Hotel Servigroup Rialto

The hotel is in a great location albeit up a slight incline it’s just off the main road. Few mini supermarkets, bars and restaurants around The hotel is clean and bright and airy. The staff are lovely and friendly. The Room - 503 - pool view Slightly dated but clean and well maintained throughout our 10 day stay we had clean towels & bath mat every day. The beds were made every day. It was twin beds that we pushed together and they remained like that throughout our stay. The Internet coverage was good and we were able to stream our firestick with no issues. The bathroom was a little awkward due to the position of the sink which was as u opened the door but was fine as you just had to open the door wide to get past The shower was amazing 🤩 so much pressure. My only complaint was the water leaked round the shower screen so always soaked the floor. Shampoo was in a dispenser as was some handwash. There is a free safe and a fridge. There is no tea/coffee making facilities so take you own if u like a brew in The balcony. There was a table and chair along with a small stool that we moved to the other side of the bed. The air con worked really well and there was no need to keep the balcony door shut in order for it to work, not too noisy either so sleeping with it on was fine. The beds were comfy in our opinion as they were memory foam mattress and extra pillows if u needed them. Plenty of storage space there was a few hangers but we always take extra. Food/Dining We were only B&B but breakfast had plenty of choice from fruit and yoghurts to a full English with omelettes, pancakes etc Also offered bubbly if you wanted a treat. The Pool - 9am open Nice little pool well kept and cleaned and the area was well maintained. Never had a problem getting a sun bed as there was always plenty all day regardless of time, along with tables and chairs. There was a small play area which seemed rather poor and in the sun most of the time with no shade and what seemed like a pool table but we never saw these in use. The Bar Served hot/cold drinks and bar snacks Very reasonable prices and the food is really enjoyable. There was only entertainment on Friday & Saturdays otherwise they offered ambient music so perfect for those who just wanted to chill and relax away from the madness of Benidorm. Overall an enjoyable stay yes we would return.

My father stayed here last week to visit me as I have only just moved to Spain and he has only previously visited benidorm for a few days when I got married. The English speaking lady on reception was fantastic and made sure my father received the parcel I d left for him. He said everyone was so friendly and helpful the buffet breakfast for hot and plenty of choice and the hotel and room were spotless. He also witnessed one of the entertainment team really getting involved with a group of disabled guests and making them so happy and making their day it seemed. The location is great ( that's why I booked it for him) close enough to some bars and restaurants and great for the beach and bus services. Thank you He will be back

2 min walk on killer hill to beach OK going down ..hotel definitely needed more staff on bar / food waiting ages when stag party turned up and golf trip men turned up ..pool needed stuff going on great on Saturday when dj was there playing all 80s..90 music..breakfast food loads to pick but cold not even warm needed a morowave ..beds rock hard ..maid was good room spotless ..Lisa was lovely but wouldn't come just because the hill and cold food..

This hotel was amazing very clean and nothing was to much for the staff to do for you , except 1 member of staff that was out around the pool collecting glasses he was very rude and not once did he use the word please or thank you more then once he was shouting at a group of young boys just having fun in the pool

Excellent hotel staff could not do enough for us. They moved our room to be closer to our son. Easy access to the beach about five minute walk. The pool area was great. We only had breakfast and it was excellent very good choice. Very relaxed and comforting here. Should be a four star hotel and not a three star hotel.

Great hotel this, not too big and quite boutique. Very clean and comfortable. ALL the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, especially Lisa on reception - a really nice lady! Food was delicious and we will return. It may well be our go-to from now on.

I have been here 3 times but this time I left my bag on the transfer with all my money in it and I told Lisa straight away and she got on to Sam from jet 2 to locate were the driver had left my bag I got it back anyway thanks to Lisa and Sam thanks to both of
