Love this Hotel. Clean, Friendly, Welcoming. Beautiful views from level 5 over looking the pools. Just come back from 8 days there, weather was beautiful. Always use this hotel. Worth a visit. 😎🏖️🏊❤️

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

Lovley hotel friendly staff its about 10 minutes walk to the sea. Lots of nice places to eat around the sea front area.

A large pleasant hotel situated just across from the beautiful beach in Albir. There is a large bar and outside Terrace facing the bays. Staff are pleasant and efficient

Nice, spacious hotel right at the seaside with rooms/balconies overlooking the sea. Swimming pool on the roof and in front of the hotel. Great choice of delicious food at breakfasf and dinner. Helpful staff.

The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference

The pool area is clean and comfortable, and I would like to give a special mention to Faran who made us delicious cocktails and looked after us so well! I miss Hotel Kaktus already, we will see you guys soon ❤️

Beautiful terrace with fabulous beach- view. We came back, after we departed, for drinks several times. Our room was spacious, contained wardrobe, TV and a kitchenette but no crockery or utensils

Vending machines available in reception and rooftop. Live music, DJ and singers were performing during our stay. A bigger pool would be a great addition for a proper swim. The gym has singular, basic equipment

Very impressed with the kitchen equipment. Beach and mountain views from each spacious terraces that have outside tables and chairs. Professional friendly service from Hannah the receptionist

Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine

A hairdryer was available in our bathroom

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room. I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

Great location! Only a few minutes from the beach but still quiet. Nice to be able to cook meals and the balcony was nice. Would have been 5 stars for the price level but the internet and TV was useless.

Comfortable and pleasant stay. Attentive staff and, above all, very grateful to the person at the reception who, going beyond the tasks of his position, solved a problem that arose when I returned to my home

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm

There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable

The shower was a hand shower and there was no tea towel and dishcloth in the kitchen

Just perfect. We booked 3 rooms as a family with amazing views. Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast service and food selection plenty. We have stayed in Albir now over 20 years and this was our best stay/holiday

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The room was good with a large bathroom and balcony (sea view). The hotel is located at the beach and only a short walk from the old town. We have had a wonderfull stay.

Drinks at the bar were amazing, really varied options included in the All Inclusive, really happy with everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach too

Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled

Booked 1 night as a base for a night out in Benidorm Palace. Nice clean hotel with large room, central for old town, beach and Palace. Rooms have a separate shower and bath. Friendly and courteous staff

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us

Stayed here tonight, great room with very comfy beds, huge tv that connects to phone (very good for non Spanish speaking person) was able to check out a little later free of charge (woke up late) free underground safe parking… had to pay extra to use indoor jacuzzi and spa facilities was not working but apart from that highly recommended

Lovely hotel. Has everything you need. The only thing that would have made it would be a kettle. The breakfast was very nice and the drinks were good value. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Highly recommend

There were plenty of seating areas around the hotel. Designated smoking areas which I loved for a none smoker. The rooms were very spacious, plenty of space in the wardrobes to store your clothes etc

Pool area stunning and lots of seating areas both in and out. Food surpassed by far that of other recent experiences. Our package also included wine and water at the table

Altea is about a 10 -15 minute walk which we did everyday as myself anf husband like walking, you can even walk along the beach, just bare in mind it's very pebly and will require appropriate shoes

Great selection of food for the breakfast buffet something everyone would like. Entertainment was good every night. The beach infront of it is rocky so bring rock shoes

The hotel it's self are gorgeous everything about it the entrance the surroundings, gorgeous water feature in the lobby. We used the gym a few times and had everything you need

Food was amazing, something different everyday, was always something to enjoy. The pool was extremely clean and we're plenty of sunbeds throughout the day. The beach is just a few foot steps away from the pool area

Nice hotel in a good location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Food was nice, standard buffet type deal but everything fresh and hot. Entertainment is very good, especially for children

I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent

We did have a great time there, and made some new friends. ( if we couldn’t get anything closer to the beach ). We did enjoy ourselves there

My friend and I have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Rialto. Firstly, the food was excellent. The room was basic but spotless. The maids were in every day and fresh towels every day

There was always a good selection of food in the restaurant. The only gripe was the sunbed issue with people reserving sunbeds then disappearing for hours despite there being a 15 minute limit

The hotel is on a slight hill, but still in a great location for the beach, shops and nightlife

However we would return to the Rialto. Overall a very quiet, friendly hotel

Have just been awarded 4 stars and well worth it. 5 mins to all the action but far enough away for a good nights sleep. Balconies are a very good size. Pool side is better these have sea views and good people watching

Possibly one of the nicest short stops I’ve ever done, A homely experience from start to finish, Absolutely seamless in checking in, Rooms very clean and tidy, Temperature in the room was excellent, Would thoroughly recommend visiting the restaurant, Every meal I’ve had, Was absolutely first class

! I slowly recommend going for catering. ! It’s an experience not to be missed. The dining room was spotless, And the presentation of the food was excellent. ! I have no complaints at all in this hotel

Great hotel! Perfect location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable! Great shower! Breakfast was excellent. Nice reception and bar area… heated outdoor pool with a pleasany terrace! Staff were all really helpful!

