The best hotel in benidorm It is the second time i come at Bali Hotel. My little daughter loves Bianca from the animation team. A lovely place and a a great spirit from all the people there. The old boss giving presents every night to the kids is such good feeling. He is old an i hope i will find him again when i visit Gran Bali the next years.

What a beautiful place! A jewel in Benidorm and certainly not what you’d expect find in a tranquil, serene haven a stone’s throw from Benidorm! We enjoyed our stay at the Pablo, have stayed before and will most likely stay again. We never had trouble finding food to eat although quality is not what it used to be, it was still to a good standard though. We have spent our second year in the Venus and as usual it has been superb. Today we have had our five course Christmas 🎄 lunch which absolutely delicious 😋 the staff really put on a show and they know how to look after you. We recently returned from the stay at this hotel and we genuinely have no complaints or any faults at all. The place was absolutely spotless and the check-in was easy. The food was also fantastic. The hotel décor is tired , the bar staff are friendly especially Anita, who is a diamond. Our room had no lock on the patio doors and an extractor taped to the opposite side. This is a very outdated hotel everything needs updating, its in a great location, in the old town five minutes to the beach and bars and shops . Unfortunately, this is not enough for a lot of people. My new second home :) had the best 5 days on holiday here. Was on a solo holiday and had the time of my life. This hotel is spotless clean, the staff are always very smart and welcoming. Even when they are very busy, like in the restaurant they still have time to be friendly with customers, one lady during our stay, used a walker to get around and the young man waiter watched out for her constantly to assist her. Not a 4 star hotel. No way of having coffee before 8 am , paper cups in the room and if you ask for glass you have to be prepared for an argument. No air condioning(broken apparently) so if you're at the back of the hotel and have to have the balcony doors open for air, it's so noisy you can't sleep. Balcony lights come on and off when they feel like it. Downstairs looks lovely, don't be fooled.

I stayed at Hotel Diplomatic and it was okay, but not what I expected. Some days the food was decent, other days just meh. Getting drinks with lunch and dinner was a bit of a hassle — even though they were included in my package, I still had to keep asking or flag someone down just to get a bottle of water. Absolutely loved our week here. This is the first time our children have travelled abroad and the hotel had everything we needed and more. The resort had loads to do! The zoo is fantastic, the waterpark is great! The resort also puts on a free bus to take you to into Benidorm. There is also an app which shows you whats on everyday so you can plan your days. We also paid extra for a hot tub and all inclusive plus which were both well worth the money. Firstly we had the best holiday with so much fun and laughter - I do think it's important to remember a holiday is what you make if it. Stayed 1406 10th November 4nights. Good view of the croo lit up at night and the island. Food good not Michelin but we eat well at Breakfast and evening meal. Staff i found helpful and polite. I expected better for a 4-star hotel. The room was cramped for us and our teenager. Full board included food that was more like a school cafeteria, with all the noise from the retirees talking very loudly during meals. The staff service was perfect, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Ruben at reception was very pleasant and professional. The cleaning staff was excellent.

Everything was perfect, except they don't change the sheets in the rooms and I think that's terrible.
