From the time of arrival to departure the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The choice of breakfast was continental, which was beautiful, or the fried eggs and rashers were equally lovely. The room, while small with a small balcony, was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were given, and sheets were changed every 2nd day. Cleaning staff couldn't do enough for you. Finally the location of the hotel was perfect, exactly 5 minutes from the beach and shopping and eateries are all around you. A very safe,quiet, and lovely hotel to stay for your holiday.

Room ok, good showers, bed mattress very soft, get a bad back. Not worth it. Swimming pool on top with chairs to relax and sunbathe is good.

Stayed overnight with family. Hotel is in a really hood location near poniente beach. Our room was a good size but really smelled of stale cigarette smoke as a non smoker this was so uncomfortable but only for 1 night was ok. The breakfast wasn't the best but only cost a few euros extra so can't really complain

Located within walking distance of Benidorn old town and harbour. Competitively priced accommodation. Not great for evening entertainment though.. very geared to the elderly..Great service and pleasant staff👍😎

Its alright, mostly a Spanish hotel, Spanish guests, Staff are very helpful and prices are good. Very close to the beech and food is nice, always kept spotless.
