Although the hotel looks like a 5 star, I think it is only like a 4 star hotel. It is a small compact hotel. The cleanliness is good. Although the breakfast variety is weak, the lunch and dinner deserve 5 stars. The hotel staff is attentive and tries to help. It may be too long to have high expectations because it is 5 stars.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. Right in the middle of Naama Bay, within walking distance to the market, cafes and the sea. The rooms were a bit old but clean.

Very large hotel with more than 600 rooms, a buffet, certainly existing but which sometimes and gives the impression of being in a huge canteen. Positive points, Well located in the shopping street. Private beaches 10 minutes walk away.

In 45 min we were "visited" by 5 sales reps that wanted to sale us: trips, scuba courses, safari trips, beauty saloon tickets. Also the water was so cold (April 24) that only the braves were in the water...and only up their knees.

We like this hotel very much. It is clean, tidy and beautiful. The swimming pool is clean and heated. The food is also very good with many choices. The sweets are too tempting!
