A lovely hotel made all the more special by the fantastic and hard working staff. Situated next to the old town and a couple of minutes walk from Levante beach it's a brilliant location.
Rooms were clean and bright, beds are comfortable, shower is lovely and powerful.
The buffet restaurant is brilliant, a large choice of dishes on offer. Food is fresh and tasty.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff, every single member of staff we met were super friendly and professional. The restaurant staff were very special, I watched them chat to everyone and make everyone feel special as well as working hard. I would certainly go back to this hotel. Thank you for making our holiday so comfortable and welcoming.

for me it was perfect tho not everyone's taste. staff were good entertainment a bit hit and miss. food good.room ideal.a bit strange tho you have to pay for bar in room even tho on all inclusive

From the time I went there It was absolutely spotless.The staff were lovely and very helpful. The food was quite nice too.My bed was a little hard but the Pillows was so soft.
I stayed there from 17th until 27th and would go there again because it was so clean.
The only thing I would like to see there is maybe is a Disco or Kareoke at least once a week, being English speaking it is hard to enjoy Spanish singers.

We just got back from a week staying here and it was an excellent, reasonably priced hotel. I would look to stay at an RH hotel on my next visit to Spain. My daughter turned 9 years old while we were there and she was so happy to find a happy birthday balloon in our room with a little message in a card. It made her holiday extra special and one of the waiters coming to sing her happy birthday in the restaurant was so wonderful for her. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and all of the facilities, particularly the swimming pool and the staff were excellent. The food was outstanding too.

The hotel has more than 10 floors, but only 3 very small lifts. Not ideal for a family with prams and suitcases.
Rooms are a good size but a little dated.
The staff were all polite and friendly.
Not too far from the beach and bars and restaurants.
The spa area was really good value for money.

We had a lovely 2 weeks and all the staff couldn't do enough for us. Food excellent, Bedroom Brilliant, everywhere super clean. Can't wait to go back.

- Pictures on website very misleading, pool is small and very very cold.
- Daytime entertainment non existent, we see the entertainment person a couple of times and he was walking round saying how cold he was, didn't actually see anything happening and he certainly never came over to speak to us.
- Food not great, oily and never really hot, I have celiac and choices very limited, ended up eating out most days. I know all inclusive isn't the best but we always go AI and this certainly wasn't as good as others.
We travel as a group of 8, last year we stayed at the sister hotel RH Royal and that hotel was definitely the best out of the 2 with great daily activities and entertainment personwho really made the holiday, very disappointed that we ended up going out each day for things to do although the plus side of staying in a hotel that is part of a group was that we got to use the Royal and enjoy activities with David. Wouldn't return to Victoria

Lovely hotel in the old town of Benidorm. Amazing large room and everywhere so clean. Great choice of food at the buffet selection. You could always find something. The hotel is in our preferred location and is really close to all the old town amenities. We would stay there again.

Stayed in April and booked again for July 2025 was a brilliant hotel staff very friendly food was great and plenty of time for us to relax and was in a great location for old and new town can't wait to be there again thank you you all the staff for a very comfy stay 😀

Great. Spacious and clean rooms, good shower. Nice views. In the center and near the beach. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good menu, correct and varied
