Beach: own sandy beach in 500 m from hotel Serenity Makadi Beach, pontoon, next to corals. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. There is a Shuttle to the beach. The length of the beach 320 m.

pool area its ok.
the food is good, although on some days you find the morning salads mixed with the fresh ones from lunch.
if you ask for juice by the bottle, the waiters look at you angrily and tell you that you can serve yourself from the dispenser. I did not understand why I am forced to drink from the dispenser if there is also a bottle.
In the last few days, if the bartender saw me approaching the bar, he would hide the juice bottle and say he didn't have any more😅🙈🙉
The food, especially the Middle Eastern dishes, was great. Our kids loved the water slides and the warm baby pool, and even I couldn't resist joining in on the fun. The spa treatments, particularly the Thai massage and Cleopatra treatment, were really nice too.
A special shout out to Corina, the customer relations manager, whose regular check-ins ensured we were always happy and satisfied with our stay. We also enjoyed a fantastic private quad biking adventure and found some great skincare products at the on-site oil shop.
Additionally, we took advantage of the free shuttle bus to the sister hotel's beachfront, where we enjoyed complimentary drinks at the bar and delicious lunch. Snorkeling there was like being in a tropical fish tank :)
We hope to return to Serenity Fun City for another unforgettable vacation. A huge thank you to everyone at the hotel!
