The hotel was fine. Nice big clean big rooms. The Scottish lady on reception was fantastic very helpful everything I asked she had the correct answer, eg the location of the markets and how to get to Altea (she was outstanding) bedrooms big and spacious nice beds huge balcony (room 102) nice and clean no kettle though. Breakfast good selection to eat including fruits. Evening meal could be better soups were fine, some bad nights never had fried turkey before pink pork and burgers with the usual chips and salad. One bad point you have to pay for water on an evening NOT good keep this in mind. Snack bar never ate there but very friendly staff. Pool never spent time there. Entertainment was ok mainly music. 5 minute walk through the park to the old park which cuts out a bank. Proper supermarket close so no need to get robbed off the smaller ones. Conclusion decent hotel, food passable, bar good friendly staff. And may return. Good points the Scottish lady on reception. Bad points paying for drinks with evening meal.

Decent hotel, food was good, location is ok only a 10/15 min walk to beach.

The room and bathroom were not maintained, the doors and window frames were damp and swollen with water, the sink support was rusty, the room was very basic and old, there was little light except from the window, the curtain was dirty and torn, and it was noticeable that there was a lack of maintenance and lighting. The buffet service was very good, with elaborate and homemade food, free on everything except for drinks, which you pay for when you enter, and the waiters were very attentive when it came to clearing away dishes and cleaning. The gym is just what you see in the photo, super small and all with closed glass, a treadmill, a bike, an elliptical and weights of a maximum of 10 kg.

Lovely hotel. Food selection was fantastic! Never really saw the entertainment team (except in the restaurant). Maybe a little further away from the "busy area" but we were fine with this. The area felt quaint and authentic.

Really really lovely hotel! All staff was great and friendly! Perfect location close enough to walk to places but far enough to go bed at night. Room was perfect. Was a perfect birthday holiday from my boyfriend and would love to go here again.

After finding myself in an awful situation where I lost my phone, wallet and address to my villa, the staff here kindly let me use their phone multiple times to ring home, sort out money and a booking for the night. In the morning, they also went to an extra effort to made sure I had a taxi to my booked villa, communicated the situation to the taxi driver and even checked up I got there afterwards. Thank you to all the kind staff!

Ok stayed here for 8 nights last week august. Firstly the negatives you had to pay for water in this hotel despite paying already for the food water was not included absolutely disgusting. When I ordered a drink in the bar the waiter tried to take my full bottle away from me when I was sat drinking it. Then went onto the dance floor to return back to table the drink had been removed. The entertainment wasn’t the best music was a mix of English and Spanish the dance act was best part of the entertainment.
Now for the food I had a hotdog that was stone cold on a night with hotdogs there was no tomato ketchup. The steak was over cooked the bacon for breakfast wasn’t cooked enough but I did enjoy the desserts great ice cream machine the fish was nice too but be careful of bones it made me question how cooked my food was so I avoided a lot of hot food when it was hot of course. The pool was nice and peaceful around the sunbeds. I had a cockroach pass me by one night going to my room but it was air conditioned and had a fridge so I had plenty of cold drinks throughout my stay. But overall you must provide FREE water for eating with food im on the fence if I would stay here again the meals need to improve for price per stay.
