I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing yet fun filled holiday in Egypt. This hotel has many pools that are large and accessible. There is lots of different choice of food and drink. The bars are spread out for any location of the hotel. The animation team made the trip so much fun. They provide kids club so that children are entertained. They also provide daily activities for any and all guests to involve themselves in. In the evening they have a mini disco for the kids and a show/ entertainment for all to enjoy. We will definitely come again!

Stayed here on a tour, the all inclusive drinks was great. Staff were hit and miss in terms of friendliness. Food was alright and the “animation team” people were very annoying when we were just lying on the sun beds. Tried to convince us to pay extra $ to go to a party on another beach.

The hotel becomes very quiet after 10 pm, and there isn't a good entertainment team or a variety of performances. Guest engagement is quite low, which made my stay feel dull from the first day. The variety of food needs improvement. On a positive note, the rooms are good and clean, and the staff are friendly.

If you have ever been to Cuba or Dominican Republic and stayed at a 3 star all inclusive, you would feel the same vibe. Learned an important lesson: all inclusive resorts are not for Egypt. When our bus took the first turn into the resort and we passed by a brick construction site and entered the front of the resort, I got the idea. This resort is more for local Egyptians and very budget conscious clients from Europe. Rude and miserable staff, broken tiles, lack of proper entertainment and much more. The location of the resort experiences daily high and low tides. You cannot swim directly from the sandy beach as the bleached corals will get you. You have to go from the pier (closes at 6pm). Once you go from the pier, you will find the worst spot to snorkel in all of Egypt. The area is roped off for boats. Food was another downer. But then again, if budgeting and drinking your life away is your only concern, then go ahead - the AC in the rooms work just fine. But do not believe the photos, it looks super ugly in real life.

Really nice hotel, staff really friendly, waiters really helpful, animation team very friendly and the activities around the pool just right. The pools are very well maintained and staff are always keeping them clean. Only downside is the buffet style restaurant.... there's not a lot of choice if you go later in the evening and it's very basic. Overall though very happy with everything.

What a great value Holliday destination… “ALL INCLUSIVE” meals …coffee .. wine … local beer… and cocktails … ENORMOUS POOLS and heaps of lounge chairs to enjoy your day…. Or have a dip in the Red Sea … worth a 5 star rating! 👍👍👍

Amazing hotel with a cozy atmosphere and good service. All the staff is professional and friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy. Good variety and quality of food. Animation has good entertainment program for kids and adults so we never felt bored. We will definitely come back.

- The hotel facilities, including the pool and beach within walking distance, were indeed excellent.
- I will admit, the rooms were comfortable and pleasant.
Negatives:
- Let me tell you, the hotel was so unprepared for a fully booked session. The staff? Completely overwhelmed and downright unwelcoming.
- Can you believe it? We were slapped with a wrong room reservation for a room that wasn't even available! And don't even get me started on the constant issues with the room key system.
- Oh, and despite practically begging for additional items in my room, they couldn't even be bothered to address it.
- The restaurant? A chaotic mess. Endless queues just to grab a bite to eat, with staff nowhere to be found.
- Trying to reach the reception? Might as well have been talking to a brick wall. Unanswered calls left and right, and not a single bellman in sight, even during checkout!
- And those elevators? More like oversized paperweights. Half of them were out of service, making every trip a headache.
- As if things couldn't get any worse, the hotel had the audacity to refuse Uber pickups, pushing their overpriced private taxi service instead.
- And just when you think it's over, they have the nerve to knock on your door at the crack of dawn for early checkout!
Overall, my experience was a complete disaster. The incompetence of the operation and management team was beyond infuriating. Despite the shiny facade of the facilities, the sheer lack of hospitality and responsiveness from the staff made me feel like I was crashing someone else's nightmare vacation.

Update: wear beach/sea shoes as its very rocky in the sea. There is a heated pool. Towels are provided for the beach and pool. One free restaurant meal top floor, 😋 was lovely. Main buffet, bit busy and it's not mid season. Bathroom shower/shampoo provided. We had ground floor terrace in between pool and beach 2003 sunny side. Staff are brilliant always helpful 👍
