Hotel was lovely and the staff are a credit to Servigroup. Nothing was too much trouble. Lisa in guest services very helpful and knowledgeable. Carmen in the restaurant always pleasant and welcoming.
There was always a good selection of food in the restaurant.
The only gripe was the sunbed issue with people reserving sunbeds then disappearing for hours despite there being a 15 minute limit.
However we would return to the Rialto. Overall a very quiet, friendly hotel.

Fabulous hotel with lovely staff. Food excellent and rooms were clean and comfortable. We have stayed previously and will return to this hotel again, booking direct with hotel again. The hotel is on a slight hill, but still in a great location for the beach, shops and nightlife.

Small hotel but punching above its weight.
Run well by an organised team starting with the friendly receptionists, to the bar staff, the restaurant staff and the cleaners who made the beds, changed the towels and straightened the rooms every day.
Rooms were clean and functional with free use of safes in the rooms.
Powerful shower. Plenty of storage/wardrobe/drawers etc. Plenty of sun loungers around a decent sized pool. Once the sun hits the pool about 10.30 onwards its not in the shade like some other hotel pools in Benidorm.
Small lunch dishes from the bar were excellent. Drinks were great and well priced.
And the location was spot on for what we wanted.
All together a well run hotel.

We spent 4 nights and the location was spot on. Room and hotel were nice and clean with the staff being so helpful and polite. Food was good, better than I expected. We spent most the holiday out at the beach but the hotel was perfect for what we needed. Loved it. Only thing I would suggest is to add alternative milks to the buffet for breakfast so those with dairy issues can enjoy a coffee or cereal. Other than that, was great. Will definitely book with Servigroup again.

The rooms were cleaned daily and had all basics catered for, a little small but the shower was powerful and the water hot. The bed was comfy.
Service to get into the hotel could be improved with only one person on the reception desk ment check in was a little slow, but not painful and the lady was really helpful and friendly.
The bar and the restaurant staff were friendly, welcoming you and wishing you good morning. The breakfast was done really well and plentiful to start the day off.
Location was a 10-15 minute walk to Andy's Bar. The walk up a slight, thankfully short hill got the blood pumping at the end of the night. 😅

I absolutely loved my stay, the room was lovely and clean, great view of the pool. Pefect location. Breakfast was lovely and a great choice. Staff were friendly. For me it should be 4 star.

Fabulous hotel just a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Very welcoming and friendly staff.
Rooms quite small but lovely and clean with a balcony and the shower was fab.
Breakfast was lovely and I just have to say the fried bread was amazing 😋

On the last few days of a fortnight holiday. The hotel is In a great position just far enough out for a peaceful day around the pool and a good night's sleep. Everything is such a short walk away shops beach and entertainment. The hotel is spotless and rooms have Everything you could need except a kettle but very few do in Benidorm
I always bring my own you can pick them up for £12 in b&m. Staff are all so friendly and helpful especially dining room girls just lovely
Next to the food I've stayed in different hotels over the past 9 years this hotel has the best breakfast and dinners I've ever had half board

Lovely welcome, reception staff very welcoming and helpful.
Rooms were spotless and cleaned well.
Would like to see kettles in room.
Food in restaurant was delicious. Soups are just stunning. Food could be bit hotter but buffet style is hard to do.
I’d definitely come back as was a great location.

The food was often just warm. Sometimes overcooked and on two occasions it was actually raw in the middle. Breakfast the eggs were like rubber I always asked for freshly cooked. The bacon on the self service part was often burnt. If you went to the show cooking section it was cold. On each occasion I did complain but to no avail.
We stayed at the Calypso earlier this year. I think that would be our choice in future.
Incidentally I stayed in the Rialto last year the food was much better then.
