Absolutely amazing! Muhammad is a true master of his craft — not only does he make incredible pizza, but his Eastern-style sweet pies with custard are on a whole other level. Seriously, these things are unreal. Perfectly baked, deliciously creamy, and honestly just unforgettable. Huge respect to this guy — he deserves all the praise. If you haven’t tried his pastries yet, you’re seriously missing out. 100% recommend!

Great stay in Egypt – 8/10
Access to the sea was via a pontoon bridge. The coral reef was absolutely stunning – full of colorful fish and sea creatures. I saw a turtle and a few stingrays, and there were crabs on the beach. It's important to stay within the buoys – I saw a jellyfish, a sea urchin, and a lionfish. Swimming with a mask is a must to enjoy the underwater beauty and stay safe.
The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with working air conditioning and a large balcony. Daily cleaning was a big plus. I rate the room 5/5.
The beach restaurant served excellent food, especially the fresh-made pizza. The only downside was having to walk about 50 meters to the bar for drinks. The main hotel restaurant offered a different menu every day with plenty of variety. I especially enjoyed the European dishes.
Evening shows started at 9 PM – the pool party and fire show were my favorites.
Excursions were amazing: quad biking in the desert, scuba diving, and a yacht trip – everything was well-organized. 10/10!
Negatives: the same music playlist every day, expensive milkshakes ($5 each), and poor-quality alcohol. Rum, gin, and whiskey all tasted the same – like plain spirit. Cocktails were limited, and some bartenders didn’t know the recipes.
Overall, a great place for a family vacation. The sea is only accessible from 9 AM to 6 PM, and there's not much to do in the evenings – but still a solid 8/10.

I like to break down each bit so here we go :D
Rooms: Spacious but furniture was old and could use renovations.
Service: In general was great except for waiters in the restaurant who paid attention to foreigners. Yet, they were respectable so I was okay. Shout out to chef Mohamed at the Italian pizza bar.
Food: Fresh , varied and tastes good. I want to thank the Salad Chef specifically because all was fresh and different. Shout out to the bakery chef especially the croissants he baked fresh during breakfast buffet.
Beach: Good for snorkeling not swimming. It could hurt your feet, make sure to have your waterproof shoes.
Animation Team: Were active and each night they had a different show. I want to thank Nivida I believe, a young active beautiful woman who took my daughter and encouraged her to dance :D Never did I see this attention else where.
Pools: Clean with many heights to suit different people. The aqua park was small with 7 slides yet, they were fun and satisfying. Life guards were all over the place and had their eyes on the kids.
I generally recommend it for the quality and value it brings compared to the price. :D

We spent an unforgettable week in Egypt, in this hotel. I would like to note that the room we got was new and very good. We thank the cleaner for his work, we appreciate it. We also want to note the cuisine and the variety in the choice of dishes. The staff is friendly and polite. The sea is clean and transparent. The entrance to the sea is from a sandy beach, but there are also corals, so we recommend special shoes. There is also a pier from which you can go snorkeling and see the beautiful reef and its inhabitants. In general, we are delighted with the sea. ❤️The person we want to thank most of all is the employee of the bar on the beach, Ibrahim Ali Elsool❤️. He is a wonderful person and a very qualified employee❤️🙂↕️❤️He has become a true friend to us here. 🙏🏻🫱🏻🫲🏽We really appreciate it and thank him for it. Our hearts are with you, bro 🫱🏻🫲🏽❤️🫱🏻🫲🏽In general, the atmosphere of the hotel is great. We plan to come here again in the future. We recommend you try to visit this hotel. As part of a trip a deal vacation, we have just finished a 3 day stay at the hotel. One word - disgraceful. From the moment our group arrived, half the room keys didn’t work, phones not working or fell apart. Our room was not cleaned for 2 1/2 days (we had no soap). All bars close before sunset, with the exception of the lobby bar where the service was terrible. The bar person was openly rude to everyone and we witnessed him arguing with his supervisor loudly in front of guests two nights in a row. The wifi was patchy at best and the hotel experienced at least six blackouts during our stay. The food in the buffet was okay but the Italian meal for our group was very poor. After raising numerous issues, the hotel management made an effort to apologize and make amends, but that was undone as we were leaving where the reception person was aggressively rude because a number of us did not have pool towel cards to return - which had been from us in exchange for towels and couldn’t be retrieved because of their policy of closing the pools early. I was not allowed to check out until we went out and found two towels for the reception person. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Overall the experience was extremely disappointing after what had been a wonderful trip to that point.

The hotel is generally good, there is a volleyball court, billiards, table tennis, darts, etc. The animators do their job perfectly, in the evenings a dance group performs (it's incredibly cool), it's worth seeing. The hotel is undergoing a renovation of the rooms, those rooms that have not yet been renovated are of course not bad, but with their own nuances, everything depends on the price. In general, I really liked the stay in this hotel, all the staff is friendly, communicative, the food is excellent, varied. Special thanks to the hotel administrator, who is really interested in how the guests will continue their vacation and is always ready to listen and solve any problems that arise.

I've been in Egypt 5 times so far. This hotel was the worst of the hotels I've been in Egypt. The location isn't too bad. It's about 45 minutes from Hurghada Airport. The sandy beach is nice. The Hotel is old. The reception area reminds of 50's/60's and is rather dark. The main restaurant reminds you of a bad cantine. The food options are mainly staple food and the visual presentation is bad. Moreover, the service is very bad. You have to go find your plate and the only thing waiters do is to despose of used plates. The room size is good. But the toilet smell and the hand soap dispenser was leaking. Animation was OK during the day, but rather dull. I wouldn't choose this hotel. Rather invest 200 more and go to a good hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, gorgeous views and very clean. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The private beach is fantastic with plenty of sun loungers about. There's a small selection of shops out the front of the hotel but nothing else around within walking distance so would need to drive/get a taxi if you want to eat out/go somewhere not part of the resort. Lots of available extras (boat trips, snorkeling, spa, quad bike trips etc) but these do cost extra.

The location is great and directly connected to the beach and they offer drinks at several spots. The staff is friendly and trying their best. They have 3 pools, which is great.
The food is really simple and good at the first days, but it’s not changing at all. It’s not a big variety so you pretty much have to eat the same things everyday, which is exhausting after a couple days. The Red Sky restaurant was a disappointment!
The rooms are not modern anymore and the bathrooms are old, but the rooms were still clean.
Housekeeping is doing a great job. Our cleaner over the week was Mr. Mahmoud Khaled and he was super helpful and asked us everyday if there is something he could do for us. He is also really friendly and did good work!
