Friendly, helpful staff in bar and reception, not so much the restaurant. Rooms are average, comfortable beds. A bit dated but clean. I had a room with a bath/shower however, rooms with a shower only, the bathrooms were much better.
Rooms quite dark. Went in October where sun is lower than earlier in the year so the pool was only in the sun part of the day and had to move around the pool where the sun went. The hotel has high buildings around it which blocks the sun but this is due to the time of year I believe.
We went full board, no drink included at lunch and dinner time but juice, coffee, water and tea provided at breakfast.
Food was average, good selection. Cooked English breakfast provided daily in buffet style, along with continental.
No smoking allowed around pool and certain parts outside. There is a designated smoking area which I thought was good.

Lovely hotel. Food selection was fantastic! Never really saw the entertainment team (except in the restaurant). Maybe a little further away from the "busy area" but we were fine with this. The area felt quaint and authentic.

Really really lovely hotel! All staff was great and friendly! Perfect location close enough to walk to places but far enough to go bed at night. Room was perfect. Was a perfect birthday holiday from my boyfriend and would love to go here again.

After finding myself in an awful situation where I lost my phone, wallet and address to my villa, the staff here kindly let me use their phone multiple times to ring home, sort out money and a booking for the night. In the morning, they also went to an extra effort to made sure I had a taxi to my booked villa, communicated the situation to the taxi driver and even checked up I got there afterwards. Thank you to all the kind staff!

Ok stayed here for 8 nights last week august. Firstly the negatives you had to pay for water in this hotel despite paying already for the food water was not included absolutely disgusting. When I ordered a drink in the bar the waiter tried to take my full bottle away from me when I was sat drinking it. Then went onto the dance floor to return back to table the drink had been removed. The entertainment wasn’t the best music was a mix of English and Spanish the dance act was best part of the entertainment.
Now for the food I had a hotdog that was stone cold on a night with hotdogs there was no tomato ketchup. The steak was over cooked the bacon for breakfast wasn’t cooked enough but I did enjoy the desserts great ice cream machine the fish was nice too but be careful of bones it made me question how cooked my food was so I avoided a lot of hot food when it was hot of course. The pool was nice and peaceful around the sunbeds. I had a cockroach pass me by one night going to my room but it was air conditioned and had a fridge so I had plenty of cold drinks throughout my stay. But overall you must provide FREE water for eating with food im on the fence if I would stay here again the meals need to improve for price per stay.

A lovely peaceful hotel away from the beaches in a largely residential area. Recently the bar and restaurant have been remodelled, since we were here three years ago ( COVID caused us to postpone our visit here last year!)
Plenty of choice for omnivores, but the tendency is to sprinkle bacon or or fish on to decorate dishes, sadly. However ... I have been given both firm and soft tofu this time. And gluten free bread is available, too.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Rooms are a decent size, as are the bathrooms. Modern TVs are large. Free WiFi is available.
We will certainly be back to Prince Park over the coming years.

My wife and myself have just just come back from another stay at the Prince park we have stayed here many many times before and it always improves everytime.the staff are lovely the food is very good always something for everybody.hotel is very very clean thank you all for your hard work we hope to return for many years to come

Had a great time would really like to give a big thanks to the desk staff. More so the lady on the desk when we had problems with our transport to the airport NO thanks to JET 2 who left us high and dry .She really done the hotel proud and helped us get to the airport Can't wait to rebook.
