Perfect and very clean apartment. Amazing rooftop. I was in a few different cities during my trip in Egypt and this apartment was truly my favorite place to stay at. It was the most cleanest apartment of them all. The staff and the owner are really kind, helpful, generous and friendly. It felt like visiting family. I highly recommend this place.

It's a really nice hotel, located in a small and silent street on the east side of Nil in Luxor. The rooms were clean, they have a nice rooftop where you can enjoy a fresh breakfast and especially the owner Mahmoud was really kind. He prepared the breakfast by himself and was there for us 24/7 if we had any questions.
And of course the donkeys and the camels from the neighbors are lovely.

The best hotel in Luxor! Comfortable location, amazing views from rooftop - mango and banana trees, palms and the valley of kings 🌅🌴 Friendly staff, Mahmoud - will tell, show and become your friend ❤️ Tasty Egyptian breakfasts 🍳 Love this place so much ❤️

My friends and me had a pleasant stay at Cleopatra hotel, Mahmoud welcomed us and made us feel more than in a hotel, we felt at home, he was a great host and was 24/7 offering help and his genuine spirit of service.
We were advised on how to explore the surroundings.
The rooms were impeccable, from the rooftop you can see the valley of kings, the view is so impactful!!
Cleopatra hotel is well located; we were just women and always felt safe.
The breakfast and food were so tasty with that homemade touch (would recommend koshary!)
I would recommend this stay to everyone visiting Luxor.

They represent the soul of a hotel that offers comfort and tranquility in a wonderful neighborhood that allows you to experience the essence of the country.
Its location is excellent for a hot air balloon tour and for visiting the Valleys of the Temples, just a few minutes away.
Furthermore, Mohamed and Mahmud know how to advise on the best way to reach these excursions by organizing an excellent and trustworthy service. The breakfast is excellent, Mahmud is an excellent and professional chef, taking care of the details, he will be able to delight your palate for every need.
We had dinner almost every night during our stay at the hotel and it was excellent! The view from the terrace where there is a beautiful lounge/dining area, towards the Hatshepsut temple and the hot air balloons, is breathtaking.
Clean, tidy and well served, it is our favorite place in Luxor and one of the best when traveling in Egypt.
We will be back soon and recommend it without the slightest doubt!

I’m a few weeks late with this review but I couldn’t not come here to rave about not just the hotel but the service. Mahmoud is a very special soul who made me and my partner feel so cared for. I’ll never forget him offering me tea on the roof and giving me some life wisdom. Thank you for that. The hotel is in a great area- a bit out of the way and that’s how we like it. Just a 10- 15 minute walk to the ferry and just a bit less to the main strip. The rooms have everything that you need! The roof had a stunning view and breakfast was always delicious. If you’re going to Luxor to stay in a hotel and find all its flaws- you’re traveling wrong. Stay here, enjoy the view- I know you’ll love it.

We stayed there 4 nights. Good value for money. Big and clean rooms, good breakfast included in the price. You can enjoy the views of king's valley from the rooftop.
The people working there were very kind and helpful.
Just 10 minutes walking from the public ferry.

Our stay in Cleopatra Hotel in Luxor was amazing. The hotel is very well located. In a very quiet area in the West Bank. It has very nice restaurants around, and everything in the West area is managed by locals. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is beyond kind and friendly. We felt very welcomed. The breakfast is delicious and abundant. Egyptian style with local food. The terrace is beautiful and sunny. Mahmud is the one who takes care of everything and everyone. Special recognition to him and his kindness. The owner of the hotel was very attentive to our needs, too. We even booked a tour with them to the hot air balloon, and everything was great. We will definitely be back to this place and recommend it to our friends. Thanks to all the staff of Cleopatra Hotel.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff, the people there is so friendly and reliable, the rooms are cleaning and bigger, the breakfast was very good and the price is cheaper.

Friendly staff, I like how they provided me hairdryer when I asked them, good customer service there.
Good location, only few minutes walk to the Nile river bank. Plenty of motor boats to go to the East Bank.
The rooms were spacious, comfy mattress but I didn’t find the bed linens very clean, it was not made out of cotton, it was something like polyester which I hate and I also found many hairs on the bed as if the sheets weren’t changed after been used by the previous customer. Toilet needs renovations or need deep clean.
I don’t like to use any hotel’s taxis, tour guides, i search up my own because hotels always charge you double. Also in Egypt always ask your bill after eating and check if it matches the prices on the menu. If you are not alert you will be deceived!
