Hotel RH Victoria & Spa

We had a lovely 2 weeks and all the staff couldn't do enough for us. Food excellent, Bedroom Brilliant, everywhere super clean. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely hotel in the old town of Benidorm. Amazing large room and everywhere so clean. Great choice of food at the buffet selection. You could always find something. The hotel is in our preferred location and is really close to all the old town amenities. We would stay there again.

Stayed in April and booked again for July 2025 was a brilliant hotel staff very friendly food was great and plenty of time for us to relax and was in a great location for old and new town can't wait to be there again thank you you all the staff for a very comfy stay 😀

Situated in the Old Town not far the beach and promenade, so we found everything is accessible. Wonderful hotel, not just saying that, I read all the reviews before we visited and honestly can't fault it. The staff, rooms and facilities are top tier. The restaurant is a unknown secret, all the food is exceptional lots of variety and really caters for the typical English diet but lots of good nutritional dishes to try. Have no hesitation in recommending or revisiting again 👍

This hotel is located in an ideal spot just a few minutes walk to the old town .luckily We had an amazing view of the old town from our room .
The hotel is very clean and our room was cleaned extremely well by our friendly maid on the 3rd floor .we had a superior room which was excellent with everything you need in a room ,free safe and WiFi and tea and coffee facilities ,including a double bed each which was a touch .The beds were very comfortable as well and we recieved a good night sleep.
Most of the staff here are friendly but the night receptionist was amazing and so welcoming .He also made sure as we got there late to personally take us down to the restaurant, where there was salad, cheese ,ham and rolls laid out for us and prepared .Been to many hotels in Benidorm and the night receptionist was the best by a long shot ,total credit to him .
Food in the restaurant was very good and there was always something nice to eat .overall a very good hotel in a good location .was a very good experience 👍

hotel is spotlessly clean, all the staff are really friendly and really helpful. Food in canteen is excellent, rooms are lovely. Would definitely recommend

More than a few Spaniards are not now british fans and willing to show it by eye rolls etc happened in hotel and definitely at alicante airport ,very aggressive.Will be a long time before I visit Spain again.The reception staff at hotel were great but not the younger bar staff.

We stayed from December 28th - Jan 4th. My room was on the 14th floor with incredible views of the mountains and across to Poniente Beach. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable with daily maid service.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and checking in and out were quick and easy.
The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as we love the old town and we were just a few minutes walk from it's tapas bars, shops restaurants, cafes and bakeries.
Walk in the opposite direction and you would soon be amongst some of the louder bars if that's what you prefer.
We didn't use the pool as the weather wasn't warm enough, nor did we use the Spa facilities.
We did have breakfast, and the choice was great. Lots of hot options as well as cereals, fresh fruits, cheeses, breads, meats, etc. The staff were friendly and efficient.
We didn't stay in for the evening entertainment, but when we walked past it on the way to the elevators it always seemed to be well attended with couple dancing to various live performers.
I would struggle to find anything to fault with this hotel.
