Staff were attentive and kind when we went in for a drink. Drinks very nice and a quiet atmosphere.

Very good Hotel. Very decent 4 * Food very good. The view is stunning. Various hotel facilities. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Stopped for some drinks with my family and it was fine, although the order was wrong.
Two days later tried lunch and it was below average! Overpriced and the sort of thing a basic cook could throw together. You also didn’t feel welcome. I get we are Brits, not everyone wants low quality food, poor service and a euro beer.

Stopped for light lunch. Ham sandwich for wife, bacon burger for me. Burger was not cooked and inedible so sent back. We ordered chips as a side, they cost 5.95 euros!!! Ham sandwich was same price. Would definitely not recommend.

Tried to get an order of a ham cheese sandwich with a seafood salad. The boat left, went out to catch the seafood, bring it back and assemble it into a salad. All the while the ham cheese sandwich remained a difficult task. Other people came and ordered burgers and whatnot. Waiter says there is a problem with the kitchen! I mean a ham cheese sandwich for gods sake...

This is the worst restaurant I have eaten at in a long time. 2 of the 5 meals were wrong; one being cold and inedible. Staff were rude and complacent, food was overpriced and you can make better at home. I would not recommend and definitely wouldn’t return. We expected much more from a 4 star hotel.

Buffet don’t have many options and it is very poor
Most of the staff is not friendly - should be more friendly and present the locations of the hotel because we are paying for knowing schedules of food and swim pool
Bad experiences that happen:
1. When coming to check in, the girl just give us the cards and not explain us the times of eating/swim pool - just said that we can find that on the bedroom and we didn’t
2. When coming to the beach bar, we see people without t shirt while at us they asked to dress a t-shirt. This was not good and we just leave the beach bar, instead of spending money there we went for other beach bar. If you want rules on the bar, expose them or don’t allow everyone just not some people.
3. Food was not tasty and very low choices.
4.Swimpool was not clean, the cleaning for an hotel of 4 stars must be maintained during the day.
However bedrooms are vey lovely and the sea view fantastic.
Unfortunately, I will not come back to this hotel due to majority of the staff being not good.

Really clean hotel and room on the 23rd floor was spacious with a great view. Food was freshly prepared and excellent choice. Staff friendly enough.
Only down side was that we had tea and coffee in the room but no kettle? When I asked for a kettle I was told I couldn't have one because we were in a double room.
Gave me one after a bit of persuasion. Since it's mentioned in the included amenities I was a bit confused about that.

Stayed there in October. So clean and quite. So much room. Highly recommend. Ill dedo be staying there again

Located on the seafront, I lived on the 23rd floor, an excellent panorama, very good food, excellent services, I highly recommend, do not hesitate ...
