We arrived to a lovely welcome at reception, very speedy and informative process. The site is well situated within walking distance to the centre of Benidorm, although we used our bikes a lot. We had an amazing stay on this campsite. The site itself is very well kept and all facilities are spotless. The reception staff were very helpful, and a special shout out to pavlo in the bar who was brilliant. We really enjoy our stay. Booked a week at Camping Villasol and eventually had 3 1/2 weeks there. Fantastic site with great facilities, showers, toilets, laundry room, pool areas, bar and supermarket were all immaculately clean and the staff were superb. Lovely campsite with friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in a cabana this time having previously stayed in a suite. Great stay but got eaten alive by mozzies. Lots of flies around as well. What really does spoil this campsite is having no sun loungers round the pool, such a beautiful pool and grounds such a shame as this really spoils it for me

This is by far the best campsite we have ever stayed on. We have travelled all over Europe and always end up back at Villasol. Stayed here 7 years ago but the hotel has been significantly upgraded since. The hotel is absolutely stunning, rooms comfortable with good air conditioning. The showers are outstanding! This hotel is superb. Clean, tidy, excellent staff, beautiful pool area and excellent restaurant and bar. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend to friends. In walking distance to all shops, restaurants, beach etc.

It took forever to check in- 3 females behind the desk with 1 computer. In the evening the restaurant is quiet but they have 3/4 members of staff walking around chatting whilst they have 1 barman trying to serve multiple people. Really great location, in the middle of everything and in between new and old town. Hotel is stunning but please note it's not too child friendly we took a 1.5 year old with us. Had a nice long weekend stay here 14/2 - 17/2/25. Room was nice (wish I'd got a room on a higher floor for the views!). The hotel was busy with older guests, so not noisy. I spent most of my time out and about, anyway! Special shout out to Minh on reception for helping me out with my airport transfer issue. The bus transfer advice was very helpful... you're a star!

Overnight stay. Lovely hotel in the quieter area of Benidorm but right opposite the beach with an uninterrupted view of the beach from all rooms. Lovely to wake up with the sun on your balcony. Staff were really good and helpful. Only had breakfast but found that they had everything you could want and very tasty. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Lovely to see hotels now have large showers and not a bath with a shower attachment. Very spacious rooms.

On arrival, we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist who checked us in and got sorted in no time. The rooms are slightly dated, but the air con works, a safety deposit box, a fridge, the shower is powerful and there is plenty of cupboard space. All you need! Staying here right now on a 4 day trip with 2 other couples. Check in was really easy and quick, we had made a room request via email prior to travelling which was granted. Brilliant room. Superb hotel. Central location. Very clean and modern. Very friendly staff across the board. The food is exceptional and varied. Even the evening entertainment was quite good. We stayed over Christmas and the only disappointment was the time of the Gala dinner - 8pm is far too late for us to be eating a big meal which finished at around 11.30. Clean modern and comfortable hotel with good service. While not on the sea front it was only a block away. The clubs and nightlife were 1 street away which made it a little quieter at night. Everything was in easy reach. I really liked Don Pancho.

I was at the hotel treating a patient as paramedic, the speed with which they get in touch with the emergency services from reception is unbeatable. The remodeling done to the facade its spectacular

Staff are lovely. Straight up the main road to the beach, about €5-6 for a taxi. It was equivalent to a Premier Inn in the UK. Breakfast was standard buffet breakfast. Pool and rooftop was nice. Bar staff were friendly and put the football on when I asked. First drop on the coach from the airport, 2nd last pick up on the way back to the airport.

Rooms are large, clean with an excellent bathroom and large walk-in shower. The location for us was excellent, away from the boom boom madness of benidorm. Most of the clients are workers/business. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is an excellent choices for evening meal and breakfast with the food being hot or cold..not tepid like other hotels can be. I would use this hotel again.
