We enjoyed our stay at the Pablo, have stayed before and will most likely stay again. We never had trouble finding food to eat although quality is not what it used to be, it was still to a good standard though. We have spent our second year in the Venus and as usual it has been superb. We recently returned from the stay at this hotel and we genuinely have no complaints or any faults at all. The place was absolutely spotless and the check-in was easy. The food was also fantastic. This hotel is spotless clean, the staff are always very smart and welcoming. Even when they are very busy, like in the restaurant they still have time to be friendly with customers, one lady during our stay, used a walker to get around and the young man waiter watched out for her constantly to assist her. Not a 4 star hotel. No way of having coffee before 8 am , paper cups in the room and if you ask for glass you have to be prepared for an argument. No air condioning(broken apparently) so if you're at the back of the hotel and have to have the balcony doors open for air, it's so noisy you can't sleep. Balcony lights come on and off when they feel like it. Downstairs looks lovely, don't be fooled.

Stayed here for a few days on a full board package. Rooms were nice and food was decent enough. Not the hugest choice of food but what's there is tasty and well worth it for what you pay. Only a couple of downsides- apart from breakfast you have to pay for any drinks you want at lunch/dinner (even water), and the glass on the balcony wasn't clean. Location is decent for the beach and the strip.

I would recommend more focus on cleaning in general (rooms, corridor, elevators etc). Second recommendation is to handle food proper way. Watermelon should not taste onion. Cold food should not be warm etc.

This is the fifth time we've stayed at Port Benidorm. Beautiful, modern hotel. Comfortable, well maintained rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Great food. Great location. Great value. Cheerful, helpful, efficient staff. Clever lift allocation system, so even at the busy times you aren't waiting ages for one. We'll certainly be back next year.

We stayed for 2 weeks, our room it was at 11th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. On each morning the cleaning staff did a great job. The food was very good.
