Very nice hotel! Amazing beach and sea! We spent 12 days in this beautiful resort! We liked all food and cocktails. Friendly and welcoming staff everywhere! The most important for us is entertainment program. Here it’s wonderful! Live music every night and very professional dance or acrobatic shows! We want to come back!

That was such a good vacation in Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma! Everything was amazing! Beautiful Beach and Sea, so tasty and delicious food and cocktails! Very clean rooms and all public areas. Especially we want to say big thanks for entertainment team, they make very good job there! We liked so much evening African Show and Beach Party with Fire Show! Alex and Kirill are very nice and friendly, they always give information about all program! Our daughter enjoyed the kids club program every day! Tanya is so professional kids animator, kids like her so much! Mini disco super!

Stay in Steigenberger Ras Soma if you want to ruin your special occasion!!!
We stayed there for 3 nights recently for my birthday. And the date I arrived was exactly the date of my birthday.
I’ve informed the guest relationship that if it’s possible I would like to have a room with a higher level 2 days in advance. They replied they will try their best and promised there will be a cake and a nice decoration. And see what I’ve got when we arrived.
As soon as we arrived at 2pm, we waited for almost 2hrs for the room to be ready. The room I got with no ocean view, no welcome fruits/ chocolate, no decoration and no cake or what so ever. And the staff told me yes this is the side sea view.
I requested to get a new room and waited another 2 hrs for it to be ready. And now we got welcome fruit and chocolate????? I mean they probably have excuses for the miscommunications of the cake. But aren’t welcome fruit supposed for every room ?
The dinner I had for my birthday was in the seafood restaurant. When the restaurant took the booking via the phone they said they will have a birthday decoration for me. Guess what ? Not happened again. Which is fine if I haven’t seen another person got all her decoration for her birthday on the other night.
I don’t understand if it’s because we are Asian or we can’t speak German. I had tiny little problems with other 5 stars hotel but non of any makes me want to write a review on google.
1. No communication between the guest relationship and the hotel staff members!
2. No communication between the person who took the booking in the restaurant and the restaurant staff!
3. Highly recommend change the room name to garden view if the side sea view doesn’t have any ocean views!
4. So difficult to book your dinner via their system. Apparently for some of the restaurants you need to make your booking a day in advance.
Pros:
The food is decent and diverse.
The staff members at the bar near the lobby are very attentive and helpful.
The staff members at the beach are very attentive and helpful too.
There is a show every night.
Overall, the experience I had in this place is just unacceptable.

Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma is one of the best hotels that I have ever been with this price range. Rooms are pretty and clean. Staff that works around the pool and the beach are awesome, Fady(waiter) and Ahmed(lifeguard) are the best.
I felt safe and there was no pressure that I had to give tips for every basic service.
The food was excellent, especially the desserts... I also really liked the sushi.
The things that we didn't like:
1. There are just few sunbeds in the shade next to the pool .
People got up early in the morning to take places with shade.
They left their towels, claiming the spot, and then went for breakfast.
I never wake up early on my vacations, so i had a difficult time finding a spot.
I don't think that I should have to worry about that stuff in a five-star luxury resort...
2. There were fewer people in the hotel since August 10, and since then they have reduced the portion sizes of juice, etc.
These are just small things that we didn't like, and again we had a great time. Everything else was PERFECT, that's why these two things didn't bother us so much.
WE WILL COME AGAIN.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also good. Room was very nice and cleaned everyday. We had the most fun with the animation team who were very active and funny. We enjoyed all the activities with them. I really have to praise this team because they were amazing. Thank you so much for nice time.

I had a fantastic stay at Steigenberger Resort in Egypt. The hotel was impeccably clean, with spotless rooms and common areas. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options that catered to all tastes. 5 stars all the way!! The hotel's modern amenities and comfortable rooms made for a restful stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and the hotel's restaurant served delicious meals. But what really made our stay stand out was the fantastic animation and entertainment programs - from live music and dance performances to fun activities and games for all ages, there was always something to enjoy! This hotel definitely deserves top marks for its amazing food, fantastic service, and unforgettable experiences.

The rooms are big and clean. The beach of the hotel is just beautiful: white sand and crystal clean water! The different restaurants offer a great variety of food and the quality is really great. What makes this structure even more perfect is its staff, which is extremely well-organized, always helpful and professional. The entertainment team were just something different I really appreciate everything little thing I had a wonderful time there everything was near perfection everything was on time
