Everything you expect from quality 4* hotel. Friendly bartender, quick reception, tasty food, three pools, great hotel layout, inexpensive prices. The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk away and there's only one hotel (they have an agreement between the hotels), and only those with a pink (colored) ticket at reception are willing to give them out (I don't know why?!)....

nice hotel with great service, the location is good but not very near to the beach. they provide shuttle to the beach every hour. room was big and clean.

The management and also the staff people were very humble and the hotel is very wonderful and in a good location.

It was so far my best experience with hotels in Alexandria. Room was spacious, I had a bathtub and shaver. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful.

This is our first visit to this hotel and it will not be our last we enjoyed everything the beach the fish the restaurants served delicious and tasty meals and the room was always clean and professionally arranged we had a room server named Abdel Fattah he was very cheerful and had a big smile he was always helpful and made us smile thank you

Abdelftah was very helpful, as well as reception and finally the best Badawy -the waiter was excellent. We had great time snoorkeling and eating great food. The beach was calm and quiet, which was very relaxing. The bariery of dishes was really great.

INCREDIBLE!! The staff makes you feel more than good. The room, the view, the food, the location...? Everything is super good. We were only able to do one night and that was not planned... but I would not hesitate to come back. Heart on the team they were very caring. ❤️

Amazing chilled vibe and staff members

Fantastic resort. Very clean, very organized, great food at all times of the day and night. The sports bar was my favorite. The guys were wonderful and polite and very hospitable. This is my second time here and they have not let me down yet. I would definitely recommend this to you the reviewer and I wouldn't Hesitate to come back again next year.

At Meraki, they really do everything to make sure that you will have an unforgettable and relaxing holiday. The food, room and service was top and the contact with the very hardworking Meraki staff was fun. My special thanks to Adly (rooms department manager). He took extra good care of me when I was sick.
