I read some aweful reviews but couldn't cancel as I had paid my deposit...thankfully so! To start with, the environment and surroundings are perfections, beautiful plants rocks and water everywhere. Yes they offer things over and above your plan, but they are not pushy at all. I added a few services, and was glad to have those options...I had a ful cardiovascular check up wich I knew I'd never get...

I was excited to stay at the renown SHA resort. The highlights were the staff and food. The lowlights were the upselling the the untimely follow ups post stay. Its been 2 months and I still don't have lab results back...The hotel also needs a face lift

Came here to lose weight and detox. I left thinner, healthier, smarter, overall better prepared for a more sustainable and healthy life. The service was impeccable, the treatments were top of the line, and the activities both fun and fruitful. 10/10 experience. Thank you, SHA.

It was an very educational experience. Completely recommend it! The staff is very welcoming and nice. The rooms are relax as was the whole experience. If you decide to go, sign up for the cooking classes, we learned so much there. we also went to the seminar about emotional intelligence and learned so much!

This year, we stayed at this hotel for a few days with our two children for the third time. It’s a classic with good service and a very peaceful atmosphere. I love the location, and it’s always a reliable choice. However, I believe a renovation and proper maintenance of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, is necessary.

The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help. The room was fancy, clean, and the overall environment was fantastic. There were multiple pools, both indoors and outdoors, all spotless and inviting. There were several restaurants and bars to choose from. It’s a perfect place for chilling and relaxing. This is an excellent luxury hotel! The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. A big plus is the free charger in the paid parking garage, which is very convenient for electric vehicle owners. The location is perfect, close to many attractions. Reason why i gave 5 star is because of the asian chef. I was having difficulty time eating food as there not much for vegitarians. I did complain but nothing much happened as there lack of communication. Till i spoke to this asian chef and he understood how me and my family felt. Specially for us he got a chef to make vegetarian burgers and omg it was amazing. We were literally living on chips. Honestly...

Firstly, we were there during the devastation of the Spanish floods and although the site escaped it we realised it must have been very difficult for the staff. A great please to stay for families, especially if your kids are primary school age and love being in the pool. We stayed in garden lodges and it was nice location as we only had neighbours from two sides. But we could hear them pooping as walls were paper thin. I had to complain to one neighbour as their kids were running and screaming until 01.00 in the morning. Was impossible to sleep. I would definitely recommend security to drive around and see if people are meeting 22.00 curfew. Food very poor quality...

Stayed a few days with a group. Had a great stay, but not mainly because of the hotel. The positives: Good location with nice views if you don't mind the short walk up the hill from the very nice beach area. Nice staff. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely hotel, very nice inside and I would go back. I just feel that this hotel has massive potential and could be much much more lively. Not many activities during the day, and entertainment at night doesn't go on for long enough, it's all done before 11 and if you have kids I wouldn't recommend it as there's nothing for them

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, the views are stunning, the restaurant is excellent, and there are many types of meat, and there is a type of meat that is not suitable for some religions. Going to the beach is fun and far away at the same time. We wish you a good time

Disappointed on arrival got dropped on main road ! No shuttle as to late so had to get taxi up the steep hill ! Rooms ok beds comfy food good abit salty! Staff r brilliant ! Stuipid coin and band system for all inclusive!

Where at Sun Palace for 2 weeks with our six year old daughter. We had an amazing time, food was nice, staff was nice, rooms clean and swimming pool fine if you just like to have some relaxing moments and you don't need Slides. Serverino was our number one. The actual resort is fine but the apartment we stayed in was lacking in a few areas. We actually had to purchase several things just to manage the week. Definitely needs to be addressed.

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem....

Lovley hotel friendly staff its about 10 minutes walk to the sea. Lots of nice places to eat around the sea front area.

Very enjoyable experience. The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The room was very clean. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference. Maybe a heat probe would be a good idea. Perfect position.

A large pleasant hotel situated just across from the beautiful beach in Albir . There is a large bar and outside Terrace facing the bays .Staff are pleasant and efficient. Drinks are fairly priced and there is a wide range of cocktails , wines etc . This hotel is also surrounded by a good choice of bars and restaurants

A delightful 2 night stay at this charming hotel. We walked passed it many times during previous stays in Albir. Although built in the last 15 years, the interior does have a 'retro' vibe.. eg wall2wall tiles&dark wood. All staff excellent. Beautiful terrace with fabulous beach- view. Barstaf all have attitude problems. Room was no good, so upgraded to sea view £10 per night. Food was exelent. Management did not want to know. Won't Won't be back.

Awesome hotel with great entertainment and the best customer service! Pepe gave us an awesome room upon arrival. Our luggage was lost by the airline, and Ilia helped us by calling the airport and helping us get our luggage returned to us. Joseph was great, as well! Stayed here for a summers break/family visit.Hotels in a great location,beach opposite,not far to shops and restaurants.Hotel clean,rooms big,but bit old fashioned.Bar area nice but only catered for spanish bullroom dancers every night.Sitting on the terrace looking over the sea was great.Food was buffet style breakfast and evening meal,always something to eat,choice of fish meat salad etc.
