The hotel has a beautiful green area. Small cozy rooms. Nice sandy beach with a gentle entrance to the sea. Recommend for a relaxing family holiday.

Consists of one-storied main building (reception) and complex 2 - and 3-storey bungalows.

Its a great place with cheap prices and great hospitality. The staff is lovely and they did everything to make us feel like we're home. Would 100% recommend and I would love to come here again.

The hotel is 60 km. From Hurghada. You have to pay 14$ for wi-fi for 7 days, and even if you pay, the signal is weak through the facility. You can buy Orange sim card for 6-7$ with 20GB of internet.
The pool and the beach are great but the sunbeds are worn out and dirty. The staff is kind if you give them Tips. The prices for late checkout were unreal (expensive).

We paid for upgrade for the premium room but the mini bar and the aircon was not working they fixed the mini bar but the aircon no , they offer to change my room on the last night which we declined because it was late that day, on the last day we paid extra 20 dolars to keep the room till six which does not come with the wristband for allinclusive which we paid 10 more dolars per person which they cut it at 6, so if you like to have good vacation scip this resort, Also the personal is ignoring you if you are not German, only the guys working at the pool bar and the mini pool bar and the el khan caffe are great

The hotel is gorgeous with nice clean rooms and beautiful big garden full of palm trees and cactus. I strongly recommend to pay extra for the better room with a balcony on the 1st floor. The cost is some 40 USD per week and you can do it on arrival. The wifi is paid 11 USD per week, but at least it is fast. I'll be glad to visit again.

Worst hotel in egypt . Rooms are dirty . Staff is mean. Food is so bad . They give you food you cant take how much you want.. etc . Just location and sea is beautiful

One of the best views, without a doubt. But, definitely needs major renovation in the rooms. AC and furniture are outdated.
Weird and so loud, uncomfortable noise all night, probably from other ACs from other rooms that are also old.
Staff needs to learn how to speak better English and to be more professional. I understand tipping is part of their culture, but it's so unpleasant to pay for your vacation and not get what you paid for, yet being constantly asked to tip them for things in their job description.
Pool is 👍. Food also.

Beautiful place, had a great time.
Our advantage was the beach and we love it, there are corals where you can enjoy seeing the sea world.
Staff polite and willing to help, not that good with English.
They are not asking for tips in the hotel, but if you give them somethin' they will appreciate it and make you feel more comfortable.
At the pool bar you only have soft drinks and beer, cocktails and ice cream are extra$.
You have plenty dishes of choice to eat, usual ones.
The rooms are not for those who want luxury, but they're cleaning it every day. For us was okay.
Animation team great, trying all the time to make you smile and have a good vacay.
Only think I didn't like is that you need to pay extra for using wi-fi, 5$ for 1 hour and you have it only in the lobby. My recommend is to buy internet card on the airport.
Also to use the services you need to wait till 12 pm.
We came in the morning, starving and we needed to wait.
If you want to eat or early check in you need to pay extra.
Breakfast was 7euro for two persons.
If they have a chance to charge you extra, they will.
All of all, we enjoy it.

The exterior of the hotel is great (gardens, buildings, swimming pool,…). The inside of the rooms is ok - but not on par with the outside. The food is good BUT you can not sit outside. It’s the rules! 😬 I don’t come in a sunny country on holidays to be forced to eat inside some kind of cantine… When the suggestion is made to the hotel manager, he does not listen: it’s the rules… Customer service could be greatly improved!

First of all this is far from a 4stars hotel, and I am definitely not coming back.
You need to lower your expectations for sure in the area of food or drinks and prepare yourself to eat rice and vegetables everyday. The drinks are limited and even though you have paid in advance for All Inclusive service, you get 2 bottles of water per day and need to refill them during the day on the bar.
You can see form their website that the WiFi is free in the lobby, but when you get there you need to pay for it, it is around 15 USD per week.
You can buy an Egyptian number with data and use it while you stay there, I advise you to do it on the airport and do not buy it from the store across the street as the guy is a liar and will try to scam you.
The room service is bad and you will wait for clean towels for a week or so and we stayed there for 11 days. They do not bother to clean your room they just enter and make up the bed with the same sheets.

Simply its amazing hotle from my point of view, the check-in was fast although I come early the people in reception are very cooperative and helpful and in general the stuff are kind and good attitude.
I took double room all inclusive with extra sofa and garden view for 3 nights and it was clean and modern the housekeeping doing good job.
The beach was large and clean with sandy cost which is suitable for kids and about 4 to 5 meters start corals reef and you can see alot of fish and doing awesome snorkeling.
They have also large clean Swiming pool and I've it.
Food was OK and with different varieties and I wondered why in some reviews people complain about it.
The only problem its about WiFi as its not free but always I recommend to buy a sim card which will be more and more cheaper, another point I didn't like there is no private parking for the hotle but you can park your car across the street its safe but it will be better for sure if they have they own parking.
Finally I would like to say I will be back again and again for this hotle if I get chance and I would like to thank Mr Said in reception for his hospitality and the chiefs in restaurant.
So it's highly recommended and enjoy your vacation 😉
