A great experience for a week of wellness. Unexpected results over my expectations. First time in SHA Wellness clinic after many years of hopes. We were not disappointed. A real detox for the body and mind. Food was so creative and high quality. Service 5 stars. And the whole 4 days process discovering most of the therapies were perfectly organized.

Above and beyond our expectations. Staff and facilities were First Class. All treatments were exceptional. Professional people giving excellent advice. A huge choice of treatments. We will definitely return. It is expensive but worth every penny. You will not be disappointed.

I am beyond disappointed with this place. The rooms are beautiful. The service is great but that beautiful infinity pool that is in every picture is not heated and it is absolutely frigid. Booked this hotel at short notice just for a short 5 day rest with my wife and son. Very friendly staff and lovely clean hotel and gardens. Pool was very nice also and plenty of spare loungers. We really enjoyed our break and will definitely be staying again.

Good 5 star resort, nice and relaxing vibe, restaurants are good except for the lunch restaurant they have very long waiting times sometimes up to an hour and thats unacceptable.

Spa was fantastic. We walked in as outside guests. Receptionist was super helpful. It was heaven. We went for lunch after at one of the hotel restaurants which was exceptional. Staff are so friendly in the reception too.

Hygiene: The floor was not clean. We spilled water and used paper towels to wipe the water, but the paper towels were covered with dust and hair. Service: There was a piece of cake in the room, but it was rotten. I called the front desk, but they just took it away and nothing happened. An excellent 2 nights away. Exceptional service from all the staff. As a chef myself, the breakfast offerings were as good as anywhere in Spain that I have been. One suggestion if I may. It would be useful if a hook or rail was near to the shower so a towel could be put for easy access when finishing in the shower. However a small issue which did not spoil our visit. Very enjoyable experience. The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The room was very clean. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference. Maybe a heat probe would be a good idea. Perfect position.

The actual resort is fine but the apartment we stayed in was lacking in a few areas. We actually had to purchase several things just to manage the week. Definitely needs to be addressed.

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. We've booked this for the past 2 years, absolutely no issues with the resort. Always clean, themed restaurants are brilliant quality, the buffet restaurant is equally good. Although I would book the ultra all inclusive as you can skip the ques for the bars which can get busy. Around the pool is always clean and the lifeguards are always on there best keeping everyone safe.

Have so much to do but different from.being there a few years ago like having to pay for games room now and food restaurants changed You used to get cooked steak that they would do in front of u and also more restaurants you could go in without having to book them. We have just got back and had a fantastic holiday . The whole site is very clean and maintained daily . The accommodation was excellent. We found some of the buffet food hit and miss but in all honesty there is a-lot of food choices. There are snacks available whenever the main buffet areas are closed . Drinks available all day !
