Campings in Benidorm

Everything that was needed was in the bungalow and only 20mins walk down the levante beach/strip

Supposed to be a dog friendly campsite, but no dog area or facilities on site. Whilst taking our dog out of the site for a walk, he wee'd up a palm tree on the site, and I was subjected to a torrent of abuse from a German motorhome owner. I complained to reception, but they were apologetic, but unable, or unwilling to help. Dog friendly sites should have basic facilities, and if you don't like dogs...

Not too far too cycle to the town and beach. Having an acsi card puts you in the 'cheap seats' and the webs photos don't reflect this. I think if the old van in front of us actually cleared the dead vegetation we would of sat outside more. Laundry room has an iron. Facility blocks were very modern very clean. Hot water plentiful. Can't think of anything negative. Staff are very helpful. Toilets and showers spotless. Café food and drinks great price and food good. You can walk too town easily enough. We have walked back once (hard work after food and drinks). Taxi only €6 and easy to get hold of one. Loved it would stay again!! Pools perfect and again clean 👌

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, lovely pools, great staff, entertainment by claus is fabulous he gives kids a fab time, so friendly & fun! Very clean toilet shower areas. Arrived in November for a few days stay, stayed for three weeks. Loved it so came back again. Friendly staff, dated but very clean facilities, lovely swimming pool and bar area. Best part....no dogs!!!!

Great camping experience here. Excellent location, off a main road with good bars and cafés. The site shop is very reasonably priced and run by lovely people. Toilet/shower block modern and clean. Nice pool area although perhaps a little small for the amount of campers at that time. Overall highly recommended.

Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

This hotel is ideally situated for the surrounding entertainment in the evening and for the beach during the day. The food is of an acceptable standard and the rooms are quite comfortable albeit a little basic. The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. All in all, a friendly hotel and would recommend for a short stay perhaps.

An excellent 2 nights away. Exceptional service from all the staff. As a chef myself, the breakfast offerings were as good as anywhere in Spain that I have been. One suggestion if I may. It would be useful if a hook or rail was near to the shower so a towel could be put for easy access when finishing in the shower. However a small issue which did not spoil our visit. We WILL be back!!

The hotel is absolutely stunning, I am so glad we upgraded to The level. The staff are so welcoming, always willing to help you find ways for you to enjoy your vacation. It is like staying in an Italian village, lots of choice for restaurants in you want more than half board to choose from.

What can I say!it was everything and more than I expected, the brochures really don't do the resort justice. It was so idyllic the most beautiful scenery amazing food.i stayed with my friend we had the grande suite on the level, and it was perfect I really couldn't fault anything. Decent functional hotel, good buffet breakfast. Good swimming pool (pity about the poolside music though). On the outer edge of town, so a 25 minutes walk to the beach, or use a cheap taxi. Overall, perfectly fine for our two night stay.

After finding myself in an awful situation where I lost my phone, wallet and address to my villa, the staff here kindly let me use their phone multiple times to ring home, sort out money and a booking for the night. Just stayed a week bed an breakfast on a golfing holiday. Nice hotel mainly based at older Spanish guests. Youngsters may find it one to avoid, having said that it is handily placed for the strip and dozens of good restaurants.

Upon arrival we were very impressed with how clean the hotel and rooms are. The interior is modern and simply really nice. Lovely hotel in a great location. Bars and shops are next door and the beach is just a five minute walk away. I love the decor of this hotel - the mood lighting is very relaxing. I stayed on a full board basis. Food is buffet style and there is a wide variety of dishes available. My room was spotless too.

Just returned from a week here and Would have given a better rating if we had had more than 2 of our 7 nights of full sleep. The hotel itself is great and the food was lovely..all staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately as it's an all inclusive hotel and they allow hen and stag groups you need to go prepared for noisy nights by disrespectful youngsters who think it's ok to bang on each others...

Much better than expected. Good location, decent food, cheap drinks, lovely pool area, sea view. The room I stayed in was basic and in desperate need of renovation, but another room used by our party was fine. Not much entertainment in the hotel, but that was good as it meant less noise at night. All in all, a great hotel for the price and would definitely recommend.

You had to buy tea coffee or water with ur lunch and dinner when you pay for full board or half board you shouldn't have to pay extra for drinks

I did like this hotel. The only small issue was consistency around pool rules - sometimes you could play with water toys, sometimes not. It did look like a person working at the pool on the day was making rules instead of rules being enforced by hotel policies... Everything is biased towards domestic family tourism: plenty of activities for children (in spanish) and lots of Latin music. Had a full board booking. Only the buffet restaurant is included. Lovely hotel. Rooms were lovely. The lock in my room broke just 2days before departure, I was moved to an upgraded room which I did not appreciate but I did not want to keep packing/unpacking for 2 days.The views in a previous room were better. Breakfast were amazing in selection and quality. There were some surprises for children's around Xmas day (Santa gave children a little parcel) a nice touch...

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the bed was so soft! We loved the bathtub in the room and the staff were super helpful. We had a great time!

Stunning hotel and great location! You wouldn't know you were anywhere near Benidorm! We did have to change rooms, but that was only because we didn't have much of a view in our first room- the views are Stunning! Reception was brilliant and gave us a choice of rooms and allowed us to view them first before we made a decision! Highly recommended!

Good all round service by all staff in these straight times. Food was good under restrictions. Always continued to keep a very good cleansing service throughout my stay. Entertainment was good. But too many quizzes. Drop off and pick for hotel guests too far away from hotel, especially the old folk. Tui staff were at their usual 100 Percent. Finally the weather was very good. That's all we came for...

Had a lovely 2 weeks in Rio Park in November 2021. Food was good with plenty of choices for each meal and the deserts were marvellous. The COVID precautions were excellent and the staff very friendly. The cleaning staff were good in particular the girl who did our room. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Great place to stay. Anything your heart desire. Felt at home. Fantastic weather. Great entertainment.

Rooms were nice n big n hotel were close to all best bars strip etc. Food was good too staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a few days. The food was very basic sometimes undercooked The rooms are a little small for 3 even though advertising for 4. A coin we had was discarded on the floor and remained there all week meaning the floor wasn't swept or mopped once It's no wonder we all have covid on our return home. A pair of earrings I took also were missing when I came to pack. The area is rife with prostitutes...

The service was great. The rooms are a little worn and need a good re-vamp. the shower in the room we had was extremely small so when you tried to wash your legs or bend down you ended up turning the shower back off with your body. An extremely small space for showering in, as was the bathroom itself. (4203) The block is very noisy, with lots of people coming in at all hours of the evening, shouting...

The hotel has a great location. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Food choices for breakfast and evening meal are very varied and all taste great. The pool area is clean and well maintained. Bedrooms are cleaned and tidied daily. Huge “Well done “ to all your staff!

Overall very good experience. The only downside for us was the late dinner time. We are both diabetic and 7.30 pm is a little too late for us to eat. The hotel itself was in a great location, not too close to the town centre and pretty quiet at night. The cleaning staff were great and kept everything nice and clean. The service was brilliant. Everyone was friendly and breakfast food was always 10/10. The bar staff are brilliant and friendly and the reception staff too. The only let downs are the lifts- they pass your floor or don’t come up at all. The food in the evenings is sometimes very bad. Particularly Wednesday night. The entertainment almost always in Spanish. Hard for English people.
