cleanliness every day (we lived in room 116), the lifeguards, waiters, bartenders were all great. I recommend visiting the spa, it was a real pleasure. The large beach, heated pools and a wonderful evening show made us happy. The food was delicious. For me personally, the only downside was that there were a lot of Russians. And it was also nice to know that you can check out later for an extra fee. We will 100% come here again.

The experience was great with the staff. They organized both airport pickup and drop off and the ambience in the hotel was great. The staff took care of all our needs and made our stay Unforgettable. We are sure to come again.

So clean and staff are so welcoming with
smiles! Customer service is amazing and
rewarding. They really know how to host
with perfection! We went all inclusive and
the chefs are so on perfectionism mouth
watering menus and buffet, with different
cuisines daily! Ashraf mostofa chef is
absolutely superb with the allthe
tastey desserts that he would set aside
for us.
Mohammed Said the waiter was so
warming with welcome and excellent
knowing what we would want for
beverages and when! These guys went
extra that extra mile with hospitality.
Also the late checkout was so helpful for us

Sharm El Sheikh has truly stolen our hearts as our favorite destination in Egypt! This stunning resort undeniably deserves a full five-star rating. Every detail was perfect—immaculate rooms, exceptional service, a prime location, and delectable cuisine that exceeded our expectations.
What truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable, going above and beyond whenever needed.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service we experienced during our recent stay. Our rest and relaxation were severely disrupted when my child was denied entry to the mini-club. The door was closed in his face, and we were informed that this facility was reserved exclusively for a specific category of guests. This categorisation was not only surprising but also left us feeling unwelcome and excluded.
When I approached Guest Relations for clarification, I was told this policy was “normal” and that a separate mini-club for other guests was located on another floor. Such a dismissive response, coupled with the lack of upfront information, is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment’s commitment to providing a welcoming environment for all guests.
Furthermore, I was disappointed to discover that the beach was closed, and the only available swimming option was from the piers. This important detail was not communicated at any point prior to our arrival, and it significantly impacted our plans.
The lack of transparency and the exclusionary treatment we received were highly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this establishment based on our experience. I sincerely hope the administration considers implementing more inclusive policies and improving communication with guests to avoid such issues in the future.

This is without a doubt the best hotel we have stayed at in the Red Sea. The staff are just incredible,so friendly and attentive and they are genuinely wanting to do everything they can to enhance your stay. Special shout out to the lifeguard and bar staff at the adult pool (North 38), they were outstanding. The restaurant managers in thr main restaurant were so on point every day and they were both friendly, welcoming and extremely efficient. The food was just amazing with a huge variety on offer and all at a very high standard. We ate at 3 restaurants and all were so good and the fresh grilled meats were sensational. Our suite was a deluxe sea view with jacuzzi room 643, and it was just amazing. It was huge and the location was quiet with a great view as well so that made it even more special. The house keeping team are brilliant and the room was spotless everyday with fresh towels and sheets.
I never normally return to the same place but we are going to book again next year as it was so good. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough and being only 10 minutes from the airport, it just makes sense.
The beach is also really nice with lifeguards manning the jetties over the reef. The sea life was amazing and the Eagle Divers dive centre staff are also superb and I used them for my diving trips on our 10 day holiday. Don't delay, book today, you will love it there!

The facilities were excellent, and the beach was amazing. There was a sandy area perfect for kids to enjoy the water, along with a jetty that provided access to deeper waters filled with stunning coral reefs and rich marine life. We saw turtles, triggerfish, tuna, and many more. The poolside experience was fantastic, with lifeguards everywhere who were very friendly and attentive, ensuring the safety of both guests and children. They even provided floaters for kids, so there was no need to purchase any. The night activities were fabulous, and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. We're already planning a longer visit next time.

I have stayed in many hotels in many countries but this hotel is amazing. So much of care and service from the staff. Everyone looks so motivated and passionate about their job. Amazing food and great service, the name of the hotel is sultan and everyone is treated like sultan here, I would stay here again.

One of the best hotels in Sharm! The rooms are very clean and luxurious and the views are amazing. The service is honestly some of the best I’ve ever encountered, the staff is very friendly and was very patient with us throughout the trip, and the food quality is also great. It has been a very pleasant stay so far and I would definitely recommend visiting

I want to thank Sultan Gardens Resort for a wonderful vacation, this is the best hotel. Everything was incredibly cool! The room is large, always clean, there were always clean towels! The staff was polite and answered all our needs with a smile! The administration was also happy to help solve all issues! I also want to mark the restaurants! The food was fresh and tasty. I especially want to note the animation. It was a lot of fun, and the animators tried to devote their time to every person in the hotel! They always treated everyone with a smile and special attention. Therefore, I want to thank everyone and everyone for a wonderful vacation! Everything was amazing.
