Magic Cristal Park

My new second home :) had the best 5 days on holiday here. Was on a solo holiday and had the time of my life. Rooms are spotless, the food is a hit and a miss, had some nice lunch but I’m a fussy eater, so wasn’t a fan any other time. The drinks were so strong & was never thirsty lol. Can’t comment on the swimming pool as it was too cold and didn’t bother with it. Can’t comment on the entertainment, as I’m younger and didn’t really attend any. But location wise and everything else is absolutely spot on. Can’t wait to book again next month :)

Hotel a little dated but was clean, and the rooms were cleaned every day.
No welcome pack only a few cans of fizzy drink in the fridge & a bottle of prosecco which was fine.
The location was excellent!
The food was more than excellent! Plenty to choose from well cooked and lots of flavour.
Beds and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom clean but again dated bath could do with renewal but still usable. Water pressure great. Amenities great!
Staff in all service areas were brilliant.

Had a great time the hotel was lovely and clean. Had a huge choice of good food . The room was nice and clean. Our beds were made every day had fresh towels. Only draw back was the huge queues at the bar only had one member of staff serving. Apart from that the staff were very welcoming . Will definitely book again for next year

First time I have travelled as a family. Was a great place to stay and the all inclusive was fantastic. The snack bar was well stocked and a great choice of options for the buffet lunch and dinners. We went out several days so ordered a picnic the day before for lunch, this was a great choice.

Being all inclusive you can also use the facilities at some of the other magic chain hotels. this was great and we booked to use the tropical splash several times. There is a free to use shuttle that can take you there at specified times. We did chose not to use this service though as we had young kids, we used taxis which were inexpensive and got us where we wanted to go promptly.

Only have a few gripes the biggest being the lifts. We were on the 7th floor (top floor) and it was a nightmare with the wait for lifts. We had a babe with us and used a pushchair. No choice but to use the lifts as we didn't want to carry the pushchair up and down 10+ flights of stairs. Also when the pool closed at 7pm we couldn't get a lift to the top floor. We had to get off on the 6th then carry the buggy up the last flight of stairs. I understand this was health and safety due to having to walk around the edge of the pool but would be handy to have a separate lift around the corner to be able to go up to the 7th floor.

The majority of the staff were great, Helena (can't rememeber how to spell her name, sorry) was great on reception as was a young gentleman who helped us with places to eat. We wanted to go to an authentic tapas bar and he recommended a great place to go where he usually eats himself. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again if we go back to benidorm.

The last thing I want to say is, i did read other people's comments and reviews before we left, not all great and some of them awful, but chose (as always) to make my own mind up when I got there. So glad I did and hope others will do the same.
