Intimate hotel with green territory. A wide strip of sand beach, gently sloping into the sea. The hotel primarily attracts surfers. We also recommend for a relaxing family holiday.

Location: 52 km from airport, 60 km from the centre of Hurghada, on the seashore.
Consists of a main 5-storey building 2-storey building complex single storey Bungalow.
Total area: 40 000 m2.
The hotel has 340 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach, near the corals, sandy entry into the sea, first coast line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach – 250 m.

Reviews
One small downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow at times, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. A special mention goes to the animation team, who kept the atmosphere lively and fun, especially Chief Adel Hamza, who was always entertaining.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday by the beach
One room didn’t get any water bottles after the first night.
Service sucks and none of the workers would do their job unless you “tip them”.
My sister saw a worker clipping his nails in the cafeteria where food is everywhere and THANK GOD no one found a finger nail in their food.
Rooms smelled like a dirty bathroom the whole time and their water wasn’t clean, it was yellow sometimes and smelled like metal, and there’s something wrong with the water pressure.
When i checked in i had no water, towels and i asked for extra pillows. The service was late for an hour and a half and the receptionist got mad at me and told me to speak arabic instead of english. I’m bilingual and i speak mostly english and this guy had the audacity to order me to speak in his preferred language. Never going back again, it sucks. I don’t recommend anyone to go there. If not for how they treat their guests, then for their disgusting rooms and awful service.
Rooms need maintenance for some small things
Food is the most bad thing in the whole trip, really low quality food and not fresh at all
Staff not friendly with Egyptians and tough with kids!
Beach is the only good thing there, good sea and sand
Overall not to repeat it there again.
The beach is really chilling and nice.
Hotel has a good sea and variety of activities to do. but, not all the stuff is helpful maybe because we are Egyptians not Foreigners 😏 Food is delicious the Chiefs & Waiters are decent but, as I mentioned not all the stuff are helpful or apply your orders. Rooms have good overlooking but, they're not caring about Cleanse.
Finally, Wi-fi is not free inside rooms only use it for free in lobby.
Room was prepared just 2 beds not with 3 beds...
3rd mobile bed was in very bard conditions, no mattress.
Book "All inclusive"! All inclusive is a lie. Cocktail Drinks are not for free at all. Cocktail cost 4.5USD...
Ice cream for kids just form 4-5pm at the pool bar, no other option by the manager...
Pool 11°, very cold.
