The Cascades Golf Resort, Spa & Thalasso

had a wonderful stay at this hotel on September 25. The atmosphere was relaxing, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout my visit.

A special thanks to Executive Chef Ahmad for his exceptional hospitality and support. The food was absolutely delicious, and his personal touch made the dining experience truly memorable. Chef Ahmad went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect — a real credit to the hotel!

A really great hotel..
The reception, the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the food of all kinds, and the most beautiful thing is that you visit the SPA center. It is really a great hotel.

An almost perfect experience, from service to food to Ambiente to room size (twin). The most comfortable beds. Lovely hotel with a calm and pleasant „old school“ atmosphere . Nice evening entertainment. Beach is about 10 min away by shuttle (every 10 mins), very spacious and crystal clear water. Only comment would be to introduce electric shuttle buses. All in all wonderful experience.

This is my third time at Cascade, with my first visit being under the old name. I can confidently say that the rooms and service remain excellent. This time, I noticed a significant improvement in the food quality, showcasing what five-star hotel dining should be. Thank you to the food and beverage team for that.

However, I do have one comment: we requested a lunch box for the team during checkout, and what we received was disappointing in terms of quality and selection compared to what we paid for. Nevertheless, I still enjoy the place and look forward to my next visit in Soma Bay.

i went for a trio with my company Wethaq Takaful, 4 days all inclusive, fast check in, very relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, clean, very spacious rooms, big beds even in twin rooms, all amenities were there i didnt have to ask for anything except a louffa and dental kit, the sea is a bit far nevertheless the shuttle bus is there every 10 min max you won't feel the distance at all the beach is sandy the water is clean bluesh you can do other activities like windsurf snorkeling or diving there are a booking place on the beach a bit further the swimming pool is very nice serine and clean cater for children as well as adults with the presence of a life guard from morning to sunset food is good i hope i didnt miss anything i really had amazing 4 days enjoyed it to the max

The holiday was perfect and we really enjoyed it so much except the last day when we did check out we went to the gallery bar into the reception as we were exactly there at 12.10 we asked for the a cup of mercado spresso and the guy there refused in avery rude way and said no you can’t have it as you consider not our guest you also there was a problem with the chief by beach sea shell apart from that in the spikes bar there were tow guys called mena and Georges were so nice helpful friendly and so perfect as service they know what they do really they are benefit for the hotel also abanoub and Antonio’s were do nice as very cheerful and helpful thank you do much

Very good sea view

This is my fourth consecutive year spending my summer vacation at The Cascades, and it has always been my top choice for relaxation and comfort. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Shazly (Reservation Manager) for his outstanding kindness and professionalism. He kindly arranged a room close to the restaurant and reception due to my health condition, and I truly appreciate his understanding and support. Special thanks also to all the waiters at both the main restaurant and the beach restaurant, especially Mr. Alaa and Mr. Mohamed, who always welcomed me warmly. My deepest appreciation as well to Chef Ahmed for the delicious food, the wide variety at the salad buffet, and the excellent taste every day. Many thanks to the beach guard for his great cooperation, and to the housekeeping team for keeping the room excellent as always – this year with a wonderful pool view. The evening entertainment this year was also fantastic, with different shows every night after dinner, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The beach is sandy, the sea water is crystal clear, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is classy, calm, and perfect for anyone seeking relaxation. Thank you to the entire Cascades team for making my stay special once again. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and high-class holiday. And of course, I will definitely return in the coming years
