I was captivated by its charm. The breathtaking view of the ancient wonders right from the balcony were mesmerizing. The staff were incredibly welcoming. The rooms were cozy. Without a doubt, Best View Pyramids Hotel offers not only the best view in Cairo but also an unforgettable stay.

1. The staff tried every means to overcharge you, including deliberately giving you 5 Egyptian pounds less in change and asking for a tip without doing anything.
2. There was no hairdryer, and the young boy wearing a hat and glasses had a very bad attitude. He first said that he would find it and deliver it within 5 minutes, then said the hairdryer was lost and it would take an hour to buy a new one, and finally said that he would go buy it the next morning. Not a single word he said was true.
3. The building was very scary and run-down, with the first to third floors resembling ruins and a garbage dump.
4. There was a lot of noise, including sounds from the street, and the noise from the front desk where they listened to music and chatted idly, which affected your sleep.
In summary, flee from this place at the speed of light

Nice little hotel with views of the pyramids and a restaurant on the 7th floor. Very service oriented staff with a great driver and car for hire. Trust me. You need this service in Cario/Giza. Note that rooms facing the street with the good views can be a little noisy due to the traffic. Bottle water is provided every day, and a fridge is in the room. Reception staff speaks excellent English. Enjoy.

Good place for their price (for 5 nights with breakfast it was 107$ approx on that moment), all necessary things (hair drier, iron, air conditioner, refrigerator, cupboard, TV, electric kettle, shower gel, soap and shampoo, but no toothpaste and toothbrush) are available, clean place, location is near pyramids Giza, Sphinx, Grand Museum and safari tour. Breakfast is served too but not as in their pictures, it takes much time to wait breakfast, especially coffee. Advice not to change there currency, better in other places. Cleaning service is good. View from hotel's canteen also good, but from hotel's number there is no view. Food and suggested tours are expensive there too, better to buy outside

, has beautiful Mall,no roads sign's, no speed limit.people ride motor bike without helmets being 3 in one motor bike. In Nile river it was 👌.In the Red sea well organised, it was nice to be there 😂😂🙌🙌🙌🙌🤞.

From South Africa a group of 7 women. We check in on the 1st of October and check out on the 8 of October 2023 recent experience, i personally had a bad experience actually my ratings is -0. Room dirty shower never cleaned since we arrived, every time we needed to ask for towels, toilet rolls and it was like we are troubling them. They told us that they serve English breakfast that was not true, the breakfast was terrible, you ask for coffee and you will wait for 30 minutes they tell you one minutes, even the staff were unhappy. The so called hotel tidy every where. No hospitality at all, the hotel is still under construction .They fail to complete simple requests, the breakfast take forever
There is no smoking zone, they smoke anyway, the noise at night in the reception, they knock at our doors midnight. Terrible treatment ever in my traveling experience. They need to treat guest special the manager was angry with us because we didn't take iterarary the way he wanted us to and he didn't speak to us till last day, we were guest we paid to be there but he wanted to detact our stay in that hotel, to me he was rude to the core. If you ask something they tell you that they will ask the manager first before you get assistant. The advertising shows online and pictures are complete lies. Manager doesn't have managerial skills. RATiNGS -0👎

We booked a room paying extra for Pyramid View a month before our trip to Cairo. When we arrived they told us our double room was not available. We arrived late but we confirmed on WhatsApp when they reached out to us in the morning we will arrive the same day. Instead we had a not prepared room with a very nice view on trash via the only 20inch window. We got a very small discount for compensation. They can simply not do their job of booking a room for customers who booked 1 month ago, I really don't recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel and great location but I’m very disappointed with the service. They take way too long to complete simple requests and orders. However some staff have been quite competent and helpful such as Farouk from the reception and also the breakfast team.

This was a very rare find in Cairo! From past experiences, my husband and I have stayed in the downtown area of Cairo (Khan el Khalili) before with a hotel around the same price. The location was good for accessing everything. However, the conditions of the streets, hotels, and buildings were a bit hard for us to deal with (mainly because of the filth.)
However, this hotel in the Giza area was amazing! I personally give this hotel a 5 out of 5 star rating. For the price of these types of hotels in Egypt, it is above the standard! If you would like to have a cheaper stay in Cairo/Giza, I highly recommend you stay at this hotel! We will more than likely always stay at this hotel when we come to Cairo, Yahweh willing!

Avoid avoid avoid!!! The building is a construction site. only one floor is a hotel but construction doesnt stop.
no toilet paper. not even a pillow case. smell of smoke everywhere. We asked for a remote from the TV and they spent an hour to bring us the wrong remote. When u ask for something, they say "5 min" and it goes for an hour.
We also did a mistake booking a tour through them with private guide. guide was nice first one hour, but after realising we arent going to waste money on his "stop overs for papirus paper/oils etc" he lost interest and switched to talk arabic with the driver and rushed through to finish early.
sadly, place run by some kids with no experience in anything related to tourism. Some comments below were good, and we beleived it, but second read seems like most positive comments written by locals - maybe its to their standard or maybe these are fake accounts.
