Location: 52 km from airport, 60 km from the centre of Hurghada, on the seashore.
Consists of a main 5-storey building 2-storey building complex single storey Bungalow.
Total area: 40 000 m2.
The hotel has 340 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach, near the corals, sandy entry into the sea, first coast line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach – 250 m.

2. Staff are helpful but serving you with unhappy faces and always under pressure (might from upper management)

The restaurant is terrible — the food is repetitive, mostly stale, and definitely not fresh.
They clearly prioritize foreign guests, while Egyptians are treated very poorly.
The restaurant manager was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Also, I noticed that any negative reviews are quickly deleted, which is highly untransparent and dishonest.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
If you want to write or vitalize in peace, you can be alone here. Massage, swimming, snorkeling, diving and hiking. Delicious food and lying on the beach, I came home feeling refreshed and full of energy. The nicest thing was the friendly staff in the restaurant. A well-functioning team works with great dedication to provide top service. This staff is briefed every day by the manager, a team with a truly remarkable vision!

Staff are very friendly, you always see someone somewhere repairing, gardening or cleaning.
We were particularly amazed by the buffet, there is something different every day and it is always delicious and freshly prepared.
