The service was excellent across the board – from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and bellhops, to the beach area. A shuttle service takes you to the beach, where sun loungers are always plentiful. Chinese food is available, with popular options like fried noodles, fried rice, and a variety of stir-fries.

After much deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily for its snorkeling spot. Unfortunately, the snorkeling didn't quite live up to expectations, with severe coral bleaching, scarce fish, and murky water. The sea view was stunning. However, the place felt quite crowded, and the beach was packed as well. Our room was a bit small and felt dated. But what truly disappointed us was the poor service. Despite consistently tipping generously and leaving notes for two days asking for a towel animal, we never received one.

The hotel is right by the sea. You can go snorkeling from the pier. There are large coral reefs underwater with many living things. There are also many big and small fish. It is walking distance from the cliff bar. The all-inclusive package includes three meals, and the food is very good. The service is very enthusiastic, and the room is average. If you come here for snorkeling, you will not be disappointed

Really loved this hotel and location. The place is very clean and well looked after. That includes the pools where you would be hard pressed to find a leaf floating on top. All the staff are courteous and very hard working to make your stay as luxurious as possible. There is a constant bus service to the beach, but is barely a 10 minute walk anyway. Such a great place to stay in Luxor, you have private swimming pools, restaurants, room service, ATMs, mini golf carts that can drop off at your room and back and they have a very good service where you can book your tours for west and east bank. Really enjoyed the stay and the rooms that we stayed in had a private balcony with a large room inside.

People in there are so nice, rooms almost perfect, good quality of food and drinks, I’ll recommend it to everyone who want to visit Egypt, trust me you have so much to see there! Amazing hotel, amazing setting, great staff. We had a wonderful holiday with a blip in the middle when my fiancee was being violently sick all night and which destroyed the next day too after eating at the Italian and the pool snack bar. We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive. They kindly let us return to our rooms after check-out due to a flight delay and even allowed us to have lunch after checking out. Excellent service and hospitality all around. Highly recommended!

Very nice place for family and kids, with well-organized dining buffet and the swimming pools are very clean and organized...you need no worries about food...the thing that I did not like is the room service ... sheets were not changed until I asked... nor the water bottles ... trash basket was not empty if I did not put it out... little things but it does matter ... though I liked being there and...

The food is good. I love it. I have friendly staff. The worst thing is rip-off taxi fare. It costs 2-3 dollars for Uber to the airport, but hotel taxi costs 12 dollars. But it costs 20 dollars in the morning. "Respect"... Is this Egypt???

Beautiful view from riverside rooms. The hotel is a good property for tourists and travellers. Convenient for nearby hangouts. In the evening the lobby is occupied with girls and boys but nobody disturbs you and your privacy. Amazing food and hospitality. A request to Hotel, I have lost my hard disk from the banquet on 4th Dec, 2024. Next day I searched but an event was there and had to catch my flight...

The Rooms were excellent. Spacious rooms. Good view of Nile river from Balcony. Bath tub available in room. Swimming pool, Gym, Restaurant, Casino and many more facilities. Had an excellent stay for 4 nights.

Bit slow waiter service at breakfast... team needs some training and coordination. Especially in not letting rubbish laying around (goes for other areas too, even the lounge) and acknowledge your presence (some just don't greet you or almost ignore you). All the rest was perfect and met Conrad expectations. Executive lounge is very nice and the team was very accommodating.

Honestly, I have never had such a poor experience at a 5-star hotel as I did with the service provided here. The overall service falls far below the standards expected of a 5-star establishment. In fact, many 3-star and 4-star hotels offer better service. The only exception was the reception team, who were good.

The service was excellent and the attention of the staff is admirable. I just had one concern and that was that smoking was allowed in the lobby and also people were smoking in the lift. My husband has allergy to smoke and honestly we both felt suffocated to sit in the lobby and in the lift. If this is been taken care of the hotel is the best place to be. I hope this is taken care of. Everything else...

It is like being in the US except for the music they play. Safe, clean, and Nile river view. Make sure your reservation says Nile river view and not partial river view, with the first one you can see the piramides 😉.

We are very pleased with the hotel itself and the conditions on site. Very nice and helpful service - fantastic animation team (seven - ue ue). The room we got was freshly renovated, huge, with a kitchenette and a huge bathroom. Great view of the sea, marina and city. Close to everything - 3 minutes walk to the mosque, 5 to the fish market, 10 to the center. Food ok - but nothing special - different...

The hotels management and services are friendly. The beach and the aqua park were the best places to stay at . The life guards and the animation team are very energetic and helpful. And somewhere funny and happy

It was nice to stay in that place and the beach is very beautiful it got a nice view and the animation team is very nice all of them are great entertainers mo and deba and mido and husien but the service is the worst and there re some bar man on the beach they call him x he is so rude and he is fighting with everyone he is dangerous person but everything else is very good

Our family really enjoyed the Asian food at Chop Sticks. The manager there is super friendly, and the Chicken Tandoori made by Chef Alaa is absolutely delicious. If you're out on sunny days , you definitely have to visit Chop Sticks!