My only small criticism was that some items were Luke warm, not hot enough for me. The bedrooms were big clean with a balcony and pool view. The bathroom was a good size with a very powerful shower

Kettle and tea/coffee in room would be a big plus. Maybe some soft music played around pool area, Have stayed in the hotel several times and love it. 1st time booking directly through your website

The pool was ok but not heated so it was a bit cold to swim (in October)

The one woman at the reception didn’t acknowledge issues with the pool and faeces being smudged all over the pool and walls. Did not care and acted as though it was completely normal

Ideal for a short break in Benidorm, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to the town. The room was basic but clean with views over all the other hotels

Be careful if you book All Inclusive? I had to pay extra for a kettle an iron and the safe deposit box The hotel is great and the food was amazing tbh just felt like I was ripped off for a few euros! They also stop serving drinks at midnight which is a bit much for Benidorm

But you must go to the new burrito shop on Av. Del Mediterraneo the guy's in there are brilliant, friendly, and chatty and make you feel like a friend. The burritos are definitely tasty and made fresh

Also the pool at our hotel was closed for 7 days of our hoilday but we could use the pool next door at ocas

Just came back from this hotel, and after reading some of the reviews, I was a bit hesitant on the holiday. But it's really good for a 3 star. Cleaned every day with fresh towels

Food wasn't as bad as some of the reviews depending on what you like. The fresh fruit available was nice. The chef did his best to keep the food fresh, and if asked, he would accommodate where he could

Only found the water too cold for this time of the year, so I avoided it. It would be good if sunbeds and other equipments could be modernised a little: everything look quite aged, including rooms very basic and ordinary

My wife accidentally left her air pods in the room but only realized a couple of days later. The staff were really helpful and despite our fears they managed to locate them after a few days

Special mention to front desk staff and room staff who cannot do enough for you to be comfortable during your stay. Highly recommended from us, and will relay details of the hotel to all family and friends

You have everything within walking distance from the front door, and they also have good entertainment at night with service with a smile

Lol 😂 Alway able to get a sunbed as the doors only open at 9am so no 6am sunbed wars. The one thing I would say is that they should deal with towels that have been left for hours as this is just selfish

We are enjoying our week here. Read various reviews so thought I would add mine. Key question - Would I come back ? YES I would. The rooms are very much as per the online photos

The Shower is brilliant, hot and powerful. The food is good overall, there is a good choice. The Pork Belly Ribs were excellent. Not sure about the evening entertainment as we have gone out at night

Only downfall is the lifts they are extremely slow but overall we had a fantastic holiday and will definitely visit again

The lifts could take some time on occasion but that’s life. Tip - don’t wait at -1 for the lift. Go up one floor as they seemed to stop there more often. Great location and we will be revisiting next year

The Day Animation team are excellent and try to get people involved but will leave you alone if you wish. Lifts are a little slow, but these are 14 floors to deal with

Brilliant entertainment every night which was great for me as I was travelling on my own so didn't want to venture out of the hotel after dark! Only a 10/15 minute walk to the beach straight down the road

Great hotel, big rooms and big balconies. Never have to wait long for a lift, there's four of them altogether. Local brands on AI but you can pay for the nice stuff, like Bombay sapphire

Cocktails are made in front of you, not pre made. It's a 10-15 min walk to strip and beach

It's away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm but literally 10 minutes walk to the strip. The rooms are spacious and nicely equipped. The staff are always really friendly

The maid for the room was amazing. We never so her but the room was spotless every day. The restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful as were the reception staff helping me with my printing of the forms

First time at riviera here till tues away for my 60th wat can i say absolutely lovely hotel full board well worth it lovely food all the staff from reception to waiters cleaners so friendly and professional only been to benidorm twice now but now found this hotel will be back here again well done riviera for making it a great experience i even got a bottle of bubbly delivered to my room for my birthday...

Good location, five minute walk to beach Rooms are modern, with spacious balcony. Restaurant food is varied and of good quality. The staff are professional and helpful. Enjoyable stay

Please tell me a better hotel than the Riviera in Benidorm. Staff from reception to restaurant were all 5* Food and ambience to our liking and superb entertainment onsite every night if you wanted

Stayed here in October 24 for a week, the Hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach and night life venues. The room was clan and well presented, all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful

If you do get lost make your way to the beach face the sea turn left and walk straight along the beach you cannot miss the hotel

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay

Had a short break away, the Hotel is well located to the Beach and local night life. Hotel staff and rooms were excellent

We were on half board during our stay and restaurant is clean and spotless and the food is well presented and very tasty. Parking is available at a reasonable price

Great place for family holidays. Family of 4 people enjoyed vacation in August 2024. Food was fantastic, staff was very supportive and friendly. Walk to the beach takes only 5 mins. Hotel is vary kids and family friendly

Been once but the whole family absolutely enjoyed every minute. Family hotel with loads todo games room swimming pool water slides. Great food we never had to eat out once

We only really used the slides, pool and arcades so can't comment on the restaurant, bar or entertainment as we went out each evening but it seemed to be popular with the other guests

I wanted something with entertainment and water slides so we didn't have to visit other places, or be confined the beach everyday. I'm so glad I made the right choice with Magic Rock

The toilet seat was loose because of this and it broke whilst we were here. Entertainment was fun and suitable for all ages

She insisted she couldn't leave it with unmade beds bless her and they do a brilliant job with clean towels etc which shows good management. The hotel had everything we needed and more

Awesome place! The food was really good, tasty and diverse. Everyday something different to try (especially lunch and dinner). "All Inclusive" option: a lot of drinks to try (coffe, beer, local drinks)

The staff was really nice and helpful; everyday they prepare some "animations" (games, bingo, karaoke, local trips). The place itself is very clean/tidy. A lot of space to relax (pool, sauna, gym)

There are three pools on site, each with a comfortable depth and temperature, plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels (if you need them). However, possibly the most enjoyable part of the hotel is the food and drink

Great hotel everything about was brilliant except you had to move sunbeds about 8 times to catch the sun but that wasn't hotels fault it was the tall building beside it

Food and drinks is gorgeous and you can have all the cocktails you want. Definitely return and it was adults only which was lovely too

Not much entertainment in the hotel, but that was good as it meant less noise at night. All in all, a great hotel for the price and would definitely recommend
