Very nice hotel. Stayed during day time before travelling by overnight Cairo train. Had good rest for 6 hours. Beautiful view of nile river. Good amenities.

Our bathroom smelled funny the first night, but by the time we were checking out, it smelled like someone was killed, chopped to pieces, and buried in the walls.
The shower was disgusting.
Huge clumps of hair strung along the walls.
The pool was pretty and clean tho, I'll give em that.

Huge space, very clean, comfortable, quiet with the modern facilities and fitment, professional staff, everything perfect and excellent, very good the price, we now in hurghada, the hotel here same price is not so good as Lotus in Luxor, we will choose Lotus if we come Egypt again, recommend it!

Breakfast was basic, staff were hit and miss. Rooms were really spacious and had a good view of the Nile.

Beautiful Hotel. Every room has a small balcony and nice view of swimming pool and Nile River. I saw hot balloons in the morning. Beautiful!

The room is good, the bathroom is very big but not good design and cold. No hair dryer. Pillow and doona aren’t comfortable.

The service in the hotel restaurant should do their job. Instead of serving us, they left dirty plates on the table, didn't bring more food, and so on. Instead dealing with their job, they tryied to exchange money with us. This behavior towards hotel guests was undignified for this type of hotel.

A nice upgrade to Nile view with two balcony's. Service was excellent. The breakfast was basic but ok. Hence only 4 stars

Centrally located but hotel felt old and service wasn’t that great. Nile river views are great if you are luck enough to get a room on that side. The restaurants inside are average as well. Luckily lots of options available on walking distance there.

Very good location. Safe and convenient to walk outside along the river with my wife. Nile river is great to wake up to. Also definitely recommend Feluca boat tour directly from hotel. Amazing way to finish our Luxor trip.
