The hotel is clean. Staff accommodating. The rooms are a little too small when 3 adults sharing but are comfortable enough. There’s no extractor fans in the bathroom. The hairdryer kept cutting out so I would suggest taking your own. It does eventually start again once cooled down. I found coming out the bathroom to dry my hair helped. The air con is good enough (pretty strong if in the 3rd bed as it blows over the top of you) The controls all worked. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Food van by the pool for drinks and snacks. The pool side is a little cramped but we always got a sun bed. There is a life guard on duty. We used shared transfers and they drop you off/pick up on the main road. We had no instructions on how to get into the hotel. So if you are looking at the wall, you need to walk to the left and turn right at the first corner and up the hill and the main entrance is on your right.

Arrived on the 14th for a week. Lovely hotel, slightly out the way but not too inconvenient. The rooms were lovely and cleaned with beds made everyday! The food was always nice, sometimes limited for choice but that’s expected sometimes (if picky). Cannot fault the staff, always willing to help, especially the night shift receptionist (i’m so annoyed i didn’t ask his name) on Tuesday night when my partner had a medical emergency, he gave thorough information to myself when i was a bit stressed and made sure to check with us a few hours later! Some feedback, the pool is absolutely lovely and cool and well kept however all the stones to walk on were wobbly and constantly banging when walked on, it also seemed very dead, there was no atmosphere, other hotels have music playing or entertainment like aqua aerobics but not here. As well as this the evening entertainment isn’t great in my personal opinion and was lacking in actual entertainment. Also in the room the tv wasn’t tuned properly. There is also a pool gate which cuts out walking around the hotel from the entrance which is a longer way, when asked said it was closed however we witnessed multiple people using it? Overall a nice hotel, fabulous staff! Would come again but after looking at other options ☺️

I wanted to share my positive experience from my recent second visit.

I found it to be a great hotel with a friendly staff and an excellent selection of food. Additionally, the daytime entertainer significantly enhanced our stay with his humor. He consistently went above and beyond to make us laugh, especially with our running joke about his jingling keys.

I'm looking forward to booking another stay in August.

Came here for 4 nights with my 2 sisters and daughter we paid for the all inclusive plus. Got to the hotel took ages to check in as only 1 person on desk. Got our rooms charged me for my safe. Went to the room where we were supposed to have cava fruit slippers and bathrobes coffee making machine. Not a thing was there the room was very small and warm. Went to the reception he said we will get all that to you. Still not there when later on seen the jet 2 rep she spoke to them and they said I shouldn't have paid for the safe. When the stuff eventually came it was a bottle of wine and a bowl of flumps sweets. Had to ask for the fruit eventually got my money back for the safe. The staff on the bar not happy at all never got a smile off any of them one was cheeky to my sister at the van for snacks. The only person that was happy was the guy that done the entertainment he was funny. The entertainment was good. Jet 2 rep was helpful too. I've heard great things about this hotel as I'm a frequent visitor to the med playa hotels. But was disappointed..

Good hotel with lovely staff, only let down was the standard of food. The quality of the food wasn't that of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast had a good selection but bacon was cold, overall lunch and evening meals disappointed. We were all inclusive, used the onsite burger shack for fresh burgers for lunch. But went to the nearby China Garden for two evening meals, excellent. Hotel is in a great location, yes the bus doesn't drop off at the door but it's just around the corner. Rooms, compact but very clean and comfortable, sky sports on TV, safe for 4 euro a night, shower room good size with complimentary dove products, always cleaned to a high standard. Tea and coffee replenished for 3.5euro per day, thought that would be included in all inclusive !! Bar staff Pedro and Marco excellent, had great banter with them, Entertainment team hard working, some parents should realise Entertainment team are not babysitters, Entertainment was very good overall. Lifeguard interacts with kids helping with their swimming, always polite and helpful. Two pools. Overall we had a great holiday, others may enjoy the food but wasn't for us but in the hotels defence, plenty of choice. Final tip, go upstairs to the bar for a much better coffee than the machine in the restaurant. Yes, would use the hotel again just not All Inclusive.

Fabulous hotel. Food lovely. Staff great. Third time here and won’t be the last. Not a big place but easy access to everywhere. Really enjoyed a girls week and staff treat you as friends. Food was something for everyone. Rooms cleaned everyday , very clean hotel. Was sad to leave.

Stayed at the Regente previously and reason we booked again at the end of January 2025. Spotless hotel and good sized room. Comfortable beds but not a double just 2 singles pushed together. Pool area good and plenty of sun beds. The food was excellent when we stayed last March but this stay the food was very low standard with little choice. The salad was limited as was the fresh fruit. It felt like the hotel food budget was running low as on the last day of our stay the food appeared to have improved. We and others struggled to find something to eat on some days and for that reason we wont be returning to this hotel. There are plenty of 4 star hotels in Benidorm where the food is far superior. Shame as we had told friends to stay at the Regente and we have now told them the standard has dropped, more a 3 or 2 star hotel food wise.

What a fabulous place to stay in Benidorm!! We have enjoyed our first week here and are looking forward to our second. So very clean and comfortable with warm and welcoming staff who work so very hard to ensure you have a fantastic holiday.
The food is delicious especially the dinner option. This lovely little hotel could knock spots off other places that claim to be more prestigious!! Well done all at the Regente Benidorm and thank you for providing such a lovely safe and comfortable place for us to stay.

It definitely felt more like a 3 star plus hotel I think.
About 7 or 8 minutes walk to new town strip.
Pool is nice,rooms are nice,spotless, though our double bed was just 2 singles pushed together.
Staff are nice and courteous,the food is always buffet and a little repetitive,also some snacks and ice creams cost money even if your all inclusive.
