InterContinental Cairo Semiramis, an IHG Hotel

We had a great experience here! The views of the Nile from the restaurant were awesome. Our server Ahmed Salah went out of his way to get us beef tenderloin kebabs and catered to my dietary restrictions. He was so kind and gave us great recommendations. The service at this restaurant was great! I highly recommend this restaurant!

My stay at the Intercontinental Semiramis in Cairo was nothing short of spectacular. I am profoundly grateful to all the staff, with a special mention to the exceptional team on the 12th floor. Their dedication and hospitality went above and beyond, greeting me and my family with warmth and making us feel incredibly welcome each time we returned to the hotel. Pane Vino is amazing! The price is great and the portions are large. Mr. Mina was my waiter and he spoke wonderful English and was very welcoming. He ensure my order was correct and offered to accommodate anything that was needed. Mr. Muhammad followed up with the service, and I could not have asked for a better experience! The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the thoughtful gesture of having our room adorned with rose petals upon arrival, in celebration of our anniversary. It was a truly romantic and unforgettable touch that made us feel incredibly special and appreciated.

The room itself was spacious, offering stunning views of the Nile. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, from the plush bedding and the down feature pillows which I had requested at the time of booking.

Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable.

In addition to the exceptional service, the hotel's facilities were top-notch. The casino at the 3rd level was a surprise (although I did lose some few dollars but enjoyed the experience.

Overall, our experience at the Intercontinental Semiramis Hospitality was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we checked in to the moment we (reluctantly) checked out, we were treated to a level of luxury and hospitality that surpassed all our expectations.

My experience with the Grill restaurant was excellent. Ahmed the waiter was extremely nice and meticulous; took care of the order with utter proficiency. The whole staff was very friendly, the view is awesome, the atmosphere and the mood were pleasant. Must try!!!!
